Tetsu panted as he sat against the wall. Minatsuki and Karako had been training with him for the past three days to help him gain confidence in his abilities to protect himself against his father. Karako sat next to him and smiled."Lil' bro, wanna go grab a bite to eat at the headquarters? I'm pretty sure Ganta and Shiro should be there so we could just sit back and laugh and have a good time."
Tetsu smiled and nodded. He had come to see Ganta and Shiro as friends. They made himfeel like a normal teenager.
They stood and headded to the door, Karako's arm around Tetsu's shoulders, lightly noogying him.
As they entered the base Shiro instantly took notice.
"GANTA! TETSY IS HERE!" she yelled as she hugged her friend.
"Hey Shishi." Tetsu said as he awkwardly hugged her.
"Hey Tetsu, How did training go?"
"Great, by the way whats up Ganta?"
Ganta smiled and streatched. "You know, same old same old."
After and hour of casually talking and being with his friends, his true family, Nagi and Hibana came into the room, Minatsuki following after. "Big brother!" Hibana screeched as she ran to Tetsu, jumping into his arms. Tetsu hugged her tightly, nuzzling her close to him.
"Awwwe, you two are so sweet i might puke."
Hibana stuck her tounge out at Minatsuki and giggled."Your just jealous cause big brother only lets me sit on his lap since he got a fever when you did it last week."
Minatsuki and Tetsu's faces went beet red. Simultaniously the room filled with snickers.
"So i guess its time we had the talk..." Nagi said awkwardly as he rubbed the back of his neck.
