Ch.14 The Titans and the Guardian Pt.3
Instantly his world went from black to white. He had been in the comforting black of oblivion but he had been jarred into the searing white pain of consciousness. It took him all of a second to look around and realize his worst fears. He was once again a captive. That's what the searing had been, the ghosts of his past wounds flaring up. Instantly he was in a cold sweat. He began to panic and move about.
He didn't get far at all before he bumped into another captive. Craning his neck he caught a glimpse of a Lucario. His world really did crash in around him than. His name was Devin Kuroaki, he was 20 years old, he lived in the Hoenn region with his Aunt, Rose Kuroaki, on her world famous Ranch. He and his team were currently on a mission to locate and tag the legendary Pokémon.
His mind reeled for a second then did a little back flip in his skull. His team, he had a team. No they weren't his team, they were his best friends, his family. Where were they? Frantically he looked around. He quickly realized that he was in the back of a cargo van. Even quicker than that, he spotted the first of his team.
Mocha lay a short distance away, bound and gagged. Her clothes laid in tatters off of and around her, why? A memory assaulted him.
"Pokémon do not belong wearing clothes. Remove them from her, and if she resists kill her" A man in black had threatened her.
He watched as her clothes were torn from her body, then back handed. Mocha had gone down, out cold and they had bound her. From his spot on the floor he couldn't tell if she was conscious or not.
He looked around some more till he spotted Abby, who for her part was curled around her adopted son. She had fought fiercely defending the little white Eevee. Even now in her sleep she was protecting him.
To the best of his ability he tried to move around but was stopped.
"No move please, Zhen almost have you free."
"Zhen?! How?"
"Shh" She hissed quietly.
"Void goonies use plastic things to tie us up. Zhen cut through no problem" All proud of her self.
Devin was proud of her to. A half a year ago she wouldn't have done such a thing. Now she was breaking them free.
"Zhen baby, where are Rio and Star?" He asked as quietly as he could.
"Behind you. Zhen freed already. They still sleeping though."
"They must have been hit rather hard"
Zhen said nothing as she continued to work. It took her a bit but with a sudden snap Devin could suddenly move his arms again, and Zhen snuggled right in. Devin didn't move at first beyond wrapping his arms around his favorite Zangoose.
"Where are we?"
"Zhen don't know. We got attacked at Cold Island and Void put us on his boat. Now we in truck."
"Do you know where we are?"
Zhen shakes her head no and snuggles in.
"Zhen scared."
"I know Baby, and you have been so brave. I need you to be brave just a little longer. Okay?"
He just had to see where they were if he was going to make a plan. Setting Zhen down he crawled his way to the back of the truck. Devin damn near shit himself when he looked out the back window.
"We're in Johto." Devin exclaims sinking back to the ground.
Abby looked up at him, confusion written all over her face.
"I thought we were on the Orange Archipelago, why would they bring us to Johto? How do you know we are in Johto anyways?"
Devin took a second to look out the window again.
"I recognize some of the country side, and I saw Sentret. Sentret are only indigenous to Johto."
She had no come back to that, so she just shrugged and re wrapped herself around Midnight. He didn't need to ask her, just from that little exchange he could tell that she was fine. He still found her protectiveness of Middy very cute.
Slowly Devin crawled over to Mocha and began to check her over. The first thing he did was clear away the tatters of her clothes and fish out some fresh ones from her back pack. Gently he rolled her on to her back and as carefully as he could slid a clean pair of panties up her legs.
"They are just going to tear them off again"
"We can't have that now can we, they don't deserve to see such uncontained beauty."
That got a chuckle out of her. Relief flooded over Devin at the sound. Mocha was going to be okay. He decided to hand her the rest of her clothes. Quite wisely she dresses light preparing for battle. What about you two?
"We're awake, we're fine." Rio replied sitting up.
"Johto, really? I always wanted to see Johto." Star exclaimed going to the back door and stretch her Luxio body to see out the window.
"Careful or you'll fall through" Rio warned her.
"What are we going to do when they stop Devin?" Star asked coming away from the door.
Devin sat there with them just thinking about it for a bit.
"Okay here is what we are going to do. They obviously don't have us under watch right now. And that wall means the driver can't see us either. So when they open the doors they won't know that we are awake and free. So when the doors open we will all attack at once. In the confusion we will make a break for whatever cover we can find."
