James POV:
"No, no, no! You must first cut the red wire!" A yelled at me. She was seriously starting to annoy me.
"A, I think I know how to hotwire a car, so take a deep breath." A did as she was told and took a step back. I didn't blame her because in the inside, I was freaking out too! I mean we almost died from a car running through the window! But I wouldn't dare show my fear because that's what spies do, they hide their emotions. I continued to work on the car and finished right when Corey ran out of the backdoor of the Pizza Dash.
"Hey, what did mom say?" A asked Corey. He grabbed her by the arm and hurriedly put her in the backseat, of course, she was being stubborn. He got into the driver side and I got into the passengers. We sped down the street, turning sharp corners where I could have sworn, the car's two wheels left the ground.
"Um, bro, care to explain?" I asked him as we almost hit a cat. It was now pitch black dark outside and if it wasn't for the fact that I memorized the streets, then I would be totally lost.
"We have to get the students and leave town. A there should be James' laptop in the backseat can you hand it to him?"
"What for?" God, A can be so stubborn and annoying.
"How else do you suppose we find out where the Gallythorne kids are staying?" Corey told her. She handed me my laptop and I started to do my handy work.
"We've got company." A said. Corey looked in the rearview mirror but I just turned around and looked. There were 2 black SUVs following us, with amazing speed.
"They're catching up; I'll take care of them!" A said while reaching into a bag that had my lap top in it, apparently, it had other fun toys also.
"Alright, mom gave me a brief fire and arms lessen, so I'll take them out, Corey you watch the road and James you find those kids!" A yelled as she rolled down her window. By now the enemy has caught up and is right beside us, one on each side! Before A got a chance to shoot, the enemy rolled down their own window and shot a few good ones at us. A screamed and ducked her head as the bullets went flying around.
"Alright these guys are really starting to piss me off!" She aimed the gun at the tire and hit it right on! She did the same to the other three tires and the car swerved off the road! Now there is only one more. A was smart enough not to roll the window down the other window like last time, but she climbed half way out of the side window that she rolled down a few minutes ago. Once again, she hit straight on!
"I am so proud to cal her my sister." I muttered to myself, but I think Corey heard, because he smirked right after I said it.
"Nice job sis!" he yelled as A pulled herself back inside the vehicle. "James, do you know where the kids are?" he asked me. For a moment I forgot what I was supposed to be doing, but I already had it all figured out.
"They're staying in a hotel 6 miles away from here. Turn left, right, straight then right and we should be there. Their rooms are 203 and 204."
"Kay, good work." I smirk triumphantly at myself. I turn myself around in the passenger seat to look at A, but she had his weird expression of pain on her face. That's when I noticed two thingsā¦.
~She hadn't spoken once since she took out the second car and
~Her leg was bleeding! Like really bad bleeding!
"And Cory you should probably hurry up, A are you alright?" I crawl to the backseat to help her out as much as I can. I rip my shirt off and wrap it around her thigh, putting pressure on it and A groans in pain.
"I'm sorry." I say.
"It's alright, just do what you need to do." Corey turned a block and I know that we should be at the hotel in no time. I open the bag in a hurry and look through it to see if there is a first aid kit. I found money, com units, a cell phone and a first aid kit. I open the kit and help A as much as I can, but I can still tell that she is in pain.
"Don't worry, A. When we get to the hotel, that teacher guy should be better at the whole first aid kit stuff then I am, just hang in there." She nods her head. The ripped part of my shirt that I tied around her leg is now completely soaked with blood!
All of a sudden the car stops with a jolt and I hit my head on the seat. If it wasn't for the seriousness in the matter, I think my brother and sister would have laughed at me, but they didn't. We have arrived at the hotel.
"Okay, you two stay in here, I'll be right back" Corey says, as he unbuckles his seatbelt.
"No way, dude! I'm so coming with you!" I say in return. Corey gets out of the car and bends down next to the broken window that was shot threw.
"I am not staying in this car alone!" A says.
"Fine, A I'll carry you." Corey gives in. I open the door and Corey reaches for A, holding her bride style, but brotherly type, not boyfriend type! (Hey you were all thinking it, you creep)
We headed inside, and snuck in, avoiding the lady at the desk. We get into the elevator and I press button 2.
"So, this sucks." A says
"You got that right." I say in return.
"How you feeling?" Corey asks, he is always the one to worry.
"Better." A says when the elevator dings, meaning we have reached our floor. We walked into the hallway, and searched for rooms 203 and 204. Corey found it first so I walked up next to him and stood in front of the door. I lifted my hand to the door, and knocked.
AN: OMG! Is A going to be alright? What about Cammie? Who is going to answer the door? Are the kids finally going to realize who Mr. Goode really is? Only one way to find out! (meaning continue reading this story once I update it) = P
