Lavi's POV

''Ah I'm sorry to run into you like that Lavi,'' Lenalee said as she rushed past me, making me drop all the books I was carrying.

''No problem, I wasn't really looking where I was going either,'' I told her and then I started to stack the books.

''Let me help.'' Lenalee stated. I looked at her as she knelt down on the ground.

When I stood up, holding all the books again, I asked Lenalee ''how are you holding up? Now when you finally got out from the medical wing.''

''Well… not the best but my physical condition is good now. I can hear clearly now and I don't have to change bandages daily anymore,'' Lenalee explained.

I sighed, I already knew about her physical condition. Her mental state isn't the best now after that Allen incident. ''Lenalee, I know this is hard for you it's for all of us. But now we have Kanda back and-!'' I had to stop talking so I could hear what Lenalee was saying.

''I'm going to drag Allen back here and make him snap out of his delusional world and if he doesn't I'm going to make him pay him back for what he did! He was acting all along to be our friend and now he's with the enemies. I never really thought he could hurt me, but…'' her expression changed to a smile, ''…I'm glad this happened so I could see the truth and wake up from my dream world.'' Then she walked away quickly. I could see a tear drop down her face.

This past month had been hard, for all of us. The Order seemed like it had returned to its former state, but when I looked at it, everything seemed so much different. Even though Kanda was back he was almost never seen. If he wasn't in his room he would be out on a mission. There was lots of work to do and we all knew that the Noah could strike at any time. Making life a little bit more stressful.

Allen POV

''Allen you see those finders up there?'' Road asked me. Pointing towards a pair of finders on a rooftop about a hundred meters away.

''Yes I do, they are guarding the area for possible akuma and Noah, what about them?'' I asked her.

Road smiled deviously, ''we should take them out~''

''No.'' I immediately turned down the idea.

''Awwww….. why not?'' Road whined.

I buried my face deep in my palm. ''We are here to see if there are any possible Innocent fragments nearby. Not to kill finders which could lead to the Order sending even more personnel here or do you want to stay here the whole night?'' I explained to her.

Road looked annoyed, ''well wouldn't it be more fun if we took them out and then waited for more people to come back and kill them too?''

''No.''

Road looked grim, ''I bet that if it was Tyki suggesting this, not me, you would be immediately on board.''

I looked at her for a long time with a questionable look, ''are you going to start this conversation again or are we going to continue walking through the city so we could know is there any fragments here?''

Road thought about it for a while, ''there is a nice cafe just near here we could go there and talk.''

''No we can't.''

''Allen you are mean.'' Road stated.

''I'm just hoping to get back to the Noah Ark as quickly as I can,'' I told her while walking forwards and passing the cafe she was talking about.

''Fine,'' Road said as she grinned a little, ''but you know…'' she paused.

''I know what?''

Road giggled, ''Tyki will be really happy when he gets your gift.''

I felt my face getting red, ''shut up!'' I started to walk faster, ''how could you even know what I'm giving him as a present?''

Road kept up with my pace, still keeping that slight grin on her face, ''well I saw you… well… practice,'' she said giggling. I blushed, I couldn't even hide it this time. ''But Allen tell me, where did you get the outfit?''

''None of your business.''

''Oh well, I will find out afterwards as I ask Tyki how did it go anyways. You two are taking it so slow… Allen are you a chicken?'' Road asked me, this time with a more serious face.

''No I just… uh… am not quite… Road did you feel that?!'' I said to avert the question.

''Feel what?'' Road asked me curiously.

I pointed to the direction we were going, ''I'm sure I felt an innocent fragment that way.''

''But I can't feel anything,'' Road said in disbelief.

''I know what I felt,'' I said with all seriousness. This time I was really feeling the fragment nearby. ''Come, this way.'' I took Roads hand and pulled her quickly to the direction I felt was right.

When we walked forwards the amount of finders started to increase. ''Allen I think you were up to something, but it seems like the Order was a lot quicker than us…'' Road said with a grim tone.

I stopped and so did Road, ''it should be somewhere around here.'' I stated.

Road nodded in response, ''I can feel it too… I want to crush it so much.'' her tone darkened really quickly.

''Stay here for a while, I will go and see if there is anyone guarding the fragment,'' I told her and she nodded. I hope she actually stays put for the time I'm away. ¨

Because this wasn't my first innocent fragment destroy mission, I wasn't so vary about killing the Order personnel anymore. But even though I'm saying that till now I haven't seen any exorcists, so I wondered what would I do if I met one.

I grinned.

I wonder how entertaining that would be – I thought. I shrugged my head, I had to focus.

I circled the house I sensed the fragment was in. It was ordinary, only one floor and maybe a basement. I came to the corner of the house and I looked if there was anyone after the turn. I sighed of relief, only two finders guarding the exit.

I returned back to Road. Making sure I wasn't seen.

Road rushed next to me when I arrived. ''So anyone to torture?''

''Few finders at the entrance, I don't know about the inside… few more I guess?'' I guessed.

