Epilogue
So that's how it happened, how Uranus took over the world. After Zeus had faded the gods fell apart, without a ruler. many left the world of the gods to become mortals, trying to forget the past, jumping from life to life forgetting about the old ones with each switch, but the brave ones fought, trying to get away from Uranus's grasp. It hasn't worked yet but maybe one day, they will find the strength inside of them to fight harder than ever, not yet, but soon.
As for the demigods on the quest, they made their own choices different but the same, Fabian after cutting down the sky and fading Zeus, committed suicide the day he found out. He left a note saying he couldn't bear living like that knowing he brought the downfall of Mount Olympus. Sky soon followed in his footsteps, saying it was his idea, his fault, and besides he had someone to find someone who he hoped he would follow to Elysium after she sacrificed herself to bring down Uranus.
The rest toughen up and refused to die at their own hands, saying they would kill Uranus for Cameron so she wouldn't have died for nothing and for Fabian and Sky because they didn't deserve the fate that was handed to them, nobody did. Their still fighting working as a group to bring him down although with great war comes fatality, causing the death of Jay, Eva, Clive and Alison. Alison died when she couldn't get out of the bomb zone in time. Jay died from an Arrow to the chest, shot by an amateur archer from the demigod side. Clive became MIA after the Sacramento war, assumed dead after searching for weeks. And Eva was killed by Uranus himself, he said she had nothing to lose, she was too dangerous, her mother died in front of her eyes she was an only child, she didn't have many friends. She was fearless, a dangerous quality in a war like this.
The three who are still living have now disappeared to make plans, they would give up now it's to close to the end, it's time for them to make their own destiny. To find the warrior inside of them because we know it's in there some where, ready to take on challenges only some can imagine but they will fight till the end till they are free because something's are better when you live to see the end, to see the destiny that you have created for yourself.
So that's the end, it may have taken over a year to complete but this was a journey, it was the story in which I grew as an author into someone who people wouldn't mind reading their work. Thanks for all the support you have given me and the critics throughout the chapters! Thanks!
