Seth has done the one thing everybody has feared; using the Dark Hadou. With this revelation, victory for the heroes appears to be out of their reach.
"So it's not that he can learn moves just from simply seeing them but rather, it was from looking at their other fights." said Rei.
"This is terrible!" said Chun-Li. "Not only does he know Kenshiro's techniques but also the Dark Hadou? I don't like where this is heading!"
"Yeah, I hear ya." said Guile. "This fight looks a little too risky for them to take by themselves."
Never one to back down, Ryu assumes his fighting stance, displaying no fear. Kenshiro watches him with great confidence, relieved to see Ryu not give into the power himself.
"Well, you are certainly quite brave to be staring at death itself." said Seth.
"Fighting against an opponent who uses the Dark Hadou is nothing new to me." said Ryu.
"But you'll soon realize this opponent is different!" said Seth.
He races forward to attack Ryu, who barely blocks his attack. Ryu is on the defensive, avoiding any kind of devastating blows as Seth continues to taunt him. Ryu seizes the opportunity to land a Shoryuken to Seth's chin but this time, Seth barely flinches. He laughs as Ryu is stunned by Seth's durability and before he can react, Seth unleashes a swift barrage of punches, knocking Ryu down.
"How can you ever hope to defeat me?" said Seth. "Without that Dark Hadou, you're completely hopeless!"
Ignoring Seth's taunts, Ryu charges forward and lands a barrage of punches and kicks to Seth's' head and body. Although they appeared to hurt Seth, the truth is that they have very little effect on him. Ryu's efforts have failed.
"Not bad Ryu but in the end, it's still not enough." Without warning, Seth unleashes a Shoryuken of his own, knocking Ryu down.
"Too bad. You put a lot of great effort but it ends right now." Seth then kicks a downed Ryu.
"Ryu-san!" yelled Sakura. "Please, get up, Ryu-san!"
Now with Ryu the one being beaten up, Kenshiro becomes enraged. As a powerful aura surrounds his body, his shirt tears apart and he assumes his fighting stance. Now everyone's attention is on him.
"Seth!" he yells. "That's enough! You would kick a man while he's down…now how about fighting the one who is still standing up?"
"Fine!" said Seth. "Attack me with everything you've got…even if it useless."
"Get him, Kenshiro-san." said Sakura.
"Yeah! Kick Seth's butt" said Bart.
Kenshiro slowly walks toward Seth, who throws a punch but it's quickly avoided, much to Seth's surprise. He turns to see Kenshiro behind him, attempting a punch of his own but Seth avoids it in the same way. A strong kick from Seth is blocked by Kenshiro, followed by an exchange between both warriors. Seth manages land a strong punch to chest of Kenshiro, who responds with his own punch to Seth's chest. The blows cause both fighters to cough up blood before they step back. The fight appears to be even now.
"I should have expected nothing less from the legendary Hokuto Shinken." said Seth. "But it will still take more than that to defeat me!" As he attempts another attack, however, his right arm bulges up. Kenshiro has a pressure point in his arm. However, Seth is strong enough to keep it from exploding.
"Damn! How could I have underestimated you?"
"Hokuto Shinken is not to be taken lightly." said Kenshiro. "You'll never win if you do."
"He hit a point!" says Bart.
"Hopefully, this means everything is working in our favor." said Guile.
Knowing that using Hokuto Shinken would likely result in a stalemate, Seth finally decides to stop holding back.
"Yes, Hokuto Shinken is a powerful style on its own." he said. "However, it is the only style you can use. I can use many. Watch!" To demonstrate what he says, Seth stretches his arms and punches Kenshiro. Nobody anticipated this.
"That attack…was just like Dhalsim's!" said Ryu.
"Oh no!" said Chun-Li. "He can stretch his limbs too?"
"How can he fight somebody like that?" said Bart. Lynn begins to look worried.
"I'm afraid that this battle is far from over." said Toki. Rei and Ken both look worried at this point.
"There's no telling how many styles has." said Guile. "But a good number of them could be too much for both of them."
"Don't say that!" said Sakura.
"Unfortunately, Sakura, he may be right." said Cammy. "That's just too many techniques for them to overcome"
Seth hits Kenshiro with more long ranged punches and kicks. To put an end to the assault, Kenshiro attempts to jump over the attacks and land flying kick to Seth. However, the villain teleports behind him and lands a two-handed hammerfist to the back of the head. This stuns Kenshiro but recovers fast enough to block Seth's swift kick and lands a rapid succession of kicks to Seth's chest. Seth rushes forward with a knee to the stomach, followed by a Shoryuken to the chin, knocking Kenshiro down.
"Kenshiro!" yells Ryu.
With Kenshiro now lay beaten and Ryu's best effort failed, everything looks bad for the fighters.
"That's it!" said Ken. "I can't just sit here any longer! They need our help, guys!"
"Yes, I'm thinking the same thing." said Chun-Li.
"That makes three of us." said Cammy.
"Unless you count me in." said Guile. "What about you, Rei?"
"Yes." said Rei. "He may know more styles but we have the power in the number. In the end, that's our only chance of defeating him."
"Wait, guys!" said Bart. "I don't think it's worth risking your lives here! Let's just bring those two back and leave."
"We've made it this far and we're not turning back now." said Chun-Li. "We're going to take down S.I.N., no matter what it takes!"
"But…"
"Just remember what I said, Bart." said Guile. "Anything happens to us, you and Lynn run. Okay, guys. Now!" Toki continues watch what he believes will be their inevitable demise.
Seth begins the gather a dark energy for another attack known as the Tanden Storm. It's an attack that draws enemies to a miniature black hole and then blasting them away.
"Prepare to meet your end!" yells Seth. As he begins to draw both Ryu and Kenshiro towards him, however, he is hit by an energy blast, disrupting his attack. He turns to see that the attack came from Ken.
"Not so fast, Seth!" said Ken. "You'll have to deal with us now!"
He quickly attacks with his Shoryuken but Seth retaliates by landing a three-hit Shoryuken.
Chun-Li attacks with her Hyakyuretsukyaku but Seth retaliates by landing his much faster Yosokyaku.
Guile attacks with a Sonic Book but Seth retaliates with two Sonic Booms.
Rei attacks with his Nanto Seiken strikes but Seth retaliates with the same techniques, ending with a Spinning Piledriver.
Cammy attempts a Spiral Arrow but Seth retaliates by jumping into the air and landing a Dive Kick.
It appears Seth has an answer for every attack they attempt. Bart, Lynn, and Sakura watch in horror while Toki, despite his condition, contemplates joining in but he can't leave the others by themselves.
"This looks really bad." Said Bart. "I think we need to run like Guile said."
"No…I'm not leaving!" said Lynn. "Ken…Kenshiro wouldn't run. I'm not either. Not without him."
"But Lynn…"
"This battle is not over yet." said Toki.
"Right!" said Sakura. "As long as they're still breathing, they have a chance. We can't give up on them now."
But as the battle continues, there appears be no hope for the heroes as Seth continues to dominate the battle.
"Now do you all see?" said Seth. "How could you ever hope to defeat an invincible being like me? Even in numbers, you're all inferior! Nobody in this world can defeat me."
"You've yet to fight all of the strongest warriors in the world." said an unseen male voice.
It was Sagat.
"Huh?" said Ryu. "Sagat? When did you…?"
"Do not concern yourself with that, Ryu." said Sagat. "You just remember that I still have a score to settle with you and I will not let anybody get in the way of that."
"The legendary Emperor of Muay Thai!" said Seth. " Well, let's see how well you do against the Emperor of all Fighting!"
Now it's time for Seth to face Sagat.