Road looked kind of disappointed, ''so no Exorcists? That's pretty dull.'' she said and started walking towards the building. ''I can take care of the ones outside. Allen you can go inside and take care of those there… If you get lucky…'' Road paused for a while and then started grinning, ''have fun for me too.''

I nodded, ''of course.''

Road hurried before me, her skin had already turned dark. I still stayed with the white skin, not turning. If it went I would turn, but if it was only finders I was not going to change.

I waited at the corner for Road to distract the finders so I could go in. When I heard the screams I figured it was time for me to go in. I walked inside the house, ignoring what Road was doing.

''Allen!'' I heard a voice call my name. When I looked who it was I saw a woman with dark brown hair.

''Hello Miranda.'' I stated calmly looking through the room searching for the fragment. Maybe I could just take the fragment and go was my thought, but it was soon dismissed as I didn't find the fragment anywhere, ''I'm sorry, but where is the Innocence fragment?''

I heard her gulp loudly, she was nervous. ''Not anywhere for you… to… take,'' she managed to say. I sighed, it was obvious she was holding something in her arms. I could just take it away from her and leave, but she would see me coming, I was too far away from her. Her Innocence was more troubling than useful.

''You know how this is going to end,'' I said, pausing so Miranda could hear the screams of her friends, ''and I'm sorry but…'' I took a step forwards, ''it's not going to be pretty.''

Miranda firmed her grip on the object she was holding. It was definitely the Innocence, I was sure of it. ''I'm not going to… let you leave with the Innocence fragment. I'm… taking it with me to the Order!'' Miranda stated firmly.

''Oh, sorry I didn't realise,'' I paused again for the screams. I could see how her face filled with more terror as the screams continued for a longer time than before. ''Road is taking her time, your friends are really tough.'' I took another step. ''it would be nice of her to keep it down….''

Miranda stepped backwards, hitting the wall. ''Stay where you are… Allen please, just… come back with me to the Order.''

''So they could torture, experiment and finally kill me or leave me rotting in a jail cell?'' I laughed a little under my breath. I shouldn't act like this, she is only trying to help me - that was the thought in my mind but it didn't transfer to my actions.

''I'm sorry Miranda it had to be you,'' I told her faking my calmness, ''but you have to become a message deliver.''

''Alleeenn ~ Can we going to that cafe now?'' Road asked me cheerfully. She was really begging for it, she almost seemed like a puppy, an evil puppy which could kill you at any time.

''Eh… Why not? I'm needy for a break anyways,'' I stated and followed Road to the café.

Road suddenly stopped, ''hey Allen. Do you think the Order will get our little message?''

I thought it for a while, ''I'm pretty sure they will receive it…'' I answered.

''Allen… You are crying again,'' Road stated, ''can't have you looking like that tonight.''

I wiped the tears off, ''I'm sorry… It's just… I lost a valuable friend today,'' I told Road who just looked at me like she always did, ''I guess I am never getting used to killing them myself.'' The words sounded so weird to me, yet so familiar.

''Don't worry, I'm sure you are going to get over it soon enough. Anyways let's go eat some cake!'' Road told me and instantly pulled me in the café.

Kanda's POV

I walked down the halls of the order, heading towards Komui' office to receive my new mission. The last mission had ended nicely I had retrieved the Innocence fragment and defeated the Akuma, it was just like the other missions I had went to the last few months, nothing special had happened.

I arrived at the office and opened the door, seeing that there was a finder in the room with Komui I walked in front of Komui' desk. He looked at me, quite worried, ''we have word from a town, not quite far from here that there seem to be an Exorcist missing and a handful of finders with her.''

I listened to him carefully, ''so I'm to go there and check up on them?''

Komui nodded, ''yes and there should be an Innocence fragment there with them so look for it too.'' I indicated that I understood what I had to do and started walking away.

''Oh and you will be accompanied by Bookman and Lavi, just to be save. There was some report of few Noah, but they should be gone already,'' Komui continued and I nodded for response, ''Kanda… be careful.''

''Tch, of course I will be,'' I told him. I left the room and then I headed to inform the stupid Rabbit and Bookman. I had the feeling I was going to meet Beansprout again.

Back in the Noah Ark

Tyki's POV

It was my birthday, nothing could change that but still I hadn't received any gifts from Allen, I really didn't care about the other presents. I sighed walking down the hall, which lead to my room. Shounen and Road should be back from their mission anytime now and I still hadn't seen them anywhere.

When I reached my room I moved my hair which was disturbing his line of sight. I should probably cut my hair soon, it was getting long. When I was done worrying about my hair I opened the door and I heard a cheerful welcoming phrase from my right.

''Welcome back Master!'' I looked at Allen confused for a while, but then a smirk emerged on my face. The boy was dressed up as a maid.

''Good to be home then…'' I responded to the sexy maid, making sure I search his every part with my gaze. It was seemed too much of a fantasy.

I could see the boy blush, then I put my hand on top of his hand and made his hair all messy, ''was this your idea shounen?''

The boy looked away for a while, ''Yes, of course Road helped me prepare it… but it was my idea…'' Allen lifted his head to look at me straight to my eyes, ''do you like it?''

