Most civilians had come to the arena to see the test of the new Shinobi everyone was talking about, Shops were closed just because people wanted to watch this event.
Even Shinobi, who had a shop, had closed their shops and went to the arena.
Shinobi who were out on a mission, were promised a full report about the test when they got back. The Shinobi who were in the village, but couldn't make it to the arena, had headsets on so they could listen to the radio report that would be made during the test.
Not only the people in the village wanted to see the test of the new Shinobi. Multiple important wealthy people came to the village as well, just to see this rumored new Shinobi. Even the Fire feudal Lord was present.
People were whispering amongst their selves, wondering just who was taking the test. No one had seen this Shinobi yet, not once. Sure they looked for him, to see if he really was as young as rumored, but none ever succeeded in finding him.
Everyone shut up rather quickly when a red flash appeared in the middle of the arena. When the flash disappeared a small man was revealed.
Said man was wearing a black leather cloak that hid most of his features. The only thing people could see was his long red hair, his leather boots, his headband around his neck and his black red fox mask.
What surprised most of the people in the stands, was that the Shinobi in the arena was about the size of a ten year old kid.
The shinobi lifted his head and scanned the crowd. Eyes finally stopping at Ino Yamanaka.
Said blond girl was standing with, team seven, team eight, team nine and team ten. A clone of Naruto Uzumaki, A.K.A Hijitsu Uzu, A.K.A the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki was standing next to the blond girl.
In the arena the red headed shinobi, by the name of Hijitsu Uzu, was having a nice conversation with a very sadistic nine tailed demon fox. If people could see the Jinchuuriki's face they would have seen a very evil grin on his face.
Training with the Kyuubi no Yoko had side affects. After all no one can stay sane after spending so many mind scape years with a bloodthirsty, sadistic, evil demon.
No one could do that and stay sane, except maybe the current Kyuubi Jinchuuriki. Though said, blond, now red headed shinobi was not exactly sane any more. Kyuubi's behavior rubbed of on him and now the Jinchuuriki was just as sadistic as the nine tailed fox. Perhaps even more sadistic then the fox.
"Hijitsu!" Ino yelled loudly. She looked very happy to see her friend standing in the arena.
Hijitsu, who was looking at the Kage box, looked at Ino's direction. He raised his left arm and waved to her. Ino smiled widely and waved back. "Good luck, Hijitsu!" She yelled at her friend.
Hijitsu bowed his head in her direction and then turned to face the Kage box. The Hokage sat in the middle of the box. The Kazekage sat on her left and the feudal lord on her right. Behind her stood two ANBU guards.
In the two boxes below the Kage box sat the counsel. The shinobi counsel on the left and the civilian on the right.
The clan heads on the shinobi counsel consisted of Shikaku Nara, Inoichi Yamanaka, Chouza Akimichi, Shibi Aburame, Tsume Inuzuka, Hiashi Hyuuga, Danzo, the two elders and Ibiki Morino.
Ibiki wasn't a clan head and neither where the two elders and Danzo. Ibiki however was the head of the ANBU Torture and Interrogation department. Though he pretty much was the head of every ANBU division, seeing as the clan heads where to busy. Tsume Inuzuka was the head of the ANBU hunter corps but often to busy to do thing herself so Ibiki had to do most of the work for her. Not that he minded doing the work, he had plenty of rookie's to boss around to help him with the piles of paperwork.
Danzo was the head of the ANUB Root division. The two elders where the advisors for the Hokage.
Now normally Ibiki would never go to see a Rank In-station test. However he wanted to see who this new shinobi was. And if he could, he wanted to get the male in to a room and interrogate him to see if he was sane in the head and not a spy.
