The Son of a Agent of SHIELD and a Agent of HYDRA

I'm really really really sorry for the delay. I've been going through stuff and I've started writing other stories. Plus after seeing season 2, it gave both new ideas and setbacks to this story. I would like to thank those who have read this story and all that stuff.

As usual, I do not own Agents of SHIELD, only Leo and the plot.

I will be adding things from season 2 into this story. Oh! And there's a slight time jump in this chapter. And I'll be adding some other elements as well...

Here's chapter 14...

Previously...

Ward was unconcious. He was strapped to a table, unable to move if he were conscious.

A doctor dressed in scrubs was seen standing over Ward.

"Will it work?" Garrett asked, walking over to the doctor and Ward. The doctor nodded, his face was covered, but his eyes were seen. They had a look of fear, absolute fear.

"Yes." The doctor said, otherwise calmly. "When this man wakes, he will be completely under your control. Weather he wants to be or not." Garrett grinned widely as though he just got the best present in the world so far and clapped the doctor's shoulder, to the man's discomfort.

"Thank you for your service's, doc." He said. "But you aren't of use anymore to HYDRA. It's nothing personal, if it helps ease your mind." Garrett then left the room as screams were heard coming from the doctor. Things were turning out how they should be. He would win. HYDRA always does.

Almost 3 months. That's how long SHIELD has been looking for Ward and HYDRA. Skye was now 8 months pregnant, nearing 9 months. It had been almost 3 months since Leo left mysteriously, with only a note as his explanation. He was going solo now. He wanted to track down Garrett himself, he didn't want to endanger anyone else.

Leo knew that SHIELD was tracking him, or at least trying to. They lost him in Chicago about three weeks ago. He knew they'd eventually track him in Hell's Kitchen, but they would probably never expect him to be hiding out in a lawyers apartment.

"I'm going to head out," Leo said to the guy who had let him stay. "Ah...thanks for letting me invade your place."

"It's no problem, Leo," The lawyer said, a smirk upon his face. "Stay out of trouble, Leo. You seem to have that problem a lot."

Leo smirked. "For a blind man, Matt Murdock, you see more then most."

"You know where to find me if you ever need anything, Leo," Matt said simply as Leo opened the door. "Next time though, I would suggest you do it at a acceptible hour and you not falling through my window covered in blood."

"You should be taking your own suggestion, man," Was all Leo said before he left.

Leo had grown acoustomed to New York's freezing cold winters. Though he hated it with a passion. At least he was wearing proper clothes for it.

New York City. The place where it all started. The Battle of New York, the first grand and messy appearance of the Avengers.

Looking up at the Avengers Tower, he felt like, if he suceeded in ending all of this, a lot of things would end up being kick started.

"It's big, ain't it?" He heard. Leo turned to his side and saw a teen guy around his age sporting glasses and a camera. "Tony Stark's calling it the Avengers Tower, a bit cliche, huh?"

"Yeah, it is," Leo muttered, looking back at the gigantic, and if not slightly ugly building. The teen besides him was taking pictures of it.

"You a tourist?" The teen asked.

"Of a sort," Leo said simply.

"Well, I hope you have a good trip," The teen said. "This place is starting to get back to normal."

"God awful winters and bat shit crazy alien invasions is normal, "Leo mused. "Good to know." He looked down at his phone, a frown appearing on his face.

"When you put it that way, it kind of is now," The teen said. "So, where are you-" The teen turned to see that Leo was suddenly no where to be seen.

Skye hated the cold. She hated it with a passion. At almst 9 months pregnant, any normal almost mother-to-be would be inside, getting ready for the big day.

That wasn't something Skye could have, seeing as she was here in New York City waiting to see if he would show up. Waiting on top of a freakin' huge building.

The last 3 months had been crazy for Skye. First her future version son dissapeared then Fitz woke up. Simmons had been overjoyed at that, but then there was the setback that Fitz had suffered severe brain damage. It had been a month since SHIELD was able to uncover that Ward had been given technology that basically controlled his every move. Something Skye was able to track down. And that led her to Ward's location. Here in New York City.

And here she was, fully knowing that she shouldn't be here, waiting to see if Ward shows up. Hopefully Coulson and the others would be able to use the tracker she has to find her if she were to be taken.

Man, Skye was hoping this would work. This incredibly stupid and dangerous decsion. Hopefully it would turn out alright.

For Leo's sake it had to be.

Leo was seen running up the building where Skye was. What was she doing in New York City? Had she found him and decided to drop by? Or had it been something else?

He would be born in a week. A week exactly. Skye knew this.

Did she come here because she wanted to get captured?

Leo sure as hell hoped not.

Running up to the roof, Leo saw that no one was there. Only a cell phone.

Leo lost hope right there.

The phone started buzzing, Coulson'd name screened as the caller. Leo picked it up.

"Skye, where-

"Skye's gone, Coulson," Leo said bitterly. "HYDRA's got her."

So...what do you think? Is it good or is it awful? Please review, like and/or follow. Until next time, bye.
