Meant for: September 14

A/N: Hey so my updates have not been going like they should have. I picked the worst week to trying and catch up. That's right it's the end of the first marking period. I have not been getting much feedback on this story so I think I'll drop some died weight and end the story. For now this will be the last chapter. I didn't want to end it, but if people aren't really reading it makes no sense. I will continue to write this story I just won't post the chapters, so that if people do want me to keep going then I can. Follow. Favorite. Review. Wakare.

Disclaimer: I don't own One Piece.

It didn't take long for the two to wake up. In fact it took less than a minute. When they did come to, they started arguing in a Zoro/Sanji fashion.

"Why the hell did you do that?" Lena shouted at Kaya.

"Because you were going freakin' berserk!" she shot back.

"I was not!"

"So almost killing Akainu by way of strangulation is not going berserk?"

"Sho'nuff!"

It was almost laughable how alike the two were to the raven haired boy's crewmates. It was almost as if they were Zoro and Sanji's female counterpart, except with black and white hair.

While they were distracted with each other an injured Jimbei made his way over to them.

"Lena-san." He said. He voice low and gruff.

Lena turned away for Kaya and gave Jimbei her full attention, much to Kaya's displease. Kaya whined about being ignored, but Lena just ignored that too.

"Luffy-kun is bleeding out. He needs help." He said and gestured to the worst injured and unconscious Luffy. He was in the same kneeling position he'd been in, in Lena's vision. With Ace's and his own blood splattered all over him.

He'd screamed too and that was when his mind broke, but he'd been forgotten in Lena's tantrum of overflowing anger.

Pure rage began to run through Lena's veins again. Her hair had already started losing its color, and her lips were a deep purple almost their midnight black.

Kaya jumped up and placed a calm hand on Lena's shoulder.

"Lena calm down. There is no need to freak out again. We can heal Luffy and bring Ace back."

Lena hadn't realized it but she'd stood up and her muscles were tense. The only thing that held her back from trying to kill her friend again was that one hand gently touching her shoulder. She could just shake it off, but for some reason she couldn't.

Kaya's gesture had snapped Lena out of her partial trance and she looked around her and shook her hand. All around her were the bodies of marine and pirates, some wounded most were dead. She turned back to Kaya.

"No. We can't leave it like this. This pointless war must end and I have to end it."

Kaya opened her mouth to ask how, but Lena held up a hand to silence her. Her hand fell back to her side and she looked to the sky with a vacant expression and her eyes were glazed over.

A few minutes passed and her expressionless face twisted into one of dread. She blinked and returned to normal. Lena looked at Kaya with eyes that denoted pain and sadness.

"Can you help me?"

Kaya nodded and Jimbei stared at the two puzzled. He was oblivious to what the two where planning.

"Do you think you can take Ace and Whitebeard?" Lena asked. Kaya nodded.

"Yeah, but what about you?"

Kaya's answer was a glance toward the men in the plaza and one to Luffy. Kaya's eyes widened in shock.

"I know you strong Lena, but you can't handle them all by yourself!" Kaya shouted.

Lena cringed and the sudden loud noise but only reacted with a small sad smile to her friend.

"It must be done."

Before Kaya could draw the argument out farther Lena silenced her.

"My actions caused a change. The peacemaker who was supposed to show has not come. I must take responsibility for my selfish actions and this is the only path of atonement."

Kaya frowned but nodded. With no more need for words, Kaya walked toward her target. This was not without leave a whispered message to her friend. Her lips had barely moved and close to no sound came out.

Tears spring up from Lena's eye but she nodded her head and they flew from her eyes. Slowly she closed her eyes and held her arms open, as if to embrace what was coming.

Emerald green light seeped from her arms and spilled onto the ground like and endless stream of water. It coated the ground and when it reached the fallen and standing man it washed over them like waves. The battle field had turned into a sea of green light.

As soon as every person was covered the light disappeared into their bodies. It reemerged pink and quickly swept across the ground back to its place of origin. All around there was a sigh of relief as the pain was removed from the wounded.

At the same time Kaya stood by Ace and Whitebeard. She wasted no time and raised her hands above her head and summoned sea water.

"Water Reviver."

The water accumulated in a ball around her hands. When it was large enough to satisfy her she slit in and sent both water balls to Ace and Whitebeard. The water enclosed them and they seemed to be drowning, but slowly their wounds began to close up.

The pain and suffer the soldiers endure prior to death or currently was washed for their bodies, but after you wash the dirty water still remains. You pull plug on the tub and think the water is gone, but it only head for a new place to make that dirty. That place was Lena. The light intruded upon Lena consciousness, but she wore a brave mask with a frown and determined eyes. It almost seemed like hands reaching from the ground to pull her to hell with the pink light stretched out from her legs. It forced its way into her skin. At the mere touch of it pain sprung up all throughout her body. A long crack ran down her mask, but she held in the tears that stung her eyes and the scream that clawed at her throat. Still the pain was evident.

With all that was torturing she still turned to Luffy, who was frozen in time from when Ace was struck. She reached out to him and an unsteady thin stream of green poured from her hand and crawled to him. The pink light was still filling her and as disappeared into her body and the more strength she lost, the thinner the stream grew till it was just a trickle. It stop completely just as it reached Luffy. The light crawled into his body and just as soon as it did it emerged pink and ran back to Lena.

Kaya knew she'd successful revived Ace when the water lost shape and fell into a pool around him. She ran to him and immediately tried to shake him awake.

"Ace!" she shouted.

He didn't respond.

"Ace!" she repeated and shook him harder.

Nothing. A little stream of green light crawl behind Ace. Kaya looked for its destination though she already knew. Panic and desperation gripped her heart and she shook Ace as hard as she could. Tear ran in rivers down her face.

"Please Ace! You have to wake up! If you don't she end up killing herself." she stopped shaking him and laid her head on his chest.

"You're the only one who can stop her." She whispered missing the pink light as it shot across the ground.

Lena wiped it pain off her face and put a piece of tape of the crack in her mask. Her stared straight ahead and addressed the entire awaken crowd.

"This war..." she started in the loudest voice she could muster. The Luffy's pink light was almost upon her.

"is over." She finished.

The last of the soldiers light filled her. Luffy's touched her and the tape over her mask ripped and the mask itself shattered. The scream that tore at her throat broke out and exploded into the air. She could think about the pain anymore. What ran through her mind was the words her friend had whispered to her.

"Bye-bye."

With the last of her strength, she turned her head to her brother. He was staring at her wide eyed. Forcing herself to stop screaming end her strength and she could only mouth she last words.

"Bye-bye."
