Summary: Sequel to Latte Boy. Riku's mannerisms happen to catch the attention of another at the new smoothie shop that opened down the street. And Lea's not too happy about it. Mainly LeaKu and slight Terriku.
Terra had never seen someone so upset before.
Riku was a complete and utter mess. He held the spot where he had been hit, rubbing his cheek soothingly. At least Riku didn't punch him, but that slap still hurt just as much. If a slap made his face recoil, a punch would have surely knocked him out, and for that he was thankful. Terra hopped on his motorcycle and ignited the engine. He was about to kick off before Sora stepped outside the house, running towards him with a waving arm.
"Wait!" he called out. Terra put his foot back on the ground, lifting up the visor of his helmet. "I'm sorry about the way Riku acted," Sora panted out before he regained his breath. "But, I think he had a good reason to. He wouldn't do that out of the blue. I think I can put the pieces together...It has something to do with Lea, isn't it?"
Terra stared off onto the road with a sigh. "Yeah."
"Whatever you have done, you really upset Riku," Sora stated sadly. "I...I hope you'll fix it. Riku used to be so happy when he was with Lea. I've never seen him smile so much in his life. But now..."
"I'll see what I can do," Terra murmured before closing his visor. "Bye."
He kicked off, narrowing his eyes as he left Sora out there alone. What was Terra supposed to do about this? He just knew this was all his fault and this meant that he was responsible for fixing it. He supposed that he would go and fix it tomorrow.
Terra stood outside the coffee shop the next morning, rubbing his own hands together. "Well, here goes nothing," he sighed. He walked inside the café as confidently as he can, standing in line patiently until he got to the register. Lea looked up disinterestedly, frowning when he saw Terra.
"You have some nerve to come here," Lea said as he put some money from the previous customer in the register. The blonde barista beside him glared at Terra. This was exactly what Terra needed: another enemy who was aware of the situation.
"I think we need to talk," Terra calmly said, trying to ignore the daggers of blue eyes directed at him.
"Are you going to order something or what?" Lea ignored.
Terra's eye slightly twitched. "Okay, fine. Then I would like a-"
"Sorry, we're out of those. Come again," Naminé cut in. Lea smirked slightly as his friend defended him.
The brunette huffed out an exasperated breath. Terra didn't need to deal with this bull. "You know what? Forget that I came here to apologize. I can't even imagine why Riku would bother crying over someone like you," Terra spat out. He started to walk away before he felt a hand on his shoulder.
Lea turned the bulky male around with some emotion that resembled empathy on his face. "He...he was crying? Over me?"
This wasn't how Terra expected to get Lea's attention. But, he would definitely work with what he's got. "Well, yeah. He loves you, but I thought you would know that already."
"I know that he loves me. But, I just don't know-"
"What's there to know? He's crazy about you," Terra interrupted with a raise of his eyebrow.
"But, he could be crazy about you, too," Lea sighed. "I actually don't know about that...He said he wasn't, but if he is-"
"What are you, stupid?" Terra said exasperated. "You actually believed me about that? About him liking me?"
"What are you trying to say?"
"I didn't expect you guys to break up from that! I just wanted Riku to stop being so ditsy at work. I only said that because I wanted to see you get bested at your stupid little love charade," Terra explained. "Riku never said any of those things. I took his ring. I lied about everything, and it's my fault. Do you get it now?"
"I'm so..." Lea started before he swatted his own forehead with the flat of his palm.
"So stupid. I'm so stupid! How could I have blamed Riku for this?" Lea had breathed with a panicked expression, finally realizing the error of his ways.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Go see him."
"I don't know where he is-"
"Sora's house," Terra cut in with an answer. "Oh and one more thing. Please don't be an asshole about it when you guys get back together."
Lea paused as he looked the other male over. "I guess you're not that bad of a guy," Lea admitted. "Thanks. Naminé, take over for today."
"Alrighty."
Terra sighed in relief as the redhead left the store. He was just about to leave before Namine held out a hand. "Hold up. I'm not done with you."
"Huh?"
"Lea may forgive you...somewhat. But, I still think you were an asshole for doing that."
"I know. I know," Terra defensively said as he threw his arms up in defeat. "Can I get a break?"
"Maybe if you help me with the café while Lea is gone. We are getting low on customers. So, why don't you come up with a tactic for more customers?" Naminé ordered with a smirk, her hand gesturing to Terra.
The brunette followed Naminé's hand and got the hint of taking off his shirt. Terra sighed.

"Riku, I made you some food. It's spaghetti."
Riku continued to lay on his side on the bed. The curtains were currently closed, blocking the sun. Any source of light didn't suit his mood, so he preferred to be in the darkness.
