Chapter 14

Italics- Pov.

MJ wiped her tears angrily, as she looked in the mirror. Her beautiful pale complexion was ruined by her make up, she duck her face under the cool tap. Why did I even agree to go out with Harry? Yeah he is a nice guy, but he isn't for me. Peter though, every time I look at him, I feel butterflies. I have never felt like that before. No, I cant like Peter.

"MJ, you mind if I go and stay over at Aunt Mays tonight, she's feeling down and I said I would go over?" Elena shouted from outside the bathroom. MJ wiped her face with a towel and unlocked the door revealing the brunette.

"Sure, go ahead. Tell Aunt May I said sorry once again."

Elena cocked her head to the side taking in MJ's appearance. "Are you sure your all right?"

MJ nodded, "Am just gonna call it a night, I'll speak with Harry tomorrow."

Elena smiled sadly, "You know, you two will be ok. It's just a fight, If Mr. Osborne can't see you're a great girl then he must be blind. Harry is just a jerk sometimes, he needs to realize that he isn't a daddy's little boy anymore and he doesn't need to impress his father anymore."

"You're a great friend Elena." MJ smiled.

Aunt May was getting ready for bed, she was happy that Elena was staying over to give her some company. She knelt down by her bed pulled out a picture of her husband. Ben Parker.

"Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but..."

Suddenly the wall behind her explodes. The shattered glass flying in all directions.

Elena furrowed her eyebrows, what was that? She sat up in her bed, her eyes crinkled a little. Then she heard screams. Aunt May! She scrambled up from her bed, pulled the covers back on top of it; she never even put her slippers on. She threw open the door, "Aunt May!" she ran across the landing, she could feel the heat and fire from the other side of the door. Suddenly an evil but familiar voice was heard.

"FINISH IT! FINISH IT!" The Green Goblin commanded.

Elena's eyes widened, "NO! AUNT MAY! AUNT MAY!" She banged on the door, trying to push it open with all her might.

"FROM EVIL!" Aunt May shouted crying.

"PLEASE, DON'T HURT HER!" Elena screamed, banging on the door. His laugh was evil and cold. Then it was silent.

"Aunt May?!" She shouted.

No Answer.

She looked around franticly for something to cave the door in. she looked and seen a tall floor lamp. "Hang on, Aunt May." She stood by and then threw the lamp at the door to bash it in. It came open and banged against the wall. Aunt May was lying on the floor, with her mouth open. She thought she was dead.

"NO! NO! Aunt May! Aunt May!" She shouted pulling her Aunt in her arms.

Elena blinked back tears, stay calm Elena, she's not dead.

She put her Aunt back on the floor, and she ran out got a bucket of water. Her breathing was fast and her chest was heaving, she kept pulling her long hair away from her face. She threw the bucket of water over the fire, and then looked for the phone.

Hold on Aunt May.

Peter races down a hospital corridor, frantic. He reaches the last room on the right, ducks inside, and sees a frantic Aunt May looking everywhere, Elena was trying to hold her hand, but the nurses was trying to get her out of the room.

"Aunt May! What happened?"

"You need to leave." A nurse shouted, taking blood from Aunt May, who was moaning in pain.

"What happened? Elena what happened?" He shouted, Elena shook her head tearfully.

"Those eyes, those horrible yellow eyes!" Aunt May cried out.

"You two have to wait outside. She will be fine, but wait out there."

The nurse said, rushing Peter and Elena out of the room. Peter against the wall, while Elena told him what happened.

"He knows. He knows who I am." He said to himself, not realizing Elena had just turned her head, and her mouth dropped open.

"Your, your Spiderman?" She asked in shock.

Sorry it a short chapter, but my computer is breaking on me, so it's difficult. Long chapter next time, and good news. We are getting closer to Harry and Elena.
