Here's the next one!

Chloe walks down the hall to Leo's locker. She wants some answers. He's standing there, not showing awareness that she's coming. 'Is he ignoring me?' Chloe stops right behind him. "Leo!?"

"Huh?" He turns around quickly and blushes from embarrassment. He had been consumed in his thoughts so much, his guard was lowered. "Hi, Chloe."

"Hi? Where were you yesterday!? I waited a good quarter hour before Raph showed up!" Leo flinches at her rant.

"I had to stay back.. family thing."

"You couldn't have called?" She asks, furious.

"He wouldn't let me.."

"Who?"

"..One of my brothers. He takes it personally when we go to someone else for help."

"Why didn't you go to him before?"

'Because I wanted to be with you more.'

"Um, he isn't the best teacher, but well.. he tries." An uncomfortable silence breaks between them.

"So I guess I won't be tutoring you anymore."

Leo sighs and hangs his head. "Guess not." Chloe feels bad for the defeated look on his face when he looks back at her. "I'm sorry I didn't call. I'll see you in class." Leo turns away, slamming his locker door. Chloe starts at the noise. She thinks it's nothing and walks away.

But if Chloe could see his face, she'd think differently. The feeling of defeat was outweighed by the sheer fury of being shown up by his younger brother. 'No way am I letting this slide. Raph, don't even think about going out tonight.' Leo is furious. And even more deadly, he has a plan.

After school, everyone but Mikey is at home. He's been painting after school every day of the week now. Leo and Donnie are working on the former's homework. But Raph finishes his by four o'clock. He gets his gym bag and sneaks out of the house.

"Raphael," Master Yoshi says. Raph freezes mid step out the door, "Where are you going?"

"Out. To the gym."

".. Follow me." Master Yoshi turns around, leaving no room for argument. Raph crosses his arms and follows. His sensei sits under the tree in the dojo, waiting for Raph to begin.

"Wait.. training?"

"Yes, team training."

"What about the others?"

"Donatello and Leonardo will join you after studying and Michelangelo will have to come home early. But that doesn't mean you can skip." Raph wants to object, but does his best to keep his anger in check.

"What.. may I ask, gave you the idea.. of more.. training," he says, on the verge of exploding.

"Hm, I believe it was your brother, Leonardo, that came to me. He told me that these past mistakes on patrol are due to the lack of team training. I agree."

Raph growls. 'Of course it was Lame-o-nardo,' he sulks. "May I call a friend. She's expectin' me." Master Yoshi nods. The teen dashes out of the room and texts Chloe. 'Hey babe, change of plans, keep working at it, Raph.'

"Leo is so going to regret it," Raph vows under his breath.

Once all of the boys were in the dojo, the real training began. Leo was paired with Raph against Donnie and Mikey. "You take Mikey, I got Donnie," Leo decides.

"Maybe I want to take Donnie. You take Mikey."

"Raph, I'm the leader."

"Not in this session you aren't. I'm taking Donnie. Mikey's too easy." The pair turn and face each other.

"You take Mikey!"

"No you!"

"I have a feeling nobody wants to fight me," Mikey says, crossing his arms. Master Yoshi places a hand on his youngest's shoulder.

"It is not you, Michelangelo. They have something they must work out."

"-Since I'm more experienced, I should get a better challenge-"

"You!? Better!? We'll see about that!" Before Raph can pounce, Master Yoshi uses a pressure point on both teens.

"Stop!" He yells.

"O-Okay sensei.."

"I'm good.. I'm good..." He releases them. They kneel before him, sending dangerous glares at each other.

"Michelangelo, Donatello, you are dismissed." The two bow and leave the dojo. "I have heard a few rumors going around." The dark haired teens tense up. "Leonardo, you were being tutored?"

"Hai, sensei."

"Raphael, I believe you told me you were spending time at the gym with a friend."

"Yeah?"

".. Does this happen to be the same person?" Leo and Raph share a furious glare before the former turns to their father.

"Hai, father. We've both been seeing Chloe."

"So, Leonardo, you are now being tutored by your younger brother?"

"Hai, because he-"

"He what? Blablabla, blame blame blame. He was going to find out sometime."

"Yeah well-"

"Enough! It seems to me that there is a feud growing between you ...It reminds me of when I was younger."

"Sensei, you have already told us this story."

"It seems I must tell it again." Raph gets up and walks away.

"Look, the story's great. But Chloe is probably needing me-"

"Rafaero!" Raph freezes at his Japanese name. "Sit. Down." He sulks back over and sits. "When I was in Japan, I fell for Tang Shen. She was the one for me, I knew it. But my best friend, Oroku Saki, also fell in love with her. He was like a brother to me. We both tried to win her heart. I succeeded, but our rivalry grew until it tore our friendship apart. We moved to New York and tried to live a life away from Oroku Saki.

"But he found us, not long after Mikey was born. In the end, I lost Tang Shen, and Miwa, my your sister." That is the story of their family. The Shredder, as he was called in the army long ago, had murdered their mother.

It was a long time ago and Leo barely remembers anything. He only has a vague image of their beautiful mother. And his twin sister went missing that day. He can't remember what she was like, but he knows she is with their mother, Tang Shen.

"So, yer sayin' that one of us will get her?" Raph says, hoping to be let go.

"I am saying don't let this girl tear you away from each other! Let her go if you must!" Master Yoshi explains. "If this continues, you may not be able to back away from it. Take caution, my sons."

"Hai, sensei." Hamato Yoshi puts a hand on each of their shoulders.

"I am not telling you this as your sensei, but as you father. I don't want what happened to me and Saki to happen to you. Please find a way to put aside this rivalry before it destroys our family." The brothers hug their father.

"We will, I promise."

"Yeah, same, Dad."

"Then you are excused." They turn around and walk away.

"So," Raph starts as the exit the dojo, "I'll talk to Donnie. He should probably let up on the tutoring. I'm sure Jersey could hear you groaning from boredom." Leo chuckles at the joke.

"Thanks. And I'll talk to Splinter about that training. I guess we don't really need it at that time," Leo adds.

"We good?" They bump fists.

"Yeah, we're good."

Leo mentions Don! Just keep that in mind.

Are they good? Really?

Hmm, find out later!
