Sorry its been so long I got writers block on this one and with life been caught up but I will start back up.
PE was uneventful, I watched alone as everyone played volleyball,Till Alice seemed to have fell after trying to dive for a ball.
The coach pulled her out as she complained she was bruised.
I rolled my eyes.
She sat beside me.
"So I was thinking that Saturday we could start on are project." She smiled.
"I would have to see about getting someone to watch Mell." I stated as I looked to everyone playing.
"Mell is welcomed over Bella Emmett is okay with kids and Rosalie, my parents will all be their. Nothing happened to her before." Alice huffed.
I sighed.
I didn't have anything to say to that.
"My dad needs Edwards side of what happened." I whispered.
"Oh yes your dad and you are welcome to come by today that's fine." Alice smiled at me.
She had this look as if she knew something I didnt.
I nodded.
She didn't say anything else and we sat in silence.
I left for the locker room before the bell as always and she fallowed.
School ended and I headed for my van.
I picked Mellissa up from school.
Dad was home as I pulled up.
"Hey dad your home early." I said as I opened the back of the van to let Mel out.
"Hey kiddo yeah I left the file here and needed it with me when I question Edward Cullen." He waved the file at me.
"Edward!?" Mell squealed.
"Hello baby girl." Dad said looking to Mel.
"Papa I want to see Edward and Emmy."
"Baby I have to go see him for work." My dad gave her a sad smile.
"But I want to come." Mel pouted sticking her bottom lip pout. with her bow lips it was very cut and my dad could never tell her no when she did it.
"You know yeah, you too Bells you haven't made anything to eat yet can stop by get what we need and head to the dinner." Dad encouraged.
"Yeah!" Melissa shouted happily.
I sighed I couldn't say no, now that she was excited and dad had suggested it.
"Ill drive." I said.
Dad looked ready to protest.
"It would take to long to put Mells car seat in your car and this is my car so." I stated.
He sighed and walked over to the passenger side.
dove up the long road to the Cullen driveway.
I went to let Mell out as my dad walked up to the door.
Before he could knock Dr. Cullen had opened the door to greet him.
"Hello Chief Swan."
"Dr Cullen, I was wondering if I could speak to your Son Edward, with you present of course." My dad stated in full police mood.
"Of course do come in, Alice let us know you were coming."
Mell held on to my hand and she was pulling on it as she pulled me to the door.
"Hello." Mel said as she made it to the porch.
"Hello Melissa how are you today?" He smiled
"Im fine thank you, may I come in and play with Emmy?" She looked to him hopfully.
"Of course." Carlisle smiled brightly and then Emmett appeared.
"Hey Mel!" Emmette yelled his smile wide showing off his dimpled cheeks.
Mel had let go of my hand and ran to him.
"Emmy!" She giggled as she throw her arms around his legs all she could reach and she could barely get her arms fully around him.
He chuckled and lifted her up.
"Hey little one."
"Can we play please please!"
"Of course." Emmett said as he took her off into the house.
I bit my lip.
"Hello Bella."
I looked to Dr Cullen.
"Hello."
"Your welcome to come in." He said.
I nodded and walked in.
Dad was standing with Jasper,Alice and Edward they were looking a piece of paper
"Nonsense their plenty of food to go around."
"What you havin?" Melissa asked.
"Spaghetti."
"Momma Please momma."
I giggled "We can't say no now they said the magic word."
"I know." I giggled again
Me l was bouncing in Emmetts arms reaching for me.
I took her from him
"Please Momma I'll be good." She did the pout face I couldn't resisted
"How can I say no to that face."
"I know that why I do it."
"She smiled.
"Alright." I laughed.
"Thank you!"
"spaghetti is her favorite food."
"pasgetti Its Mommas favorite too." I held in a laugh for her way of saying Spaghetti.
"Ok Mel calm down honey." I put her down and she ran to Esme and hugged her legs
"Thank you." She said
I had to awe at that and so did Alice
"Shes so polite."
"She gets it from Bella she was just like that when she was littlewell she wasn't to into talking to people she always had her head in a book since she could read at 4."
"Dad." I groaned
"Ok sorry.
"I can read to pop pop."
"Yes you can. And very well too."
