Jayden didn't realize her mistake until she made it. Wanting to bring her friend back after she was killed by a serial killer, Jayden attempted human transmutation. And finding out she could get research funds as a State Alchemist, she studies to take the test. After she meets Ed and Al, Jayden decides to help them get their bodies back and search for the Philospher's Stone.

14. An Author's Note

Hey. So I decided like literally tonight to reread my really old FMA story. And holy cow, it's so bad. Jayden is unbelivably Mary-Sue. I'm going to rewrite this story, make it longer, and it Jayden a not Mary-Sue. I'm so sorry to the people who actually read this fanfiction. I was 13 when I wrote that story and I was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at writing. But I'm also very thankful for people who did read this. Please bear with me. My new fanfiction will follow Brotherhood, but I think I might keep Barry the Chopper as a human and Soul Armor because I really liked that from the original.
