Chapter 14

As Ash and the others are at the entrance of Emerald Forest, they see a girl wearing a princess dress arrive with a Herpeed.

"Woah!" She stops her horse Pokemon as it lands in front of them. The girl then jumps off the Pokemon and says, "Hello again, Prince Ash, Princess Lillie."

"You sure give a surprise, Flora." Lillie says.

Ash turns to others and says, "Everyone, this is Flora, my cousin and also Professor Eve's sister."

As they introduce themselves, Dawn asks, "So does that mean you are Valerie's daughter, too?"

Flora says, "Oh, I see you meet my Mom. Yeah, like her, I like to sew clothes, too." She shows her green dress that she is wearing. "This dress is a collaboration of me and Ash's work. It is on sale in the RPA department store."

"That looks so pretty." Bonnie says. "And what is that Pokemon?"

Lillie says, "It is a Herpeed, one of the 42 starters available in Sevestar Region."

"Cool." Max says as he scans the Pokemon.

Herony, the Herb Pony Pokemon. Grass Type. Herony is friendly with humans, it can produce nice smells to make the rider relax.

Herorse, the Herb Horse Pokemon. Grass Type. Evolve from Herony at LV16. Herorse can produce pleasant aromas, the riders will feel comfortable after a long ride on it.

Herpeed, the Herb Horse Pokemon. Evolved from Herorse at LV 32. Herpeed can run as fast as a Rapidash, its smell can also purify the dangerous odor.

"So I guess Max and Bonnie here are for the gym challenge?" Flora asks.

"Yes. We have 2 badges already." Bonnie says.

"I see. Then you don't mind if I come with you until we reach the gym, right?" Flora asks.

"Not at all." Serena says.

As they head inside the forest, they can see Sunkern and Gloom.

"I guess this place is perfect for Grass Types?" Cilan asks.

"Of course. And by the way, Sunflora has a Sevestar Form in this place." Ash says.

"Really? Then I want to catch one." Dawn says as she sends out her Lunbug, by using the Bug Buzz and Struggle Bug, it defeats Sunkern without sweating and Dawn captures it.

"Great job, Dawn. And here is the Sun Stone that needs to make it evolve."

As Flora gives Dawn the stone, she immediately places it on Sunkern as it starts to evolve into a Sunflora.

"Wow, it is red colored..." Dawn says as she scans the Pokemon.

Sunflora Vigoratian Form. The Sun Pokémon. Grass and Fire Type. Sunflora gets its energy from sunlight and its movements follow the rays of the sun.

"Yes, this Sunflora is also a strong one in the region." Lillie says.

Just then, Cilan comes back and says, "Hi, guys."

"Oh, Cilan? Where did you go when Dawn is catching Sunkern?" Ash asks.

"Oh, being a Grass type specialist, I just caught a Gloom. I am thinking what I should evolve him into, a Vileplume or a Bellossom." Cilan says.

Professor Oak says, "I must say both of them are good."

Ash says, "Yeah, but what if you evolve it with a Dusk Stone?"

"There is no data about evolving with a Dusk Stone on Gloom... you made the new Pokemon?" Professor Oak asks.

Cilan says, "Maybe I'll like to see it."

Flora gives a Dusk Stone as Gloom starts to evolve, it looks like Vileplume, but no flowers and its body is a little grey.

Withewer, the Withering Pokemon. Grass and Dark Type. Evolved from Gloom using Dusk Stone. Withewer isn't always happy going , since its flowers are withering.

"So it is called a Withewer?" Cilan asks. "It looks kinda sad."

"It is his nature." Lillie says. "But I am sure that you can help it."

Ash says, "Since it is almost noon, why don't we take a rest here?"

"Good Idea." Cilan says, "I'll cook you guys lunch."

Flora says, "That is great, Ash. How about we have a performance training?"

"Of sure." Ash replies.

As everyone sits down, Flora says, "Chesnaught, Sawsbuck, come on out!"

As the two Pokemon appear on the field, Ash says, "So you are using these two?"

"I want to try out their performance." Flora says. "Now let's do it. Chesnaught!"

Flora raises her hands as Chesnaught starts to transform, it starts to gain red marks that look like Ash and also a Green Big shell.

"Is that?" Professor Oak asks.

"Yes. It is the Bond-Phenomenon. The Ash-Chesnaught from the locals." Lillie says.

"No way... Ash-Chesnaught? I thought it only happens with Greninja." Bonnie says.

"Well, it applies to Chesnaught and Delphox, too." Ash says.

Flora says, "Now Take Down and let Chesnaught lift you up!"

Sawsbuck nods as Chesnaught reaches it up into the sky. Flora then uses the Z pose.

"Let's show them our bond! Use Seasonal Horn Attack!" Flora says as Sawsbuck appears in four different forms and hits the tree with the Horn.

"Now that is it." Flora says.

"Amazing..." Dawn says.

"Yeah..." Serena says as she is speechless.

Ash says, "Now it is my turn to show off. Roserade, Tulimaid, I choose you." Ash says as he takes them out.

"A Tulimaid?" Serena asks as she scans the Pokedex.

Tuligirl. The Tulip Pokemon. Grass Type. It dances with petals when it is very happy.

Tulimaid. The Tulip Pokemon. Grass Type. Evolved from Tuligirl with a Shiny Stone. It often listens to people with good hearts and helps them.

"Wow, with Roserade, they look cute together." Bonnie says as she sees how Roserade and Tulimaid show love.

"I know." Ash says. "They work together with great harmony, I even got my Cup in the Grand Festival thanks to them."

"You are so lucky." Dawn says.

As Ash is training, all the companions can see the petals and the leaves flying around and the two dances like they are a couple.

"Now time to wrap this up." Ash says as he uses two Z moves.

"Bloom Fever and Petal Rhaphsody!" Ash yells.

Tulimaid has a lot of tulip petals surronding her, and then it goes with Roserade, who throws a lot of flowers on them and they starts to gather energy.

"That looks so great." Dawn says. "No wonder you can win."

"Indeed. It is like the aroma of honey goes to the air." Cilan says.

"I still don't know what you are saying." Bonnie says.

Suddenly, Serena feels a flower circle with green leaves attached to the flowers on it.

"What is this..." Serena says as a Comfey appears in front of her.

"It is a Comfey, but it looks different..." Gladion says. "A Sevestar Form?"

"You are correct." Lillie says as she shows the data.

Comfey Treminian Form. The Posy Picker Pokemon. Grass type. It releases a relaxing scent from the flowers it picks. The scent has a healing effect and can cure status conditions.

"So you want to come with me?" Serena asks the flower fing Pokemon as it nods, then Serena successfully captures the Pokemon.

"Now you have another team mate." Gladion says.

"Yeah. I can't wait to try out in the showcases." Serena says.

"But first, lunch is ready." Cilan says as everyone goes to have lunch.

Here is the new chapter, Flora is here to accompany them for awhile. The next chapter will introduce Geo, the other one.