I pulled him closer for a kiss, ''Why wouldn't I like it… You as a maid. This is new, but it's amusing,'' I said as the smirk on my face widened. Then I leaned in for another kiss, the boy didn't really resist anymore which didn't bother me but there was fun missing from it.

''Shounen… does this mean I can order you around as my maid?'' I had to confirm, just to make sure I have full reign.

The boy blushed again, how red can this boy get. ''Umh… yes… it does…'' he said hesitantly.

''Perfect,'' I stated.

''Then M-master what would you like me to do?'' the boy asked me and I thought about it and just decided go easy on for starters.

''Well… Can you fetch me some water for starters?'' I requested and the boy did as told, he left the room and headed to the kitchen.

I sat on a chair that was few feet away from my bed and lit a cigarette, ''I promise I will stop after this…'' I promised myself.

When I was just about to relax I saw some midnight blue hair stick out of under the bed blanket. I stood up and slowly walked next to the bed and moved the blanket revealing Road under them. ''Hello Road, what brings you here?'' I said with a deadly looking smile on my face.

''Uuuh… Nice to see you here Uncle-Tyki…'' she paused looking for a way out, ''well I'll be off then! Have fun ~!'' she said and tried to run to the door, but I cached up to her easily and stopped her.

''What were you doing in my bed?'' I asked her, not letting her go.

''Well the thing is I was helping Allen put on the costume but you came in so I had to hide so I wouldn't bother you…'' she tried to explain, but at the same time Allen came in. ''Allen tell Tyki what happened!'' Road insisted. I still kept her stay in place but my gaze turned to Allen.

Allen looked at both and Road looking very confused what was happening, he had retrieved the water I had asked. ''Road?! What are you doing here?'' he finally blurted out.

''Alleeeen! You dummy you could have help me escape!'' Road whined and then I dregged her to the chair and made her sit down.

''Now dear Road please explain why are you here,'' I asked of her. She looked away for a while but then opened her mouth.

''Tyki you can't be with Allen!'' she shouted out, ''Allen is mine not yours!''

I looked at her and face palmed, ''Road it's not my fault I captured the shounen' heart and not you,'' I teased her, ''too bad.''

Road looked at me, she was not pleased, ''Stupid Tyki! I put dibs on him first!'' Road said back, ''I was the one who saw that he would learn to use his powers correctly for the last month and still you get him!'' she continued, not letting go of the subject.

I sighed, ''Road your argument makes no sense… Lulubell was the one that instructed Allen's training, not you…'' I stated the fact, ''where did you even come up with that?''

''I monitored the training…'' she said silently.

We kept on arguing for a while not even noticing the boy who seemed to get very annoyed of our conversation.

''I. Am. Not. Yours.'' he stated coldly, silencing both of us. ''If you don't want me to be the other one then I won't be with neither one of you!'' he said and walked out of the room afterwards.

Road and I stood in silence for a while and then Road broke it, ''Tyki you idiot look what you did!''

I turned to her, ''Road you were the one to start the conversation.''

''We are both to blame,'' she said, looking kind of down. ''I really didn't think this through.''

I sighed, ''well it was stupid I can tell you, we don't even know where the boy left…''

Road quickly jumped out of his chair, ''let's go find him and apologize, before he does anything stupid.''

I nodded and we exited the room and headed towards the boy's room quickly as we could. On the way there Road mumbled something and I could only make out few words, but even they made no sense to me.

Allen's POV

I ran through the Noah Ark not really knowing where to go, I went to my room first but then I realised Road and Tyki would come there to find me. When I entered the main building I was exhausted, there was one thought in my head – I had to get into my own Ark. So I opened a door, quite clumsily and entered it, the door crumbled instantly when I entered it. I thanked myself for stashing some clothing into the Ark and changed out of the Maid uniform. I didn't put on the Noah uniform, but a white collar shirt and some black pants.

I was so confused - why did I ever really go to the Noah side – why did I stay? The answer in my mind was Tyki, he had kept me there he was there when I came in to the Noah's side.

I'm his? I thought, when that happened. When did I go astray from my own path…? It was like I was waking up from a dream, a dream filled with Tyki. I had killed my friend, I had betrayed them all – but they betrayed me first.

Even Kanda… he tried to stop me…

Then I realised and hurried next to the piano and closed all the gates open at the Noah Ark, I don't want to see them now. I wanted to ask Tyki about many things – was this all just an act – but I couldn't.

I took a deep breath and opened a gate and stepped through it. When I arrived in my destination I looked at the body that was hung in front of me, ''… Hello… Miranda.'' I said, ''it's nice to see you again.''

I fell to the ground and put my head between my legs.

''I'm sorry.''

First in the bucket list... Thank you for all the reviews! This probably wouldn't be here if they hadn't kicked me up and write this. But most of all I'm sorry this took so long, I have had a very busy half-a-year now...

But... Cliffhanger! But don't fear Tyki will come to the rescue! ... or will he *insert evil laugh* I had fun writing this, I had writers block for a long time and then I was like ''I'll just write it and see what comes of it'' and then I had so many ideas ~