He heard Sora knock and try to open the door. The knob rattled in place and he heard a deep sigh. "Riku, why did you lock the door? Please, come out and eat. This isn't healthy...and I'm worried."
"I'm not hungry," Riku softly replied, hugging his robe even more tightly around himself.
"Riku, please come out. I-" In the middle of Sora's sentence, the doorbell rang. "I'll get it." Riku heard steps fade away from outside the door. He really wasn't in the mood for visitors himself. He'd much rather be alone, with the darkness as his only friend. Then Riku heard two pair of steps go towards his bedroom door. "Riku, someone is here for you. Please come out," Sora pleaded as he knocked on the door. Riku closed his eyes as threw the covers off of himself. "Riku." The door rattled even more until it stopped.
"Sora, it's fine. I can talk to him like this."
Riku's eyes opened and he threw the covers off of himself. He quickly shot out of his position, sitting straight up on the bed. Was that...? No, he was just imagining things. His ears were playing a cruel joke on him, only adding salt to his wounded heart.
"Riku, you don't have to come out. But, I want you to listen to me."
That was indeed Lea's voice. This was no cruel joke. This was not his imagination. Riku's lips quivered as he stared at the door, willing himself to imagine the redhead right outside the door. "He came...to see me?" Riku whispered to himself, already feeling his eyes fill with tears.
"I know I have said some unforgivable things back at the house. Things I should have never said," he heard Lea's voice clearly say behind the door. "I was wrong to doubt you. I was wrong to say it was your fault. You and I experienced a side of me that I wish never came out."
Riku gnawed at his bottom lip as he held the ring on his left finger close to his chest. "But, could you blame me? I was so afraid of losing you to somebody else.
I got so scared that I believed what I wanted to believe. And I was wrong to falsely accuse you. I was wrong about everything." Newly formed tears stream down Riku's face. He held his hand even more tightly. "I'm so sorry, Riku. I know an apology alone won't be enough for you to forgive me. I don't expect you to either."
"You don't have to come out now if you don't want to. You don't have to come live with me. But, you have to know I love you...So much. I don't want to hurt you like ever again. That's, that's all I wanted to tell you."
"Thank you for coming and saying that," he heard Sora say softly.
As Riku heard the retreating of Lea's footsteps, he sobbed deeply. Lea came all this way to apologize to him. Lea came all this way to say that he loves him...! Riku came out of his dwelling, throwing the covers off of the remainder of his body. He wrapped the fluffy robe tightly around his body, almost tripping from the length of his pajama pants. He threw open the door and ran down the stairs. "W-wait!"
"Riku," Sora said in surprise. He smiled as he saw the male outside his cooped up room.
"W-where is he?"
"Lea just left. But, he's probably not too far."
Riku tried to find his breath again as he ran out the front door. Lea was just about to go into his car and he screamed out, "Wait!"
The sound of Riku's voice immediately got Lea's attention. He turned around and breathed out a grateful exhale.
"Did you, did you really mean it? Everything you said?" Riku asked. "I-I heard everything."
Lea looked at his lover with strong adoration. He examined the other's face that was wet with his tears, the shining cyan eyes that looked at him with hope. The very eyes he fell in love with. "I meant every word," Lea whispered, taking some steps towards Riku.
Riku's lips visibly shook. His hands clasped together and covered his shaky mouth. He suddenly ran right into Lea, taking the other male by surprise when he suddenly wrapped his arms around his neck. "Y-you hurt me so much. But, but I'm so happy that you came here..."
Lea carefully put his hand on the back of Riku's head, running it through his messy silver hair. "I'm so sorry I put you through this."
Lea could feel Riku's body shake in his arms and his shoulder become wet with his tears. "I love you," Riku sobbed.
"I love you, too," Lea softly whispered into his ear. He caressed Riku's back and held the male closely against his chest. Riku sniffed loudly and tilted his head to look at Lea.
Both sets of the silver haired male's fingertips traced against the sides of Lea's face. "P-prove it," he stammered.
Lea smiled as his thumb wiped away the tears on Riku's face. He slowly leaned down to kiss the crying male. Riku responsively kissed back, his hands moving to the back of Lea's head. His fingers threaded and grabbed at Lea's red locks desperately as Lea's arms wrapped even more tightly around his lower back.
The two shared a long kiss as Riku's tears slowly fell of the edge of his chin.
To Shiranai Atsune: Sorry if I have misspelled your name! Doing this on my phone so I can't really double check...but thank you for your review! I felt a little bad doing that to Terra, but he'll be fine. He's a big lovable bear.
