Trial Part 2:

Once again the next morning the King, Queens and their Prince sat in the court room. The four prisoners on their knees before the,and several other dragons glared at them. "I am very disappointed." Hermione said standing in front of her throne. "I am disappointed in myself for letting this happen, but I am more disappointed in you Allen" Hermione walked down the few steps that were in between her and the prisoners.

"You would turn your back on our friendship and our people, for what? Please enlighten me Allen of what has caused you to take my Queens away from me and leave the young prince without her mothers." Hermione hissed which sent a shiver down everyone's spine. "My king, you must forgive me for the trouble and heart ache I have caused you. But I had to prove my love for her."

This caught Hermione at a slight surprise, but quickly schooled her features. "And who is she you speak of?" When Allen gave no reply, Hermione huffed and went back to her throne. "Very well then, let's take a leap into those memories. All children , leave the room now, I fear these memories will scar you." Soon all the children in the court room, including Alicia, were escorted from the court room by the maids.

Allen's Memories:

Allen was walking around wizarding Britain on his day off. There were merchants everywhere trying to get him to buy something like love potions, or new spell books. Getting tired of walking the large group of people Allen decided he would go for a walk through the forest. As he walked along the dirt trial, Allen was on the look out on potential prey. When he was very deep in the forest, he wasn't surprised he didn't see any lone centaur or wolf. 'Dragons do give off a scary presence.' Allen thought. Just as he was about to open a portal to home, he heard one of the most beautiful sounds in his entire life.

It was a woman's voice, but a mermaid's voice does not work on dragons and even then he was no where near water. 'Mate!' Allen thought excitedly. He dashed off in the direction he heard the voice, once he got close enough he climbed into one of the trees. Allen listened closely to the woman's voice and heard her say a chant. As her hood fell down, Allen gasped. She had bright green eyes, high cheek bones, and plump red lips. She had dark raven hair and she wore very expensive robes, which hugged her curves.

As Allen watched her draw more runes into the ground he tried to remember what each one meant. Loyal, destruction, death, and dragon. Ignoring his annoying voice inside his head, decided to make himself known.

"What is a beautiful like you doing out here reciting a dangerous spell?" He said from the trees. The woman stopped in mid-chant and looked up. "Who's there?" She threw a fireball trees. "One of Merlin's spies?" Allen laughed. "No. Never even heard of the guy." He then jumped down from the now burning trees and walked towards the woman.

"I am Allen, Allen Zatose. And who are you my lovely lady?" The woman stepped back back as her eyes looked around trying to find an escape route. When she found none she stood tall and took a deep breath. "I am Lady Morgana Pendragon. If you are not one of Merlin's spies, then what are you doing this deep in the Forbidden Forest?"

Allen shrugged his shoulders. "I wanted to get out of the crowd in Diagon Alley. I also heard you chanting and decided to see what was going on." Morgana smiled and quickly said the last few words of the chant then held out her hand. "Would you like to join me then? Just standing here I can feel power rolling off you." When Allen was about to reject the offer, vines wrapped around his ankles and wrist. "You shouldn't underestimate us magical people. The spell worked perfectly. Coherent dragons are so hard to come by."

The vines started to sprout razor sharp blades, cutting through Allen's skin. "From now and forever. Now why don't you take me to your realm."

Flashback End

Allen's feet were dangling above the ground and his eyes wide with fear. "You brought that witch here?" Hermione said putting more pressure on Allen's neck. "Well, yes my lord. But you also brought a wizard here." He pointed out weakly. Hermione squeezed even harder. "I wouldn't have to if you weren't so idiotic." Allen tried to speak again but all he could do was open his mouth. "Hermione it is best to let him speak and not choke him to death." Bellatrix said in a stern voice. Hermione let a little pressure off of Allen's neck so he could respond. "Is she still in this realm?"

"Yes my lord, she goes by the name Eris." Hermione then slammed Allen into the ground creating a huge dent. "Guards bring me Eris." Two guards ran out the court room in search of the maid. "Morgana was known to work with muggles. How many humans know about us?" Cissy asked. When there was no answer, Hermione stomped on Allen's groin. "Answer your queen. Your are not helping your case by staying quiet." Allen let out a loud scream and begged for mercy. "There is a whole organization! It started off with just three and with Morgana's permission told others." Just as Hermione was about to raise her fist someone grabbed her arm.

"You must calm down my Lord. You are scaring the others." Andy said as she rubbed Hermione's arm. Taking a deep calming breath and took a step back. Followed by other and another until she was sitting in her throne. "You Allen are a fool. You are also an arrogant git. Turning you into an insane dragon is not punishment by itself. If my Lord approves then I propose that you are hence forth Allen no- name and also an insane muggle." Andy stated coldl into Allen's eyes.

Everyone in the room was shocked at what the newly returned queen said. Hermione pondered on what was said once out of shock and nodded her head. "I approve. Let it be known in history that two dragons have gone under this punishment. Nicholas no- name(1) and Allen no- name. Guards take him away." Allen kicked, screamed, and begged for mercy as he was dragged out of the room.

"Citizens I believe there shall be no celebration tonight." There was a collective gasp. "Grab your children and return to your homes. When the last three men are punished tomorrow we will have an even bigger celebration." Cissy declared and with that the dragon people left the court room prisoners and all except for one. Calista knelt in front of the 4 thrones with her eyes shifted down. "Your Highness, the guard s you sent out found Eris. What would you like done to her?"

Hermione took a deep breath. "She was never mentioned in the kidnapping, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. Take her to one of the nicer cells." Calista rose from kneeling and walked out the room with her head bowed. "I will meet you in the room. I shall get Alicia." Bella said giving a kiss on Hermione's lips.

Dumbledore sat at his desk with Professor Slughorn tied in a chair in front of him. The order surrounded the two all with hatred in their eyes. "I ask again my friend, where are Ted Tonks, Severus Snape, and Ginny Weasley?" Knowing that he could not get out of this meeting as he could the past ones, Slughorn told what he knew.

"Ted Tonks is mostly likely in the dragon prison awaiting trial with the King. Severus Snape is in the dungeons as well meaning that the King told the Dark Lord that he is a spy. I don't know about Ginny Weasley though. I am only a common dragon no one in office." Thud!

That was the sound of Slughorn falling to the ground from getting punched in the face by Arthur Weasley. "Stop lying! What are they doing to my little girl?" "Why is Ted on trial? How did your King find out that Snape was a spy?" Molly screamed. Again in order Slughorn told what he knew. "If anything they are turning your daughter into a half dragon or something of the sort. Ted's real name is Xavier Finity. He is the one of the kidnappers of the queens. Snape could not hold up any defense in his mind against the king.

With a swish of Dumbledore's wand, Slughorn was sitting right side up. "How do we stop this trial and have the king see reason?" Moody growled in his face. Just as Slughorn was about to open his mouth to speak again a gentle chuckle was heard. The order looked toward the portrait on the far wall. It was the portrait of Merlin himself. "I think I will be able to help."
