"This is a bad idea," Rajon said as he followed Adam, Rocky, and Billy to where the others were waiting.
"You're going to have to see her eventually," Adam said.
"She's going to hate me. Correction, she already hates me." He said as he stopped walking. He was not going to do this. He would rather fight Goldar right now than face her. It was too late anyway. She was hurrying over to them. He wished he still had the ability to teleport.
"Adam! Rocky! Billy!" Kim yelled as she ran up to them.
Rajon stepped back as he thought of running.
Rocky stopped him. "Kim this is Rajon."
She looked him up and down and said, "you look much better as a human."
Rajon stared at her dumbfounded. That was not what he expected her to say. Not in a million years. "Uh thanks. Look I'm sorry about what I did."
Her smile faded. "It's not your fault. Aisha and Kat told me all about what happened."
"It's my fault. Tommy thought he had to protect me. He should have let Jason go."
Kim frowned in confusion. "What do you mean? Go where?"
"Back here. He chose his dad and me to save and sacrificed himself. I don't know why he wanted to save me."
"Wait I'm confused. When did that happen? I thought he had died in Billy's lab."
Aisha's eyes got large as realized something then. No one told Kim that Tommy was alive. They had mostly been trying to catch up and she was showing her around what had been the Command Center but they hadn't talked about Tommy.
"Kim," Aisha said looking at the others unsure of how to tell her this. "Tommy's alive. We're not even sure what happened but it's like he was taken into the morphing grind. He got out and now Vile has him and Jason on the moon. Along with Zack."
"Vile made him choose to save one of us. He chose his dad and me and sacrificed himself in my place." Rajon said scuffing the ground with his tennis shoe. He couldn't look at the others. He really didn't understand why they were nice to him at all. He was the reason for a lot of the things going on.
"Once we get teleportation back up and going," Billy said, "we'll go rescue them."
"Rescue who?" A voice said from behind them.
They turned around to see Zack standing there along with Goldar and a squadron of tengas.
Could today get any worse? Aisha thought.
Rajon stepped back and watched. He didn't know what to do. He didn't have his abilities as a human. He was just some normal kid.
"Rajon run," Rocky yelled as he attacked Goldar. The others attacked the Tengas not wanting to attack Zack.
Rajon started to move away but was suddenly face to face with Zack. There was no escape.

Vile stood not far away but far enough for no one to notice him. He had wanted to watch the fight up close without getting involved. He wanted to see how Zack did.
He scowled as he watched Rajon try to avoid being hit by Zack. It was rather pitiful he thought as he shook his head.
He saw something in the way the boy fight that made him hesitate. He knew the boy's mother had been a Ranger and that's how he had become a Ranger. He hadn't killed the woman himself. She had been killed by someone that Dark Spectre sent to attack the planet. He had known her almost sixteen years ago.
No, it's impossible. He thought as he started to go back up to the moon. He hesitated as he watched Rajon fall to the ground. He decided to go up to them now.
He pushed Zack back a few feet to keep him from dealing the final blow. He looked into the eyes of the teen who was staring at him with fear.
Vile swore under his breath before sending Rajon away. He'd deal with this all later.
"Why did you do that?" Zack demanded. "I had him!"
"Know your place child," Vile spat back. "Your job is to finish off the Rangers. That pitiful excuse for a human is not a Ranger."
Zack nodded and went after Rocky.
Vile teleported back to the moon.

The Rangers were able to send the Tengas back to the moon after a hard fight that left many bruises for the teens. Kim, who hadn't fought anything in months knew she was going to feel it tomorrow.
"Where's Rajon," Adam asked as the teens gathered. No one had seen what happened but they could only guess.
"Guess we shouldn't have been surprised Vile wouldn't keep his word," Kat said.
"We need to get the Command Center back up and running."
The others nodded. No one knew how they would be able to but they knew they had to.
