"That was amazing!" I said while laughing
"We should do this more often" said Helia as he smiled
Everybody was still clapping and Helia and I just laughed, I can't believe I or I mean WE did that.
This is so unlike me...
"Girl I didn't know you could move like that" said Layla as she ran up to me
"I more shocked by Helia, he dances better than all the guys!" said Bloom while laughing
"Hey hey! I can bust a move or 2" said Nabu proudly
"Flora you made my night!" said Stella while laughing
The girls, the guys and I were just laughing and then continued the festivities. We danced, we ate some delicious food and enjoyed the cake! We watched Brandon and Stella have their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Lopez, Musa sang them a beautiful song and last but not least we took so many photos. Nabu's legendary photo-bombs will never be forgotten since they probably will be a part of the wedding-album and there is a 45% chance that Stella might kill him but hey at least we have pictures of Nabu's last days on earth before Stella throws him out of a window or something.
Anyways! Now the moment everybody was waiting for came, the bouquet was going to get thrown any minute now. As Stella threw it, I somehow caught it by accident. Everybody was clapping and basically congratulating me on my "upcoming" wedding.
"Looking forward to celebrate you soon doll" said my aunt with a smile
"Aunt Helen I'm not getting married anytime soon" I said with a nervous laugh
Helia then came and put his hand on my hip which made me blush like crazy.
"Not getting married soon? You're hurting my feelings love, I thought we were heading for our honeymoon soon" said Helia with a grin
"Helia!" I said as I felt incredibly flustered and could feel my cheeks getting extremely hot
"I assume this is your boyfriend Flora?" said Aunt Helen with a smile
"Uhm.. Yes, Aunt Helen this is Helia Parker" I said
"Nice to meet you meet you Mrs. ?" Said Helia as he couldn't finish his sentence since he didn't know my aunts last name
"Mrs. Braxton but please call me Helen, I'm like 32 and I hate when people call me Mrs. Braxton " said aunt Helen as she finished the sentence for him
"Nice to meet you Helen" said Helen with a smile
"Aunt Helen is the cool aunt" I said while laughing
"I sure am and if you need anything just come to me" said Aunt Helen while laughing
"Will do" said Helia as he laughed with her
"I gotta get going! The twins and Chris are all hyped because of all the cake they ate" said Aunt Helen as she ran off
"So fall, winter, spring or summer?" asked Helia all of a sudden
"What?" I said while laughing nervously
"I more of a spring type of guy but summer could be great too?" said Helia while looking at me
"Helia what are you talking about?" I asked as I had no idea what Helia was talking about
"Our wedding, we have to find a season love?" said Helia with a serious tone
"Did I just overhear wedding talk?" said Musa
"No you didn't" I said as I panicked
"Helia don't do it man, you still have your freedom! I can't even enjoy football Sundays because Musa would rather watch Titanic! Do you know how many times I've seen that movie, I hate it from the button of my heart" said Riven
"Shut up Riven, you always cry when Jack dies" said Musa as she hit his arm
"If you ever need encouragement don't come to Riven" said Sky
"If you need discouragement then Riven is your man" said Musa as she pointed at Riven
"I can encourage people!" said Riven
"Yeah like the time you encouraged Nabu to skateboard while being blindfolded and he broke both of his leg" said Layla
"Or the time you encouraged Timmy to get his hair colored darker" said Tecna
"It wasn't that bad!" said Riven
"It was a weird kind of orange" said Timmy
"Isn't your hair already orange dude?" said Brandon
"No it's strawberry blonde" said Timmy
"Oh" said all the guys at the same time
"Let's not forget the time you encouraged Bloom to buy a blue lipstick because you thought it was cool" said Sky
"It was dope, right Bloom?" said Riven
"I liked it" said Bloom while she smiled
"Yeah but it wasn't pretty honey" said Stella while laughing
"Helia if you want to get married to my little sister then be my guest, you will always have my blessing" said Brandon with a smile
"No one is getting married anytime soon besides Tecna and Timmy" I said
"You keep hurting my feelings love" said Helia while laughing
"Stop joking Helia you're making me blush" I said as I hid my face with my hands
As we were moving towards the end of the night, people were starting to leave. I mean it's 1.00AM and everybody's exhausted. Musa and Riven brought the babies with them to the wedding but Musa's mom Mrs. Lee who also attended the wedding took them home with her around 7.00PM. Brandon and Stella just left and we were leaving too. Riven was half asleep so Timmy and Helia almost had to carry him to the parking lot where the rest of us were currently standing.
"I'm so tired" said Nabu
"I'm going to sleep all day tomorrow" said Riven as he yawned
"I'm sorry Riv but you know the twins will be up at like 7.00AM" said Musa as she sighed
"Oh my gosh! Helia can I sleep at your place PLEASE!" said Riven
"Sorry it's occupied for the night" said Helia as he shrugged his shoulders
"By who? It's not like someone is staying with you" said Sky
"As the matter of fact Flora is spending the night" said Helia with a smile
"Excuse me? Who is spending what where?" said Bloom
"I am spending the night at Helia's place" I said as I looked down and fumbled with my hands
"Oh.." said everybody as they all had a devious smile plastered on their face
"Well you two enjoy your night then" said Layla as she winked at me
"We will" said Helia as he placed his hand on my hip
Every time Helia touches me I get flustered and I can't breathe. You might think that I'm exaggerating but I swear to God whenever he touches me, my body acts crazy. My face ends up looking like a tomato, I get nervous, I can't speak correctly and the worst part is that I can't control it. Tonight will probably be the first night Helia and I spend together as a couple. All the other times we slept together doesn't even count as spending the night TOGETHER since we're considered pro's at falling asleep next to each other by accident.
