~ This is really only a filler chapter, but it has important stuff that needs to happen before then next chapter.
~ I know it's been a while and this is a shorter chapter, but at least I'm still updating (:
~ I'm going to focus on Becoming Reality until I get it to the end of TVD season 2 so please read and review that one as well when you get a chance (:

Danielle's POV
Silas drove with me and Amara in the back seat.
"What is this thing?" Amara asked.
"It's a car." Silas said.
"One of many ways we can get from one point to another." I said to her. "There are also boats for water travel, plains, jets, and hot air balloons for air. We have trains for above and below ground."
"Are you really going to explain everything?" Silas asked me.
"It's better than being confused." I added.
"Are you two back together?" Amara asked and I looked at Silas.
"We would be if Tessa didn't take away her memories." Silas said.
"Even though according to Damon you're a dick." I said to Silas, who chuckled a little.
"That's because I pretended to be his brother."
"I know." My eyes met Silas's and I remembered the kiss we had when I thought he was Stefan.
"No, no no.." Amara started to say and I looked at her. "Leave me alone." She brought her hands to her head.
"Amara...what's wrong?" I asked and put my hand on her knee. At first she didn't say anything but then she looked at me.
"I'm fine." She said and I could easily tell it was a lie. I didn't say anything so I just gave her a nod.
"We're almost there." Silas said and I could see that he looked back at us through the mirror. "You remember what..."
"Yes." I said, knowing what he was going to ask. "You taught me." I could tell that Amara looked between the both of us when Silas just gave a small smile.
When we got to where we were going to meet Katherine, Amara and Silas stayed in the car. The plan was to bring Katherine to the car so Amara could get the cure, then bring her to the boarding house where she would be safe from Tessa. Then, well I don't know. Silas said to let him take it from there. I found myself pacing, feeling nervous. I stopped and saw Katherine and someone in the distance. It was easy to realize that person was Nadia, Katherine's daughter.
"What's so important?" Katherine asked me.
"You need to come with me." I said, remembering all the things Silas told me. I did my best to use the powers of mind control. Katherine took a step towards me, but Nadia stopped her. "She'll be safe. Don't worry." I said to Nadia, using the same power. To my surprise, Nadia stopped and let me go with Katherine. Katherine looked back at Nadia, then to me.
"I thought you didn't know how..." She said to me as we walked. I didn't answer to her because I didn't want to mention Silas.
I could tell that Katherine was nervous and I was nervous myself. Silas told me that I should trust him with his plans to return my memories and his powers. I wanted to, but at the same time I couldn't help but think of what the others said about him. Then I thought about our kisses. They felt so good and I could tell he cared for me.
"Just a little bit..." I thought out loud before seeing the car in the distance. "Do you trust me?" I asked Katherine and before she said anything...they started to walk towards us. Katherine just gave me an uneasy nod and I looked at Silas. He had his arm wrapped around Amara, who still looked a little crazy. 'It's just because of how long she's been a statue' I thought to myself.
"You look like me..." Amara said to Katherine. Silas started to walk closer and I walked towards Amara. He held Katherine and took something sharp from his pocket.
"Amara..." Silas said and Amara took a step forward. He made a little cut in Katherine's neck and Amara kept getting closer. Amara grabbed Katherine and started to drink the cure from Katherine. Katherine struggled a little, but eventually fell on the ground.
"How do you feel?" I asked Amara as she took a deep breath.
"Warmer." She said and we heard a groan from Katherine.
"Am I in hell?" She asked and I just looked at Silas.
Silas brought Amara to the Salvatore Boarding house and put her in one of the rooms in the basement. I went upstairs to Stefan's room before Silas could stop me. Stefan was sleeping in his bed and for a minute I just looked. He looked so peaceful and it made me smile.
I took a quick shower and laid in the bed next to Stefan. I brushed a finger along the side of his face before cuddling to him and falling asleep.
~ I wanted to update because it's not one of the few stories that I'm going to be focusing on in the next few months. I'm going to be focusing on Becoming Reality, The Forgotten Davenport and one or two others that I will decide about later.
~ Please, if you leave a review say more than just update soon. Those don't tell me if you've actually read the story, like the chapter, think things should change...
~ I am trying to do a re-written version of this story only on Wattpad that will reveal stuff in the first chapter that's not going to be revealed in this until I get to the crossover chapter (when Katherine possesses Elena)