So they waited. Slowly all of them prepared themselves. Some stretched, other concentrated trying to center themselves. All together the tension was building in the truck. Till finally it stopped. As a group they prepared to pounce.
With a blinding flash the doors flew open letting the bright sun light pour in. As planned they rushed out to attack. However all of the preparation in the world would not have prepared them for what they encountered.
The Void stood before them with a giant grin on his face. Directly behind him was his team, looking just as fierce as the last time they had all met. As if that wasn't enough fifty grunts formed a semi-circle with rifles drawn and aimed right at them. The over kill wasn't lost on any of them. It is what laid further back.
"I can see from the look of recognition on your face Trainer Kuroaki, things are not going as planned are they." Void smirked.
Devin took a look around, he was beyond screwed. His girls were ready, power poured off of them.
"Girls stand down, we have lost this round."
"Wise move Trainer Kuroaki. Do you know where you are?"
He knew where he was the second he stepped off the truck, he decided to look around to stall for time.
"We are in the Johto region, Ecruteak City. And that would be the Burned Tower behind you."
Void turned around and passed in front of the ruins. Eventually he turned back to face Devin.
"I sure would have liked to have seen this place when it was still the Brass Tower. Its brass panels glowing golden in the late day sun. Rare and exotic Pokémon gathering from all around to worship the great Lugia…"
"And than a mysterious storm arose and blasted the tower with lightening, causing it to burn to the ground." Devin finished for him, letting a touch of annoyance into his voice.
Void glared at him.
"That is also why we are here. You see decades ago a young Prof. Ketchum was able to summon Lugia using the three sacred jewels from those back water islands. And maybe, just maybe if we are really lucky a whole bunch of other Legends will show up"
Devin thought on this a moment while he started to pace himself.
"So let me get this straight. You hope to summon to this location the Legendary Beasts and the Tower Duo."
"And the Legendary Birds" Void added.
"For what purpose."
"You have to ask? To eliminate the weak ones"
"I wasn't aware that there was such a thing as a weak Legend"
Void just gave Devin an eerie, knowing grin.
"There are some Legends that are less useful than others."
Before Devin could continue to protest Void nodded at a henchman who rush forward and rebound and gagged him. Then without his permission he proceeded to re-ball his team. It kind of irritated him. One trainer does not touch another trainers team. But this was not a trainer, this was a goon, that and Devin would have re-balled them anyway for their own safety. Void wanted to show him something, otherwise he would have attacked already. For the moment he would play Void's game.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you, she won't go in." Devin advised the goon as he got to Rio's ball.
The goon looked over to Void as to what he should do. Void just shrugged his shoulder and waved him on. The goon collected the balls in a little bag and went back into the ranks.
"Trainer Kuroaki you will keep her under control or I will kill her." Void left no doubt as to whether or not he would do it or not.
Devin instinctively stepped between Rio and Void. Void smirked, turned and started towards the burnt tower.
A Short Time Later
They walked, and walked, and then walked some more. The destruction was almost complete. Whatever the fire hadn't destroyed, nature had all but reclaimed. Equal parts decay and dirt crunched under foot, and the smell of mildew was everywhere. No one seemed to be effected by it though as everyone marched forward at a determined pace.
Devin was still working out what the best course of action would be. So far Void held all the cards, new all the moves, and had even chosen the song to which they were going to dance. Devin could only hope to improvise the dance as it happened.
The stares came to an end and a set of rotted double doors separated them from the basement of the burned tower. Even after so long it was still a horrendous site. Burn marks scared the walls, debris was everywhere, and the remains of so many Pokémon littered the floor.
"Devin, are those the remains of the legendary beasts?" Rio whispered at his side.
Devin took a quick glance before responding. "Yes Hun, those would be the skeletons of the original legendary beasts."
Rio regarded the skeletons more skeptically.
"Devin don't they look kind of familiar. Like over sized Eevee, or Eeveelution bones?"
That made Devin look again.
The entire party came to such an abrupt stop that he almost crashed into the goon in front of him. When he looked up the bottom level was packed with even more Void goons than there originally were.
"Agent Trevor, Agent Saturn I trust that your missions were successful."
