Jay 3rd person point of view

The team has been living in the barn for the past 3 days. They are on their last ration of protein bars. Jay was working out behind the barn. He used some metal bars he found around the area and was doing one handed pull-ups on his make shift chin up bar. His armour from waist above had been removed but he still kept his body glove suit up. He was one of the stronger men in his squad despite their identical training.

As he did one of his pull-ups, he saw vehicles coming up on the barn. He dropped down and unhitched his micro binoculars from his belt. He zoomed in. Yes, he saw 3 black four wheeled vehicles coming up through the fields. He went to go report it to the team.

Will 3rd person point of view

Will was looking after Sin. His condition has gotten worse and better over the past few days, but he was still in a coma. They all had minimal medical training, but funny enough, Sin was the assigned medic of the group.

Will looked over at Omega who was trying to find a way to fit all their gear properly in their backpacks. Suddenly there was a knock at the barn door. He heard Omega clutch his DC-17B sidearm and switch the setting to stun. Will got up and opened the barn door carefully. It was the hazel-eyed girl he saw earlier.

"Oh hello." Will greeted uncomfortably.

There was a click as Will heard Omega flick on the safety switch on his sidearm.

"Hi…" The girls replied.

Will looked around the corner and at the house.

"You shouldn't be here. Your father might get angry."

"I was just wondering if you guys wanted to eat." She gave Will a brown bag.

"Oh… Thank you... You didn't have to though."

"Well I don't know exactly what you guys eat so-"

"Sir!" Jay interrupted.

"What is it Jay?" Omega asked.

"Two black vehicles are coming up on the barn."

"Affliction?"

"Unknown sir."

"You guys just stay here," The girl requested. "Or hide, or, whatever."

She shut the door and left.

"Alright, lets not have the same thing as last time," Omega addressed them. "Hide the gear and stay hidden."

Will did as he was asked. He helped Jay and Omega stash the gear away. During their progress, he stopped.

"Sir, what about Sin?" He asked.

"Just cover him, we can't move him." Omega ordered.

Will put a blanket over Sin then went into a hiding place around the barn.

Jamie 3rd person point of view

Two black Chevrolet Suburbans coming up on a random farm was usually not a good sign. Jamie had already called her dad to the house. As she entered the house he arrived through the back door.

"What is it?" He asked.

"We have visitors."

Jamie looked out the window and saw the two Suburbans pull up in front of their house. The next you know, 3 men knocked at their front door. Jamie's father walked over to answer it. There were two Caucasian and an African American man, all wearing dark suits. They stood very unusually straight.

"Can I help you?" Jamie's father asked.

The African American man, who seemed to look like their leader, replied with a deep, almost monotone voice.

"Hello. We work for the government. We have a few questions for you."

The man never changed the tone of his voice.

"May I see some identification?" Jamie's dad grumbled.

The leader reached into his blazer and pulled out the badge. Jamie noticed his movements were… perfect… Almost calculated, almost… robotic…

"As I said before," The leader said as he showed the badge to Jamie's dad. "We have a few questions we would like to ask you."

"Eh, I have to say no. Have a nice day."

Jamie's dad attempted to slam the door but the man caught it and reopened it with full force.

"We weren't asking." The leader said as he shoved past Jamie's dad.

"Hey! You can't just-"

"Sit down please." The leader replied as they made their way into the kitchen. The other two men flanked the door. Jamie watched from the living room. The leader began asking Jamie's dad questions.

Jay 3rd person point of view

Jay was about to join Omega and Will who were hiding near the hayfield, but was caught off guard when a man burst into the barn. It was a young man, late twenties, Caucasian and wearing a suit. Jay was lucky enough to at least get his forearm plates on but despite his body glove he was practically still exposed from the waist up. He pressed himself near a pillar that connected to the wall. He would only be spotted if the man started heading towards the back door of the barn. But he didn't. Instead he walked over curiously towards a figure concealed by a blanket. He removed it, and lying there unconsciously, was Sin.

The man seemed to be shocked, but showed no body language or facial expression that he was. Instead, his reaction was pulling a weapon from his suit and aiming it at Sin. Jay sprang into action. He went into a full fast, but silent sprint towards them man, hoping to catch him off guard. As he took his last three steps, he realized he had applied too much force on one of them. It was too late. The man spun at full force and whammed Jay in the cheek with the butt of his weapon. Jay went down. His rage from the blow brought him back up for a right cross but the man easily sidestepped and kneed Jay in the gut. After he grabbing Jay and smashing his head against the ground, he picked him up and tossed him across the barn.

Jay's vision was blurry and was interrupted by his heartbeat. As it cleared, he saw the man come up with the weapon at point blank range. He had one chance, a vibroblade on his belt, but he didn't have the strength to get up. He was finished. All of a sudden, Jay saw Will leap past the man, knocking the weapon out of his hands. He turned to face Will but was ambushed by Omega who had come up behind and put the man into a chokehold.

"Now Jay!" Omega barked.

Now Jay knew the plan. Responding to Omega's call, Jay unsheathed the vibroblade from his belt and shoved it into the man's chest. Expecting the satisfaction of a grunt of a scream, Jay got neither. Instead, the man's eyes flickered and went limp. Omega slowly released the man. Jay pulled the vibroblade from his chest and rolled the man over.

"Well?" Jay head Will ask.

"Thanks."

"You have some explaining to do Jay." Omega stated.

Jay sheathed his vibroblade. "He found Sin and was about to kill him," He started to explain. "When I realized what he was doing, I tried to stop him." Omega was staring at him, expecting to hear more. "Sir, why would he attempt to kill Sin like that? He doesn't even know who he is."

There was a slight pause from Omega before he said "Or does he?"