The only time we shared a bed or more likely a mattress was last Christmas and that was because "we" or should I say "I" didn't have a choice! We didn't even share a bed the time we went on our vacation..
"Flora?" said Helia
"Yes?" I said as I snapped out of my trance
"Are you ready to go?" asked Helia
"Yes" I said while nodding
"Good night guys" said Helia
"Good night" said everyone
Helia held my hand and we started walking towards his car. I couldn't even think clearly right now? Mostly because I was concentrating on breathing instead having a panic-attack.
Exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale! It's going to be all right Flora! You have done this before remember? And you didn't die because of a heart attack.. It's going to be fine.. I guess?
"Are you okay?" said Helia as he stopped
"Yes why?" I said as I avoided any eye contact
"You seem a little bit distant? Is something bothering you" said Helia
"No, don't worry Helia! It's seriously nothing big" I said as I looked him in the eyes and smiled
"Good, I don't like when you are worrying about stuff" said Helia as he smiled
"I'm not worrying about anything big" I lied as I laughed nervously
You bet I'm worried!
We got into the car and drove off to Helia's apartment. Throughout the whole car-ride none of us spoke and 10 minutes after we arrived at his palace.
Helia parked the car and got out first, I took a deep breath and got out the car. Helia stood in front of me with my bag in his hand and smiled.
"Guess who could sleep for years!" I said as I took his other hand and walked into the building
"Let me guess? Hmm… You perhaps?" said Helia while laughing
"Yes! I'm so tired you won't believe it" I said as I yawned
"Hold on Sleeping Beauty, I'm not waiting a 100 years for you to wake up then" said Helia while laughing
"Well then you have to wake me up like Sleeping Beauty" I said as we walked into the elevator
"How am I supposed to know how she woke up?" said Helia as he pressed the P button
"Don't you know how she woke up?" I asked in disbelief
"No, I don't? I wasn't a fairy tale type of kid" said Helia
"Well find out and then.." I said walked closer to him
"And then?" said Helia while smiling
"Wake me up like that" I said as I giggled a bit
The elevator doors opened and we walked into his penthouse. Helia went straight to the bedroom with my bag and I just stood there, finally realizing that this is about to happen. I put my hands up to my chest and felt my heart beating faster.
"Flora are you coming?" yelled Helia from the bedroom
"Ye.. ye.. Yes!" I stammered
I slowly walk towards his bedroom. Never have I ever been in his room and now I'm going to sleep in here.
What to do? I can't run away even though I feel like it..
"Flora what is taking you so long? Did you fall asleep in the hallway" said Helia as he walked out of the bedroom and bumped into me.
"So..sorry" I stammered again
"Why are you stammering?" said Helia with a smile
"I don't know, it happens sometimes" I said as I hid my face with my hands
"I think it's cute" said Helia while laughing
We walk into the bedroom and I just looked around in the big master bedroom. The room was first of all huge and it was white, grey and black and was very classy yet modern. Even though I love colors, I absolutely adored this room and the view was breath taking! You could see everything from here.
"Do you like it?" said Helia while untying his tie
"Yes" I said while nodding and smiling
"So.. I'm going to take a quick shower now? You can just get dressed in the meantime" said Helia as he grabbed a towel and some clothes before walking into the bathroom
I walk over to my bag, opened it and took out my nightgown and placed it on the bed. I then take my shoes off and kick them to the side as I take my earrings out. After I took off all of my accessories and the bobby pins in my hair, I move on to my dress.
Gosh I was dying to get out of this thing! As I grab the zipper something feels wrong.. it won't move. I try to pull it down but it doesn't move an inch. I started panicking and tried pulling the zipper down once again. 5 minutes later I was still "fighting" with the zipper and got really frustrated.
"UUUGH!" I yelled without thinking as I try to pull the zipper down
"Do you need help?" said Helia as he came out of the bathroom
"No I'm good" I said
"Sure?" said Helia
"Positive" I said as I looked up from the zipper and saw Helia standing there shirtless and in his pajama pants.
I immediately looked down and turned around. I felt my cheeks getting hotter and I bet I was completely red by now. I then try to pull the damn thing down again but it won't work! But then suddenly I felt a hand on my back.
"Helia what are you doing?" I asked nervously
"Helping you?" said Helia as he tried to pull the zip down
"You really don't need to" I said as I felt extremely embrassed
"Do you wanna sleep in this dress?" asked Helia while laughing
"No" I said as I sighed
"Then relax and let me help , I can't let you sleep like that! If I was Riven though, then I'd probably let you sleep like that" said Helia while laughing even harder now
"Just pull the zipper down Helia!" I said as whined
Before I knew it, the zipper was down.
"Thank you!" I said as I turned around, hugged him tight and kissed him on the cheek
"Wooah, you're welcome" said Helia while laughing
I then remembered Helia is shirtless! So I broke the hug, pushed Helia away from me, ran over to the bed, grabbed my clothes and stormed into the bathroom and locked the door.
"WHAT'S WAS THAT ABOUT?!" yelled Helia
"I just remembered I really wanted to take a shower!" I yelled from the bathroom
"Was it necessary to tackle me as if we were in the Super Bowl?" asked Helia while laughing
Yes, I was avoiding a possible awkward moment! I mean if I still stood there I would be crimson red and possible dead due to an anxiety attack..
I leaned my back towards the bathroom door, sighed in relief and laughed to myself.
This sure is going to be a funny night.