Mell smiled proudly.
"I'm a big girl."
"Yes you are sweet but you'r Pop-pop's baby."
Mel nodded and reached up to Charlie to pick her up and kissed his check.
"Great I'll set the table for 3 more gestes does she need a high chair cause I can just get some books…" She trailed off I looked to mel. She looked course
"That would be fine." I said
"Thank you." Mel said for me.
Esme took off to the kitchen we all stood around.
"How are you Bella?" Edward asked.
"Fine."
"Momma." I looked to mel she blushed. Everyone awed
"She blushes like Bella." Emmett said.
Mel blushed reder and I did to.
Everyone laughed
"Momma." Mel whined "Can you hold me?" I smiled to her and took her from my dad.
"Ok dinners ready." I walked slowly into the dinning room with the Cullens and charlie in tow.
"Ok Bella and Melissa will sit here." She pointed to a set in the middle of the dinner table I sat with Mel on my lap." Charlie
Can sit beside you on the right and everyone else you can sit were you usually site."
Carlisle sat at the head of the table on the left of my dad the beside Carlisle is esme across from Charlie next to her is Alice then Jasper Rosalie and Emmett at the other head of the table then Edward to my left.
In the middle of the table was a huge bowl filled with pasta and 3 different sources and then a bowl of meat balls.
"Wow that's a lot." Mel said. I giggled under my breath. "I'll pop if I eat that." I laughed louder and everyone did to she was just so cute.
"Its rude to laugh at people and make fun its not nice it makes me sad." She sad and pouted her lip out looking around at everyone she even had little tears in the bottom of her eyes. I tat her well. I whispered in her ear.
"I told you to never use that unless you want some thing."
"I do want something momma them to not laugh at me."
I shook my head. And kissed her head.
Then she whispered again to me.
"Momma do we say grace here?" I know she thinks they can't hear but they can I know that but I can't let them know that I know.
Truth was though I don't think Vampires said grace. Or do they?
"Oh guys I hope you don't mind but we pray before we eat." Alice said.
"We do to." Melissa stated smiling brightly.
I smiled softly.
"Ok who's turn is it?" Alice asked looking to everyone.
"Well how about we let the guest decide." Esme looked to me then to Mel.
"I want to please. Its my turn tonight." Melissa waved her hand up like she was at school looking to Esme.
I laughed.
"Alright then go ahead sweety." Esme smiled to her
"She bowed her head folded her hands. I bowed my head as well and fouled my hands on the table.
"I thank God for this food and to bless it and Momma, Pop pop,Emmy,Eward,Ali,Rose,Esme,and Carli, amen." She said lifting her head I leaned in and kissed her head.
"Beautiful baby."
"Thanks momma."
"Lets eat I'm starved." Emmett yelled.
Rosalie slapped him then hissed something I didn't catch.
"Yes lets eat." Carlisle said calmly.
Everyone filled their plates Easme explained she always gets a variety because everyone eats differently so theirs vegetable sous then regular meranarsours and then some on chilly.
Charlie took chilly I took vegetable and Mel regular.
Mel was about to dig right in thank god I caught her.
"Mell what do you think you'r doing?" I asked trying hard not to laugh
"Nothing." She said innocently. Looking up into her lashes. Why did I teach her to be cute. "Really?"
"Yes momma I'm a good girl."
"Okay then." I let her go and she stared at me waiting till I looked away but I wasn't breaking.
"Fine momma may I please have help putting on my napkin and with eating." I smiled"Yes you may."
I took her napkin and tucked it into her shirt then took mine and placed it on her smiled then she was about to dig in and froze raised my eyebrow.I picked up my fork held it out to her "AHw but their no fun." I laughed "Do you want to have three baths today?" she snached the fork from my hand and "NOOO"
I laughed "That what I thought."
I looked around to see everyone smiling at us both. I looked to Mell both her little hands on her fork and twirled in the middle of her plate the lifted it up and I looked at me I was trying not to laugh she looked around the table then blushed.
"Its rude to stair."
"Sorry honey." I said she took as much of her fork full of strands of noodles in her mouth.
They passed around the pasta when it got to me I loaded up my plate and mels. The took the vegetable sauce for myself and original for Mel.
