In the Starboard Observation Deck, Shepard nuzzled against her turian lover and let out a sigh of content relief. The room had been temporarily vacated after Samara had left to buy a new assault rifle on the Citadel, so the commander had chosen to spend a quiet moment with Garrus observing the sheer, dark endlessness of the galaxy. Countless stars seemed to reach out to them, offering up another chance to remind them that their whole life didn't revolve around endless combat and mission after mission.
"It never gets old, huh?" Garrus murmured into her ear.
She shook her head. "Nope."
"It kind of makes you want to…"
"Break into song?"
Garrus gave his version of a small smile and slight nod. "Yup."
Shepard: I love my handgun
Garrus: I love to calibrate
Their singing soon spread across to every member of the Normandy's crew.
Miranda: (looking at her reflection in a mirror) I love perfection
Jacob: (dreaming about Miranda) I love my Aussie mate!
Shepard, Garrus, Miranda and Jacob: I love the galaxy
Kelly: (looking longingly at many different species of aliens) And all its choices!
Gardner: (knocking a wrench against a pipe) Boom de Yadda, Boom de Yadda
Dr. Chakwas: (drumming on her desk with two Serrice Ice Brandy bottles) Boom de Yadda, Boom Yadda!
Tali: (staring lovingly at her combat drone) I love Chiktikka
Mordin: (accidently setting fire to his cure for cancer) I love Incinerate
Grunt: (gleefully charging towards a Thresher Maw) I love to kill big things
Jack: (imagining slaughtering the Illusive Man) I love how revenge is great!
Tali, Mordin, Grunt and Jack: I love the galaxy
Joker: (dodging in and out of enemy fire) And all its relaxing trips!
Ken: (thinking about the strength of Gabby's 'barrier') Boom de Yadda, Boom de Yadda
Gabby: (thinking about calibrating Ken's 'weapon') Boom de Yadda, Boom de Yadda!
Samara: (remembering Thane's 'skill and accuracy') I love his stamina
Thane: (remembering his last night with the thousand year old Samara) I love experience
Legion: (trying to gain a consensus about its recent 'interaction' with Tali) We are conflicted about the concept of emotion
The Illusive Man: (traumatized about losing the Collector Base) I've never been the same since!

EDI: (thinking about her relationship with Joker) It is such a confusing place

The singing spread all over the galaxy. Shepard gave another smile and nuzzled closer to her 'Archangel'. "The galaxy is just awesome, isn't it Garrus?"
"Amen to that Shepard. Amen to that."
A/N: Loving the Discovery Channel ad and having done the same thing for an NCIS story of mine, I just couldn't pass up the chance to do one for Mass Effect. There are two different commercials like this, so I may do another one of these for this story- if I get enough feedback!
