Ah its been a long time since either me or Ewan has been on this account :( sorry guys.

But look! Its some sort of update! And that's all that matters lol

Here's a short bedtime story I wrote for Ewan the other night and she told me to post it so yeah xD enjoy!

Couch Snuggles

The clock just struck twelve when the front door opened. A tired redhead stepped into the small one room apartment. His work issued jacket from his low paying security gig lazily slung over his shoulder. Green eyes with bags under them glanced up at the clock. At this rate he would be lucky to get five hours of sleep before he had to wake up for his day job.

Then in the corner of his eye he saw a bundle of blankets on the tattered couch in front of the TV that was quietly playing an episode of Family Guy. A pair of big blue eyes peeped up from over the arm rest, watching him.

"Shouldn't you be sleeping?" He asked, making the eyes widen then duck down, "You have a final in the morning. You need your rest if you wanna get an A."

"I wanted to see you." A meek and muffled voice replied, "I need my weekly dose of Axel to function."

Axel frowned as he tossed his jacket aside and kicked off his shoes, "It hasn't been a week since we last talked, has it?" Axel pushed the bundle aside and sat down in the now vacant seat. His lap was instantly warmed when a head decided to use it as a pillow.

"Mmhmm. Between your jobs and my classes we barely share the bed at the same time. And i don't even remember the last time we've at least kissed." The blond sighed and nuzzled into the man's thigh, "If I drop out I could get a job and you could quit one of yours and we'd have more time together."

"No. Being a doctor is your dream." Axel tangled his fingers into his lover's hair and started to fuss with combing out the knots, "Besides once you get your degree you'll land a nice paying job and I can quit all of my jobs and focus on being a good house wife."

Roxas fidgeted in his spot until his eyes met Axel's "I know, but I just miss you so much. Its lonely here without you."

Axel hummed in agreement as he struggled with a knot, "I miss you too. But you only have one more semester left. And you have winter break in a couple of weeks. I managed to save enough money so we can go on a swanky vacation. "

"Swanky you say?" Roxas cocked an eyebrow.

"The swankiest. But only if you pass your finals."

Roxas hummed and bit his lip as he thought about the offer, "And where exactly are we going?

Axel stopped messing with the blond spikes, his fingers amusing themselves with tracing Roxas's cheek bone, "I was thinking we take a drive down to the beach for the weekend. I can get us a cabin on the seaside. We can make a bonfire every night. Maybe some sex on the beach. Both the drink and the activity." Axel's voice got lower as he talked. He could see his boyfriend's posture start to relax. His eyes fluttering closed.

"I'd like that." Roxas managed to mutter as he started to fall asleep.

Axel smiled down on his lover as he situated himself into a more comfortable position. One night of sleeping on a shared couch wouldn't kill him.
