Guest, yea I hate Minerva too, but I did say in the story Lucy got stronger multiple times. The Executor Zero, if you don't like the story then do us all a favor and don't read it. Natsu: Time for the story now.

Natsu POV

Lucy was sleeping by the time we got back to our guilds dug out. "She must have really been tired to fall asleep in your arms on the way back," Krell said with a small laugh as he took Lucy from my arms, and set her in a chair.

"Yea, let's hope she doesn't have to fight today," I said looking at Lucy who was drooling a bit.

"Time For The Battle Section Today," the announcer said with a booming voice that put all the hard work we had in not waking Lucy up to waste.

"Wha," Lucy said with a jump. She quickly wiped away the drool and stood up.

"First Off For our Tag Team Battles, We Have Midnight Blossom's Lucy And Natsu, Against Fairy Tail's Mirajane And Lisanna," the announcer said.

I saw Master Makarov, and Master Hex quickly walk up to the announcer's booth to tell the announcer that Lisanna was not competing. "It Appears That Lisanna Is Not Competing In The Tournament, So Instead It Will Be Mirajane And Gray," the announcer said.

"You have got to be kidding me," Lucy said in a tired voice.

"Don't worry Lucy, here let me help," Krell said using one of his various magics to heal and refill Lucy's energy.

"It's not just that, but do we really need to fight Mira, like did they purposely do this to make a good show," Lucy said in a plain voice.

"Does make you wonder," I said looking out at Fairy Tail's area. Gray was looking at us with concerned eyes, and Mira was talking to Lisanna which couldn't have been a good sign. Lucy and I started out towards the middle of the arena. Across from us Gray and Mirajane were doing the same. We stood in the middle now looking at each other in the eyes.

"Best of luck," Gray said with a small nod.

"Same to you," I replied.

"Rules are simple, keep fighting until no one on one team can continue," the announcer said. "You have 30 minutes, begin," with no hesitation Mira and Gray jumped back, giving distance between Lucy and I. They might have thought Lucy was still tired, but Krell gave her plenty of energy for this fight.

"What are we gonna do," Lucy said softly to me as I eyed Gray and Mira.

"I guess we fight, I mean what else can we do," I said softly back. I lit my fists on fire, and Lucy pulled out her whip. "If you want I'll take Mir-".

"Don't worry about me Natsu, I'm sure you'll have plenty of trouble handling Gray," Lucy said in a stern voice.

"Are you sure Gray will be that much trouble, I mean, we trained really hard since the incident."

"Natsu, knowing you, you'll just going in there guns blazing."

"Hey, Why Don't You Stop Talking And Start Fighting," Gray yelled after our little conversation.

"Okay Then Ice Princess," I called back with a smirk as I settled into a battle stance.

"What The Hell Did You Call Me Flame Brain, Ice Make: Excalibur," Gray shouted running towards me. With his ice sword in hand he swung at me, Lucy was already fighting Mira. I was on the defense for the moment, or at least that's what it looked like. When Gray swung his sword again I stopped moving back and grabbed the sword blade. Water dripped down, and I looked at Gray with a smile.

"Roar of the Fire Dragon," I yelled causing fire to blow out of my mouth. Gray let go sword and quickly moved back.

"Ice Make: Shield," Gray said forming a shield to defend my flames. It didn't help much, my fire burned through his ice again, but this time I didn't waste a second on the next attack.

"Fire Dragon's Iron Fist," I called out running up through the hole made in the ice shield. I landed a punch in his chest, which made him give out a loud ouph. I felt a smile form on my face, and I saw one grow on Gray's face as well.

"Ice Make: Lance," Gray said summoning icicles towards me, I had just enough time to get out of the way before they hit me.

"I think it's time to break out the big guns," I said activating my lightning abilities. Lightning infused with my fire, and I felt more power surge through my body. "Roar Of The Lightning Fire Dragon," I yelled out blowing a mix of lightning and fire towards Gray.

"Ice Make: Shield," Gray yelled out trying to defend himself from my attack, but the shield shattered, and Gray got blown back into the wall.

"You sure you want me to pull out my big guns," Gray said with a small laugh. When the smoke cleared Gray was standing there with a giant bazooka pointed at me.

"Well I'm All Fire Up," I yelled out when Gray fired, I made a wall of fire appear in front of me, hoping it would melt the ice. But it was to fast for the heat to affect it, and now I was being sent back. "Ahh," I said when I hit the wall behind me. "I gotta admit that kinda hurt," I said wiping away some of the blood from my lip.

"Well you did make me pull out the big gu-."

"NATSU," Lucy yelled loudly, I quickly turned to see Lucy being held in the air. Mira, in her Sitri form, had her hand around Lucy's throat with an evil smile on her face.

"LUCY".

Nerdzz: Sorry for the cliffhanger guys, but I wanted this fight to be in two chapters.

Natsu: When was the last cliff hanger?
