Chapter 14: Round One: Ellix, Luffy and Eri vs. Ultis!
"A perfect world? By destroying everything you don't like!?" I yelled.
"Wrong! Everything that's WRONG! Then everything will be perfect! Everyone will act the same, everything will follow like clockwork, and I shall maintenance it all!" Ultis declared.
"You bastard..." Luffy grunted, but he still couldn't get up.
"Lu-chin..." Eri helped him.
"...Eri-chan. Take Luffy and Grayam and get out of here. I'll deal with Ultis." I said.
"Eh? Ellix, you wanna fight him on your own?" Grayam facefaulted.
"It's my fault all of us are trapped here, because I let myself get talked into it by him. I've got a bone to pick with him." I stated. "Just take them and go! I'll catch up!"
There was a pause, but she eventually nodded. "Okay...be careful El-kun! Let's go, Grayam!" He nodded, and the two carried Luffy out of the room.
"You want to fight me?" Ultis questioned. "Now that I have this weapon, your writing a death wish standing up to my new rule!"
I glared at him as I pressed my palms into either side of my head. "Daydream." My head pulsated, and I was bathed in a rainbow aura as multicoloured strands floated off of me. "I'm gonna do what the Sanohoko should have done. Break that thing into a million pieces!"
"Struggle whilst you can, Rokushiki." One of the pipe fingers pointed at me, a purple light glowing from inside it. "Shard Shot!"
"Soru!" I dashed away as a purple energy blast in the form of a crystal exploded where I previously stood. I landed on a broken piece of scaffolding above him, and it didn't take him long to find me.
"Your a rare case, Rokushiki." Ultis said. "Don't think I'm blind. That girl you were with...she comes from a different dimension. Why are you helping her?"
"Because she is my nakama." I stated plainly.
"Nakama? Please, as if you can give a girl you met no more then eight hours ago a title like that." He chuckled.
"Maybe. But Eri-chan comes from a dimension much like ours." I shot him a look. "Even if I haven't known her very long, I can still call her my nakama, because of her experiences with MY nakama!"
"Bullshit." He scoffed. "The nakama she knows are far different to yours. Shard Shot!" I dodged another powerful shot and hung on the wall behind him.
"Not to me they're not. My nakama are my nakama, no matter what dimension!"
"Shard Shot!" One of the conductor tendrils fired a shot, which I again dodged. "Let's see if you can dodge this. Shard Scatter!" He began firing blasts wildly from all of the pipes and conductors, until I landed in front of him to witness the brilliant explosions being reflected against the humongous crystal.
"Dori Dori no..." I stretched my arm back as my hand morphed into a drill.
"Such an interesting Devil Fruit you have there." Ultis commented.
"Drill!" I spun the drill into the body, sparks lying everywhere as I applied more and more pressure, but when I stopped and the steam faded, I'd only scratched and dented it!
"But you going to have to do better then that!" The five pipe fingers on the right hand locked around my stretched arm, preventing me from pulling it back as the other pipes and conductors took aim at me. "Shard Shot!" I was forced to jump and roll in order to dodge the consecutive shots being fired.
"Dori Dori no Rope!" My stretched arm turned flat and spindly, allowing me to snap it back to my body. "Dori Dori no!"
"Rift Prison!" Suddenly five black orbs floated out of each pipe on the right hand, combining into one big one that he threw at me and swallowed me up.
"Nani?" I looked around the black sphere. "What is this!?"
"Rift Prison." Ultis repeated. "It traps you inside, and then gradually gets smaller, until your crushed!" It was true, even as he spoke it was getting smaller around me!
"Why you-! Let me out!" I pounded the thing with all the strength I had, but to no avail until it was getting small enough to be cramped. "Ngh...Dor Dori no Chibi!" I shrank down to chibi form to give myself more room, but it was still shrinking.
"Break, damn you!" I squeaked as I punched the wall, but still it crept closer and closer in until I was squashed into a ball! "Ugugugh! Then...how about...this!?" I popped back up to my regular size, the force smashing my prison and finally giving me room to breath.
"That was close..." I panted. "Dori Dori no!" I stretched both my arms back. "Twin Tension Sho-" As I threw my arms forward, one of the conductors stretched out and clamped around my arms! "Huh!? G-Get off!"
"Apologies, but no." He suddenly lifted the conductor with me attached to it up and started forcefully dragging it across the wall! I gritted my teeth as the entire left side of my body was scraped across rocks at high speeds, before he finally let go of me and I crashed to the ground.
"Ack!" I winced as I clutched my left rib, the stinging refusing to subside. "Geppo!" I kicked off and into the air. "Dori Dori no-" Another conductor quickly grabbed me by the leg and smashed me into the ground. I forced myself to my feet as the whole front of my body hurt.
"K-Kamisori!" I zigzagged my way through the air at fast speeds until I was next to the glass dome. "Dori Dori no Hair Whip!" My hair lashed out at Ultis' cockpit, but that was blocked by a conductor as well, before it grabbed me by the throat!
