14. Chapter 13

Chapter 13: Stupid move NOBLE 3

Brittany woke up to find Tila standing at the foot of her bed, her head was killing her "What happened?"she asked

"Your mate was protecting you and your unborn child. He would brake if you lose another child."said Tila

"I don't think a blow to the head or knock out gas is good to use on me I could lose the baby."she said.

Tila shook her head and looked at her desk were her AI floated "Jun, gave you a low dose with what little sleep you have been getting it worked quickly. The little one is fine."said ISIS.

Brittany rolled her eyes and shook her head, she was upset with her sniper and quite frankly if her father wanted to beat his ass then she would let him she would take mom out for a walk. As she sat up in her bed she looked out the window to see that the sun was coming up "I better get breakfast going."she said.

She slowly stood up only to fall back onto the bed and black out.

They had gotten South back and Georgia was dead or dieing thanks to Thom, when they got back John pulled him to the side "What did you do to my daughter other than knock her up?"asked the Master Chief

"I gave her a sleeping pill."he said.

Chief nodded then WHACK his head snapped back. That was harder of a hit than last time, the next he was on the ground with Brittany's father trying to beat his head in "God damn it SAMMY your ole battle ax is trying to kill Jun."yelled Texas.

He rolled and threw Chief off of him "What the hell is your problem?" he asked

"Your a damn idiot aren't you?"asked Chief.

Now he knew where she got that from "What do you mean?"he asked

"The Sleeping pill, the shit that is at this base can KILL the baby."said Chief.

He froze, and got it right in the face again! Samantha had come running out with his team to hold him "Go check on her, John it was my idea. He didn't want her to get hurt."said Samantha as he went to check on Brittany's well being.

As soon as he got into their room Brittany was sitting up half awake and half asleep "Brittany are you alright?"he asked

"Yeah just..."she held her finger up and puked in the bucket beside her.

He sat on the bed next to her and rubbed her back "I shouldn't have listened to your mother now I have a possibly broken nose and maybe a fractured jaw."he said

"It was mom's idea?"she asked before spewing again

"Yes, if I would have known I wouldn't have given it to you."he said.

She finished and looked at him "ISIS did my dad ruin Jun's handsome face because of my mother?"she asked

"No, he will be bruised but he is lucky I think ONI did a lot more to him then he thinks they did."said ISIS.

Brittany touched his face "Get out of your armor and changed then get back in here and cuddle."she said.

He smiled and nodded "I love you."he said and left the room

How could Samantha do that to their own daughter "He could have killed the baby."he said

"John you need to worry about the here and now."said Samantha

"Your?"he asked looking at her

"I don't know yet I may be."said Samantha.

He sat down before he fell down, he was not as young as he used to be "John, your still the man I fell in love with."said Samantha.

He looked at her "I love you Sammy."he said pulling her into his lap.

Jun out of his armor walked by the door "Your ass beating isn't over kid."he said

"Blow it out your ass old man."came a sharp reply.

Old? How dare that little shit of a Spartan call him old? He went to get up only to Samantha grind her hips into him and he stopped "You have the most impeccable timing Samantha you know that?"he asked

"He reminds you of yourself at that age don't he?"she asked

"What if he does?"he asked

"Leave him alone you don't want to hurt our daughter do you?"she asked.

He closed his eyes and kissed her "No you win."he said even though he had his fingers crossed.

When Jun returned he laid down beside her and put an arm around her "We got her back."he said

"And Thom?"she asked

"He showed up as I was getting my Armor off."he said.

She nodded and snuggled closer against him "Jun, we still have a lot of work to do to keep our child safe."she said.

Jun placed a kiss on the top of her head "I know with one down all we have is two more to go."he said.

She was falling asleep again enjoying the warmth that he was giving her, just as he held her.

Jul'Madama was not a very happy Sangheili this HALO ring was used by both the humans and the heretics that deserted the covenant during the war and they were still living in peace on the ring. He slammed his hand on the table "How dare those filthy demons live on this holy ring."he said

"Valhalla, was the home to those who didn't want to fight anymore it is their home, maybe you should take lessons from those who live here."said Halsey

"YOU WILL NOT TALK DOWN TO ME LIKE THAT!"he roared

"Temper, temper it rivals that of NOBLE 6."said Halsey.

Madama growled why would the gods bring that demon back of all demons? He didn't understand it. He looked at Halsey and snarled "I will take her life again."he said

"Something tells me you won't."Halsey said.

He would take the demon's life again and this time she would stay dead.