Void left no room for error in his question. And for the first time in their lives neither one spoke as they presented their jewels. Void himself also produced a Silver Wing. Together the four artifacts were placed in the center of the room, and everyone stood around, for nothing to happen.
"Void?" Saturn asks as if saying his bosses name would produce results.
Voids expression remained neutral as he approached the treasures and starts to toe them. Outside a bolt of lightning splits the sky and a fat rain drop collides with the ground. Around the room the grunts and their Pokémon became agitated. Devin motioned for Rio to step back as he himself did so as well.
"Do not leave my sight!" Devin whispered under his breath to her.
"I'm too scared to any ways" she shivered.
Void continued to look crossly at the items before him, the sudden presence of a subtle wind escaped his notice. The grunts didn't either. Devin did and backed up further. The wind picked up and debris started to move revealing stone, dirt, and bones.
"Devin, what's going on?"
"The masters of the tower are returning."
No more were the words out of his mouth and the biggest bolt of lightning any one of them had ever seen split the night sky and came crashing down on the gathered objects, throwing Void backwards into an ancient pile of rubble. His grunts were upon him and helping him to his feet. To his credit he never once lost his composer.
"Everyone stay alert, I have a feeling we are about to have company. Darkrai to my side."
While everyone was busy watching the area where the lightning struck. Devin and Rio were watching the bones Void had uncovered. He removed some more dirt completely unearthing the bones, and just looked at them. With that another bolt struck the sight and the bones began to glow.
"You know the story of the brass tower, right?"
Rio nods her head.
"And you remember that Ho-oh resurrected three brave Pokémon that tried to save the trainers and Pokémon trapped inside?"
Again she nods as they both watch the bones glow brighter.
"What if the Pokémon that got resurrected did not start their lives as the Legendary Beast Entei, Raikou, and Suicune? What if they started their lives as something way simpler, as say Eevee. Eevee that had evolved into Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon."
Rio was going to question Devin's logic, but that she looked at the bones again and distinctly saw what Devin had seen. The glowing bones were indeed the bones of evolved Eevee.
"But what about all the reports of seeing them all over the world?" She finally protested.
"Yes and they were all the same, all ways the same."
"They are Legendary, they can do that"
"What about the Sinnoh reports, the ones that said they were an off color."
Rio stood there confused.
Before Devin could explain further lighting struck again, drawing everyone's attention. For an instant no one moved, just scanned the surrounding area.
"They are here, Void." Darkrai's voice emanated.
"They, they who. Only Lugia should be answering the call."
"All children of the Burned Tower have returned."
Void was going to ask what he meant, but at that moment a strong wind swept through and blew over all the lamps and torches sending the tower into darkness. Everyone stood in silence waiting for something to happen. From the darkness laughs, and cackles started to fill the air. Shapes filled the shadows, eyes appeared out of the darkness. The Ghost types of the tower come to defend their home.
"Grunts, these are just the towers defenses, ghost types defending their home. Clear them out, and let's continue." Void going back to his treasures.
Half the grunts started to do as Void asked, and began to clear away the ghost types. Void turns back to the items with a scowl.
"Trainer Kuroaki, what are you doing over there. You better not be the reason this summoning isn't working." Advancing on him.
"If I am the reason your social experiment isn't working, I have no clue. As for what I am doing, I am trying to identify these bones that got uncovered by your rampaging."
Void came within striking distance and raised his hand. Devin didn't back down keeping his eyes defiantly locked on the thug. Before Void's blow could land a mighty bolt of lightning struck the ground. Several more followed drawing everyone's attention.
Void was about to open his mouth to calm his goons, to tell them it wasn't anything to worry about. Except at that moment the calls were heard. Other worldly sounds, ancient and powerful. The biggest bolt yet hit the ground. Everyone flinched.
When everyone could see again the chamber had taken on a light blue glow, the air had that distinct ionized smell of being super charged.
"What is that?!" One excited goon.
"It killed my Pokémon" Another.
"Devin, what is that?!" Rio once again behind him.
"The legendary beast, Raikou."
"Just one? All I warranted was just one?!" Void angered.
"There is more than just one" Darkrai states, his eye examining the entire surrounding area.