"The fact of the matter is that you cannot stop me." Ultis lectured. "The sooner you realise that, the sooner this will end."
"I won't let it end your way!" I gagged. "Dori Dori no..." My feet morphed into curved blades. "Wheel Saw!" I spun my whole body around like a yo-yo, breaking away from the conductor before falling towards Ultis as a deady weapon, though one of the pipes knocked me away into a wall, I stopped spinning and quickly rebounded.
"Dori Dori no Swords!" My arms transformed into swords, which I used to keep the numerous physical attacks away before I landed on the ground.
"Shard Shot!"
"Kamisori!" I dodged yet another energy crystal. "Dori Dori no...Mantis Cutter!" I swung my sword arms furiously around to fend of the pipes and conductors, before switching to stabbing motions that the mecha easily shrugged off.
"Don't think you can win with tactics like that!" One of the conductors barelled into my chest, and the breath was knocked out of my lungs as I fell limply to the floor, gasping to get new ait into my lungs.
"Gaaaaaaaaaaaagh!" I rolled around in pain thanks to the splitting headache that was the aftermath of Daydream disappearing.
"What's the matter, Rokushiki? Have you overexerted yourself?" Ultis said mockingly. "Rift Prison!" I was once again trapped in a black sphere.
"I-I'll just break out again!" I shouted as my headache died down.
"You'll have to be quick though." He grinned. "Shard Shot!" Suddenly the whole black sphere glowed purple, before becoming a devastating explosion.
Every inch of me hurt as I simply stood, smoke emanating off of my body as my eyes rolled back partially into my head. I felt a conductor grab me and lift me up, my HeadDials falling off and clattering to the ground.
"I must admit, Rokushiki...you fought hard, despite having no chance from the very beginning." He spoke knowingly. "...As a reward, I won't kill you. Instead, you can float around in this crack between time until you die!"
I felt myself get pulled back before I was smashed through the wall, I kept flying backwards and backwards, until I stopped, just floating there, with nothing but rubble surrounding me, black and red being my only visions.
Floating in nothingness.

"Ellix! ELLIX! Can you hear me!?"
"It's no use, Nami-san!" Sanji said. "He's been blown too far back for him to hear us!"
"What could've done that to him!?" Chopper wailed.
"We have to do something!" Nami cried. "If he stays out there, he could die!"
"Your right, but we can't do anything at the moment." Sanji admitted regrettably. "Let's find the others, maybe Robin-chan will be able to reach him."
"Nami, come on." Chopper coaxed. "We have to find everyone!"
Nami sniffed as she stood up. "Ellix...please be okay..."

"Raaaaah!" Luffy exploded through the wall. "Yosh! We're...eh?" He looked around at the altar and the middle of the structure supporting crystal. "This place seems familiar..."
"That's because we were just here!" Eri yelled. "I told you I should've led the way!"
"No way! I'm the captain!" Luffy countered.
"You two, I think we have bigger problems." Grayam pointed to the giant machine housing Ultis.
"Hello again, Strawhats." Ultis sniggered. "Did you get lost?"
"Urusai!" Luffy yelled with shark teeth. "Why the hell are you still here anyway?"
"El-kun should have beaten you by now!" Eri added.
"Rokushiki? That old thing?" Ultis sneered. "He broke, so I had to throw him away."
"What are you-" The trio then noticed the new giant hole in the wall, which they ran over to.
"Did an attack cause this!?" Eri demanded. "Hey! Luffy!...Luffy?"
Said pirate had his eyes shadowed by his hat, as he picked up a familiar object. "These are Ellix's HeadDials..." He glared at Ultis in pur rage. "You bastard, what have you done to Ellix!?"
"I would LOVE to answer your questions Strawhat, but I'm busy right now. Shard Scatter!" He shot numerous energy crystals at the ceiling, causing it to begin to collapse. "My throne currently resides at the top of this base, and I must now take my place! I have no time to deal with peaseants such as you!" He then switched the use of the arms to feet as they attached to the giant crystal and started climbing it.
"Get back here!" Both Luffy and Eri roared as they began jumping on the debris, climbing higher to chase after Ultis.
"Damnit..." Grayam said, looking at the whole in the wall. "I need to get back to their ship and inform them about this!" He opened a portal with his crystal and jumped through just as a boulder crushed where he previously stood.
"There you go again." Ultis sighed as his machine continued to climb. "Getting all angry because I killed your friend, that's how you work after all."
"Gomu Gomu nooooooo!" Luffy roared as he jumped in front of the weapon. "Pistol!" Though it was powerful, it didn't seem to faze the mecha, and he began to fall again. "Gomu Gomu no!" Grabbing onto a round piece or rock, he wrapped his arm around it several times. "Zenmai!" He then spun around the object rapidly until he launched himself high above Ultis.
"Ryuu no Kagidzume!" Eri delievered a sudden slash to the machine that only left a scratch. "Iron Fist! Iron Kick!" She then gave a Haki powered punch and kick, leaving two dents in the machine, as she fell back down again. "Your not getting away!" She began jumping on the debris to climb higher again.
