Volk sets out on his journey to become the next Pirate King, after his grandpa Luffy, who died in succeeding to save the world from a world-threatening disaster. I'm breaking down with stress. Exams, studying, social life, even time itself. I can't afford to waste, miss or fail these opportunities, and I can't afford to disappoint everyone who has read this fanfic and spent their time making OC's; although I'm getting good results in school, my schedule is getting too busy and too hectic. After finishing an a course of exams, I thought it was the end of it. Until another Assessment came. Dammit, government! When I try writing chapters, I end up losing interest or getting sidetracked or having to do something else! And then saving! My WiFi has become faulty over the last year, and most of 2013 I was writing chapters on my phone through 3G (I've got an crappy iPhone 4), cause my laptop's hard drive got damaged quite often. The network wouldn't respond, and I would lose countless hours of work and labour!

I'm gonna have to put this (Plan X) indefinite hiatus for now-

Kano: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

FOR NOW. I can only guarantee that new chapters will be up after exams end, which won't be until the middle of the year. Even at that, chapters will be out on A slower pace than before. But...

Everyone: BUT?!

But, if anyone of you readers could help me write this story, provided I give you the plot, and you can add the comedy/drama that's so desperately necessary in story, I'll hand it to you, (Plan Y) just PM me. I talk to your people, you talk to mine, just kiddin! But seriously! My One Piece world is slightly different from Oda's One Piece world! It's not just a typical, middle-aged journey across the seas, but a more modernised one, like the world today.

If no one can fulfil that, then it's best I just restart the story (Plan Z), and make a forum for people to send their OCs, discuss about what the plot of the story could be from there, how I restart it and more. About Kano, if I go along with this, there's a 99.9% change I may not keep Kano and just start all over with a new OC. If anyone can send me a good enough OC as the main character, the name of their pirate crew and more, I'll consider it. By the way, about forum moderators, if you wanna be one, ask me by PM and I'll do it. Also, if this forum thing is gonna happen as well, I'll make a topic for chapter writing and discussing about what to put in chapter.

So there are three choices:

1) I put this story on an indefinite hiatus and not come back until June or July.

2) I give this story to the hands of another author if they can write.

3) I restart/reboot it.