Void also starts scanning the area as the shadows seem to come to life and claim the lives of his men and their Pokémon. Like a fat kid in a candy store a sick smile spreads across Voids already twisted mouth.
A sorry group of Goons tries to flee the area. Their attempt to flee is ended by Overheat. Entei just steps through the still burning corpses. His entrance didn't go unnoticed, but at the same time Suicune decided to come crashing down into the room.
"Three?! Three?! I want all five. Give me all of the Bronze Towers secrets. Ho-oh, Lugia, show your selves!"
the rest of the grunts start to back away as the Ghosts got stronger, and more bold. And the ones that the Ghosts didn't attack, the legendary beasts did. Entei, Raikou, and Suicune made short violent work of those that didn't run away. Void for his part just backed into the corner as far as he could.
Water and flame flood the tower as two bright spheres lower into existence. With an even brighter flash Ho-oh and Lugia finally make their entrance
For the first time in only time knows, Ho-oh and Lugia existed together in the bronze tower once again. Those that hadn't run finally did, leaving only Void and his generals. Even Blaze and Amaya were starting to back off.
"Guys get out of here and get clear, this area can not tolerate five super entities at the same time." Devin yelled over the atmospheric disturbances.
"What are you going to do?" Blaze shouted as he recalled his team.
"I have to calm them. Or the town will be devastated."
They all looked at him in shock. It wasn't till the immediate area went pitch black and the beasts dropped to the ground asleep. Darkrai over powered them with ease. The super legends, not so much. Voids Blaziken was about to advance as well when out of nowhere he got tackled to the ground by Rio.
"Rio! Come back, you need to leave!"
"Not with out you! If you are staying so are we!"
All of their Pokemon attack as one focusing on overwhelming Darkai. Trevor and Saturn jumped to action to defend their boss. For their part Blaze and Amaya kept their composer and tended to the Legendary Beast. Quite smartly they tagged them before trying to wake them.
Rio faced down her father, he was not going to get in her head this time. Together they charged. Blaziken's fist came in for a nasty right hook, catching fire as it did. He was looking for type advantage right from the word go. Rio wasn't having it and didn't even try to counter with a move. Instead she relied on the pure martial arts she knew and caught the punch and using it s momentum to wrench the connected arm. Blaziken lurches forward and catches an unexpected knee to the beak.
"Very smart Daughter, very smart"
his viciousness doubles as he rushes again, his fists and feet a blur as he to for goes special attacks and relies on pure martial arts. The fight is quick and dirty. With a quick grasp he takes her by the head and delivers knee strike after knee strike to her upper body and head.
Rio reels as her head spins and her legs go week. The bastard hit like a ton of bricks and she was unable to block all of his knee strikes. He releases her head on the final strike sending her head flying back. With a little shuffle he delivers a devastating side kick to her exposed chin and neck. Rio slumps to the ground unconscious.
Blaziken sneers down at his daughter as her grabs her by her dreadlocks and lifts her back to her knees. He slaps her hard across the face several times.
"Wake up bitch, I want you to watch me murder you. And than I will send your headless corps back to your ungrateful mother."
Rio could not defend herself, she was simply out matched, and could only watch in horror as her fathers claws descended towards her exposed throat. The blow never landed though as a full grown and enraged Luxray barreled into him and sent him sailing into a stone column with bone breaking force. Rio was confused by the sight of a female Luxray standing protectively over her. And she didn't have time to care as her eyes slid shut.
The Blaziken didn't have time to ponder either as in the time it took him to recover from the Giga Impact he had been hit with so to had the Luxray. He was trying to piece her existence together to as he watched her below a mighty roar in challenge and the area became super charged with electric energy.
Bolt and Raikou took notice of the overcharged effects of Electric Terrain and gazed upon their benefactor. Raikou ultimately didn't care as he turned back to tearing apart the humans that dared to attack him.
The Blaziken cared however as he charged in a flash of anger and spun to deliver a Blaze Kick in the form of a back heel kick. The Luxray caught the flaming foot in her mouth and with a mighty bite broke it using Thunder Fang. The Blaziken was once again thrown aside with a pained howl. His last sight was a flash in the stare of the Gleam Eyes Pokemon as she hit him with power assisted Thunder.
Star, satisfied with her self and her work curled herself around Rio, and glared death at any one who approached.