"Shard Scatter!" Though the pipes were occupied, the tendriled conductors fired wildly at the duo, who dodged around as best as possible.
"Gomu Gomu no!" Luffy's arm stretched down past Ultis to grab a piece of debris. "Kane!" Stretching out his other arm, he clotheslined the machine, only for it to bounce off, though he reunited with Eri and the two rose up below him.
"Gomu Gomu no!"
"Ryuu no..."
"Volcano!"
"Setsudan O!"
The combined attacks smashed the machine through another rocky roof. Though when the two emerged from it, they found themselves in a room with ancient markings all over the walls, as well as large holes with strange contraptions in them dotted everywhere, as well as being completely covered in Portal Crystals. But the main aspects were the giant crystals point, symbolising the top of the enormous gem, and the glass roof showcasing the black and red scenery.
"You should both feel honoured." Ultis said as his mecha slotted its body into what looked like and engroved holder. "Your currently in the throne room of the new ruler of the world!"
"Aaaaaah!" As the two charged again, they were suddenly trapped by a rectangular rock each, both struggling to get out but unable to. "Ack! What is this!?"
"A simple security system." Ultis said. "But you should feel honoured. You get to personally bare witness to the birth of my perfect world!" All the pipes and conductors inserted themselves into the holes in the wall, causing the runes to glow purple. "You know, Strawhats...there was something you got wrong about the prophecy..."
"What's that then!?" Eri snapped.
"The Universal Crystal is actually the main engine for this machine...the key." Ultis gained a manic grin. "The key for the real weapon! THIS ENTIRE ISLAND!"
Suddenly all of the Portal Crystals began changing from pink to purple, including the ones in the prison.

"What's happening!?" Usopp panicked as the trio ran, the whole island shaking.
"It couldn't be...the weapon?" Robin thought aloud.
"Look! There's the Sunny!" Zoro pointed to the ship as they came up on it.
"Oi! Guys!" Franky called from the side.
"It is so relieving to see your alive!" Brook called.
"We need to get outta here! Is anybody else back yet!?" Zoro yelled.
"We gotta problem on that!" Franky called back as Grayam appeared.
"Ellix has been launched into the Rift space! And Luffy and Eri are still fighting!" He called.
"EH!?" All three of them gasped.
"Robin-chwaaaaan!" Sanji then appeared, followed by Nami and Chopper. "I am so relieved to see you are saaaaafe! Oh, you survived, Mosshead?"
"Cut the crap, Ero-Cook." Zoro snarled. "Ellix is gone, and Luffy and Eri are still in their fighting!"
"Elliiiiiiix!" Chopper cried.
"Franky! We have to reach Ellix somehow!" Nami said. "Please say there's a way!"
"We could try getting to him with a Coup de Burst." He said. "But then we'd be stuck too!"
"Grayam-san, why not use your crystal?" Brook suggested.
"I'm trying!" He said as his now purple crystal glowed. "But it's not working anymore!"
"AAAAAAAAHHH!" Usopp screamed as giant purple crystals suddenly started erupting out of the ground and all along the castle, Marine soldiers screaming and running for their lives.
"What is happening?" Robin thought aloud.
"Look! These things are appearing!" Everyone looked upwards on Chopper's direction to see portals opening up to different landscapes.
"Are those..." Nami began.
"...different dimensions?" Grayam finished.
"There's a giant one underneath the island!" Everyone crowded next to Brook to see that he was correct, in that a portal as large as the three joined islands was sitting underneath all three of them.
"Tha...That's Hinode Town and the Great Maw!" Grayam gasped, recognising his home island.
"Why is it undernea-oh shit!" Sanji shouted. "Ellix!" Everyone looked to see their unconscious nakama fall down into the portal to Hinode Town.
"If he falls from that height he'll die!" Chopper screamed.
"And if he lands in the water he'll drown!" Zoro added.
"Ellix!" Nami shouted. "No, Ellix! You have to wake up! Please Ellix! WAKE UP!"

"Look at them all, Strawhats!" Ultis spread his arms in emphasis of the portals appearing through the glass roof of the room. "So many dimensions! All for me to conquer and perfect!"
"And how do you plan to do that!?" Eri shouted.
"Via the only method these disgustingly imperfect worlds can understand...violence!" Suddenly the giant sprouted crystals began firing into the portals, creating cataclysmic explosions.
"What are you doing!?" Luffy screamed as explosions devastated the different worlds. "Stop it!"
"Why are you attacking innocent dimensions!?" Eri shouted.
"Innocent? Hardly! These dimensions all share the crime of being imperfect! So I shall do the only thing I can to achieve my dream! Destroy all of them!" He spread both his arms out in dramatic victory. "And from their ruins, my perfect world will be complete! Burn! Burn all you filthy worlds! I will cleanse you of your deformities! And rebuild you into glorious perfection! Accept your fates! BE DESTROYED! EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU!"
And now, things have really got real.
