A/N: Yoohooooo~!
"Hello?" came the voice of her most normal classmate, Hinata.
"Hey, Hinata-chan, where are you right now? Are you busy?" Hikari asked.
"I'm at the club right now. Did you need anything?" Hinata asked, slightly worried that something might have happened to her, since it wasn't everyday that she got a call from the person of mystery.
"I'm fine, I was just wondering if we could meet up at the club. But it seems that you're psychic and got there before me," Hikari chuckled. "I'm assuming the whole group is there?"
"Yeah, we're all here. Come on over," Hinata invited as Hikari heard in the background, "Who's that?"
"Sakura."
"Oh, is she busy?"
"No, she said that she wanted to invite us to go with her to the club."
"Well, we're already here, so let's invite her."
"Hinata already did that."
"Then I guess we just have to wait then."
Hikari stifled her laugh as she replied. "Kay, I'll be over there in a bit." She hung up and then proceeded to change out of 'Hikari' and back into 'Sakura.' As she finished, she heard the door open and in came in her hot piece of property, as hot as always. She heard the click of the lock and knew that he meant business this time.
"You're not working tonight?" Gaara asked as he saw what she was wearing and wrapped his arms around her waist, nuzzling his nose into her lovely pink hair.
"I will, I'm just going to hang out with my friends for a bit, confuse them a bit more. You know what I mean," Sakura said playfully as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I sear, you hang around my sister too much. The sadistic tendencies are rubbing off on you," Gaara said, putting his forehead on Sakura's. "In fact, I just escaped from a dressing room that might have my brother's dead body in it. Did you have a hand in it this time?"
"One, no, I've always been like this. If you ask me, I think my sadism is rubbing off on Temari. And two, no, not this time. It was all Temari." Sakura said, pecking him on the lips and neglecting to say that the reason why it was their dressing room was because she didn't want a dead body in hers.
"Oh really now? Hm, now that I think about it, that side of you likes to come out when we play," Gaara smirked. "in your bed."
"Oh whatever. We both know you like it. So stop complaining and teasing me and come here," Sakura said as she pulled him down to her, her hands on the back of his neck.
"Well, you started it,' Gaara childishly noted before capturing her lips, not at all like a child.
"Mmm," was all Sakura could get out.
It was about few minutes later that they broke apart for much needed air. Both were slightly panting, Gaara's hair was ruffled and messed up, and Sakura's clothes were scrunched up and in disarray.
She reluctantly pulled herself away, rearranged her clothes, pecked him on the lips and said, "No matter how much I want to continue this, I have a group of detectives to torture." She walked to the door and just as she opened it, she looked over her shoulder at Gaara looking over her backside graciously with clouded eyes, and purred, "We can continue this later, at my place."
With an extra sway in her hips, she left her dressing room, sure that Gaara was smirking and completely appreciating the view, and walked towards the back exit. Leaving out through the back exit, she came back int through the front and "looked" around for her classmates and finally "found" them when she saw them wave their arms wildly.
She walked over to them and asked as she watched them scoot over to make space for her, "Hey guys, how long have you guys been here?"
"We've been here since, maybe 7:45-ish? We saw the singer, Hikari perform," Ino said.
"Really? Cool, is she good?" Sakura asked, "curious."
"Ehhh? You've never see her perform?"Ino looked offended.
Laughing on the inside, Sakura shook her head and shrugged, "I don't go out often."
"Well, she's awesome, her vocals are killed and she has some nice moves, too," Tenten said.
"She dances, too?" Sakura asked. Since when did she dance?"
"Well, we saw her dancing on the dance floor after her performance and it was hot!" Naruto suddenly exclaimed, earning a bonk on the head from Hinata.
"Ne, ne, ne, did you say something, Naru-kun?" she asked, with a sweetly evil smile.
"N-nothing, Hinata-chan," Naruto whimpered, his shy girlfriend could be really, really scary if she want to. It was always the quiet ones that were the scariest when mad.
"Oh, I see. I've hardly been here and when I have, there weren't any performers. So I guess I missed out," Sakura said as she shrugged and announced, "I'm going to get a drink, anyone want one?"
The others shook their heads and Sakura walked off to the bar. Catching Idate's attention immediately, she put her order in as he questioned why she wasn't dressed as Kikyo. To which Sakura laughed and said, "Don't worry, I'm going to work late. It's just that I have something to take care of right now."
Idate rolled his eyes and gave her her drink as soon as he finished mixing it. Sakura took it, thanked him, and told him to put it on her tab.
Returning to the table with her drink, she took a sip before asking, "So do you guys come here often?"
"Quite often," Hinata answered.
"Oh really? Why? What is it about this place that makes you keep coming back?" Sakura quickly added as to not offend them or her boss in anyway, "I'm not saying that it's bad or anything. I'm just curious."
"Well, I guess it's the atmosphere. It's not like most clubs where there are just drunk people everywhere. Here, everyone is very easy to talk to," Tenten replied.
"Yeah, and the music, too. Awesome choices," Ino added.
"That's pretty cool. I guess I like it the few times I came," Sakura said, almost finished with her drink.
"I love this song! Let's go dance!" Ino said as she dragged Tenten with her out onto the dance floor when she heard the catchy number, "Purple Line" by TVXQ.
Sakura giggled as she was also dragged onto the floor by Ino. Hinata tagged along behind them, apparently not shy at all to show off a few moves.
The four of them just danced as always when suddenly, they felt that the areas around them weren't as crowded and looked around to see that people had partly cleared the the floor around them and were cheering them on.
