Hello All,
This story has covered a lot of very difficult topics and I hope I have managed to capture the pain of them in a way that is neither crude, nor stereotypical.
I also hope I have managed to capture the reality of living in these situations, at least a little.
I have been in contact with a few people who have said that this story has resonated with them, whether for personal and private reasons, or simply due to an interest in the subject. I want thank you, and if, for any reason at all, you feel you want to talk there are people, hotlines, online or by phones of people that are out there to help you. Childline is always there as well as others.
Please don't think me presumptuous, I only want there to be the option.