"Ho-oh, Lugia, you need to calm down. You are going to destroy this town, again!" Devin shouted at the two enraged super beings.
Instead they continued to lay waist to the humans and Pokemon that tried to harm them. Devin watched as Darkrai once again tried to use Dark Void to subdue the angry gods, to little effect. Out of the corner of his eye Devin caught movement, and looked just in time to watch Void release a Gardevoir.
No normal Gardevoir though. Where her hair and sleeves were supposed to be a light green or light blue, hers were an off black. Her skin was a deathly white, and her fin as well as her eyes were a blood red. Her dress was a black lined with red also. With lust in her eyes she slunk up to him and slithered into his embrace, pressing a set of tits to him that would have made most human women jealous. She leaned up and snaked her tongue into his mouth and crushed her lips to his. And just as he grabs her round ass they teleport away.
Darkrai saw to and with a bellow of rage sends debris in every direction with Ominous Wind. He to than melts into the shadows, and one by one the survivors disappear. All that remains in the tower are five very angry legendary Pokemon and the workers of the Kuroaki Ranch.
Devin, Blaze, and Amaya stood before their Pokemon, shielding them from the angry Pokemon still in the tower. Lugia and Ho-oh both bellowed their rage and tore out as fast as they could out of the opened tower. The legendary beasts meanwhile circled them, eyeing them, growling menacingly as they circled. Than just as suddenly they bolted in opposite directions. Every one eventually gave a sigh of relief and collected their tired and injured.
Days passed at the Pokemon center, everyone was healing well. The doctors wanted to keep Rio a little longer, her father had given her a concussion. Devin took the time to make reports and check in at home. News of new regions opening up gave him things to think about as one of them was reporting a new Eeveelution among their regional unique Pokemon. This also required an update to pokedexes and town maps.
So after dropping the electronics off at a Pokeshop Devin decided to take a walk. The surrounding area was clear and the moon was high. No trouble in sight. A slow river ran behind the Pokemon Center well out of sight and Devin took the opportunity for a late night dip. Swimming around for a bit in the cool waters was relaxing.
Eventually he lays down on the banks and lets the night air dry him. He didn't have long to wait, he knew he had been watched. Suicune rose out of the water at his feet and crawled over him. She was smaller than her brothers, but still bigger than him. Devin felt though that he had nothing to fear from the Legendary beast as she started to sniff at his neck and face.
Looking her in the eyes Devin reached up and touched her cheek. She hesitates before leaning her head in to his hand and lays down on him. Her cool slick fur felt good on his bare skin. He was a bit surprised when she started to lick his cheek and neck. In response he starts to rub her neck and shoulder.
"If I didn't know better I would think you wanted something."
She shuffles on top of him and he is aware he is getting hard. Legends were not gender less beings as several "Experts" believed, Devin had noted the genders of the Legendary Beasts during all of the fighting the other day. What could he say, it was his job. He also was becoming keenly aware of the row of teats pressed against his flesh.
She couldn't have made it any more obvious than the look she gave him had she out right said "I want you to mate me human". She also did get off of him and go back into the water, stopped a few feet in, looked over her shoulder and sway her behind at him.
Society be damned, how often do you get the chance to stick your genitals in to a living legend. Still he approaches cautiously. Placing his hands on her haunches, he is relieved to not be attacked.
"Are you sure you want me to do this?"
She nods at him and backs up to him a little more. Lining up he presses into her sacred area. She is very warm and surprisingly snug, and any doubts that he could satisfy her went away when her eyes half shut in pleasure and she let out a sound somewhere between a coo and a purr. Very encouraging.
Devin could not believe it as his dick flew in and out of Suicune, she felt as incredible as the situation was and she seemed to be enjoying it to. She became warmer the more worked up she became and really started to push back against him. Her mouth hung open as she panted and moaned. This human had risked his life for them and a simple thank you gift was becoming so much more. If only the mother would bless this union.
High above them watchful eyes looked on in curiosity. Yet another one of her children was breaking taboo to mate with this human, and this daughter wanted so much more out of it. With a privet mischievous giggle Mew did a little flip in the air, turned invisible and flew down to her daughter to bless her. Wouldn't she be surprised in a few weeks. With another giggle Mew flew away.