All four of them laughed as each of them continued to freestyle it, and at one point, Ino and Sakura started doing the Tango, earning many laughed.
The song ended and everyone applauded as they returned to the table and sat down, out of breath but totally having fun.
But the moment was cut short when Sakura checked her cell phone for the time and saw that it was 9:45. Yikes, she had to start working soon or else she won't have enough hours for today and she'd have to work over-time another day to make up for it.
"Man, sorry guys. I was planning to stay just for a bit, I'm still a bit busy. I have to go now. I had a great time, bye!" Sakura bid them all goodbye and then went out the front and came back in through the back.
Going straight to her dressing room, she saw that it was empty, meaning Gaara must've left, going back to her place to wait for her. She changed into 'Kikyo' and laughed evilly to herself as she thought that now is when the true fun starts.
Kikyo went out, started taking orders and picking up empty glasses, and made her way over to the Table to "check" whether or not they needed more drinks and to put the next part of her plan into action.
"Hey guys, here again? Do you need or want anymore drinks?" Kikyo asked as she looked around the table.
All of them shook their heads as she nodded. She was about to leave when she "spotted" the autograph book left on the table from before.
"Hey, is that an autograph book? Was there someone other than Hikari tonight?" Kikyo asked.
"No, it was tonight that Hikari oh-so-decided to give out autographs. You weren't here?"
"Oh, I just got here, I was busy and couldn't get to work at the usual time today. I had to deal with some things beforehand." Kikyo shrugged. "Can I see her autograph?"
"Sure," Ino said as she flipped the book open to the latest autograph and handed it to Kikyo.
"That's so cool. I'm jealous," Kikyo whined as she pouted. Then she took out her pen and said, "Well since Hikari was able to give you her autograph, I'll give you mine as well." And signed the bottom corner with her left hand."
"Ne, ne, ne, why would we want your autograph? You're not anyone special," Naruto said, without really thinking about it. But then again, when does he ever think?"
Kikyo glared at him and said, "Well, whatever. It makes me feel better that since I wasn't here to get her autograph, I get to sign something she's signed. Even though I work here, we hardly talk to each other and it's rare for her to give out autographs."
"You're left-handed?" Shikarmaru asked, eyebrow raised.
"Yeah, got a problem with that?" Kikyo asked, adding a bit of attitude.
"No, it's just that I thought you were right-handed all this time," he said, shaking off the attitude that was thrown at him.
"Hmph, that's what I thought," Kikyo said as she giggled a bit and bid them goodbye as she went the other tables.
"Hey, Shika, why did you think it was weird that Kikyo was left-handed? It's not like you've never seen a lefty before or anything," Ino asked curious.
"Hmmm, because I've always thought she was a righty. She's been taking our orders with her right-hand," Shikamaru explained, eyes narrowed in suspicion.
"Whatever, just leave it alone. She said she was a lefty, it's not like she'd lie about something like that. And the chances that she's ambidextrous are low." Tenten said.
"Well, you never know," Shikamaru answered as he downed the rest of his drink.
"But if you think this might be a clue," Ino trailed off.
"We could always check, just to make sure," Neji said.
"Yeah, let's do that. We can ask her on Monday, we have Writing. Ask her to write something with her left hand," Hinata planned as the others nodded in agreement.
The Detectives were still one Sakura's tail for the passed three weeks even though it died down a bit. But after Saturday night, its fire got reignited.
It was after class that Hinata, Ino, and Tenten caught Sakura before she fled to her next class. Sakura was twirling her pen as she packed her things up and "accidentally" lost control of it and it went flying, hitting Tenten on the forehead.
Sakura quickly noticed the absence of the pen between her fingers and "rushed" to retrieve it before tending to Tenten, "Oh my god, are you okay? I'm soooo sorry. I didn't think that would happen. Oh my god, I'm so so sorry," Sakura started "freaking out."
"I'm okay, I'm okay. Calm down," Tenten reassured as she rubbed the red spot on her forehead and tried to calm down the frantic, panicking pink-head.
Sakura let out a deep breath as she said, "Thank god you're alright. Did you need something?" as she went back to her desk and continued packing her thing, not wanting to be late to her next class.
"Oh, we were just wondering whether or not you can write with your left hand," Ino said bluntly.
Sakura raised an eyebrow, "not expecting" such a thing. "Why? If you need to know, I'm horrible with my left hand."
Tenten shrugged and said, "We were just curious."
"Well, if you need proof then here you go." Sakura took out the pen she just put away and a piece of scrap paper. She gripped the pen weirdly in her left hand and "attempted" to write with it, and what came out were scribbles. She glanced up took at their expression and smirked inwardly when she saw the disappointed looks on their faces.
"I told you I'm not any good at it," Sakura said as she shrugged and put the pen away, balled up the paper, and threw it into the garbage can from her spot. "And sorry, but I have to get to my next class, see you guys on Wednesday. Ino, I'll see you in Crim."
"Nice shot. Sorry for the trouble and see you Wednesday," Hinata said as Sakura left.
Once they made sure that Sakura was gone, they all walked out the classroom to clear it for the next class and gathered in the hallway, not caring that they'd be late to their next class.
"So how was it?" Sasuke asked.
"Completely horrible. Not only did Tenten accidentally get his in the forehead by a flying pen but Sakura's lefty sucked ass," Ino said as she crossed her arms.
"Then that's a flop. Damn it! Will we ever be able to find out?" Naruto whined.
"Maybe not," Neji said as the rest of them groaned and then dispersed to their next obligation.
