Yeah, I am so behind it's kind of sad. And it's not much of a chapter but i finished EMT school last week , (8 months long too) so I was actually able to write something. It may not be long, but it's a chapter. I can now write more and i haven't forgotten everyone who reads it, i just didn't have time to do anything for it. I have the outline for the chapters so i just have to write them. :)

Thank you everyone who still reads this and i promise it will get better with the updates.

Most of the town's people had been evacuated yet a good amount still remained. Fairy Tail had opened up their doors and had let them in, along with the surviving guild members still flocking in. At the moment they were busting to the seams with people but not one member ever turned away someone in need. Fairy Hills had been converted into a safe house also for a lot of the town's people so it freed up some room within the guild.

Lucy sat at the bar as she watched Mira and Lisanna rush about serving all the people that now crowded the bar, she felt bad because she would help but her pregnant belly would just crowd up the small space. They had somehow recruited Evergreen into helping them serve drinks out at the tables which was a funny sight to see. Lucy smiled to herself because she knew this is how she loved the guild but a fear deep down inside of her didn't want the day of her child's birth to come because she knew what would happen.

"Hey Lucy." Mira's voice snapped her out of her thoughts as Lucy's attention turned to the smiling Mira. "Can you find Natsu and tell him the master needs to talk to him for a minute."

She blinked but nodded as she got up and looked around for any source of pink hair. "Huh? Weird, he was here not too long ago." She tilted her head a bit as she looked back to Mira. "I'll go find him then, be back in a bit!" she called out over the noise as she walked out of the guild.

"Natsu!" Lucy called as she walked through the nearly deserted town. She waved at few people as they headed back to the guild before she came to her apartment. "Now where in the world is that idiot." She looked around again confused because this didn't make any sense. He had never left her side unless he took a mission and she hadn't heard him tell her he'd be gone. She patted her huge stomach a bit, "Your daddy is crazy." She sighed loudly in annoyance, but a presence behind her made Lucy twirl around to see a cloaked figure on the other side of the street.

"Soon…" Was all it said in its bone chilling voice as she saw a smirk come upon what little of the face she could see. It only sent shivers down her spine.

Lucy's hand went to her stomach as if it would protect it someway as her eyes narrowed. "We won't go down with a fight! We'll win!" She wanted to be brave, but the aura that thing… or whatever it was seemed to be able to bring her worst fears to the surface.

It seemed to laugh at that comment before it held up an old withered finger, "We will have what we want in the end. I've only come to reassure… the fact that we are still here… still waiting… and we will… will strike very soon." It continued to laugh as the cloaked figure disappeared almost into nothingness.

Lucy fell to her knees as her hands were shaking in fear near her face. Why was she so afraid just by what that thing said, she didn't understand but the seed of despair had been planted deep inside her heart. She wanted Natsu as tears began to fall from her eyes.

As if by magic arms encircled her and the unique smell of burnt wood came to her nose and she felt a bit at ease now. "N-natsu." She said as she hiccupped a bit though she was still shaking.

"Lucy, what's wrong?" He had been out in the town searching for something but had felt distress from her and had instantly came running. He didn't understand what had made her this upset so fast.

She continued to cry as she turned around and put her face into his chest as she couldn't stop. It took a while for her to calm down enough to talk to Natsu as she stayed exactly where she was. His scent completely calming her. "I saw a cloaked figure, and it seemed to know what is happening." She felt him tense. "It told me, they are still waiting. And they will win even when I told them we'd win."

"It's alright Lucy, we still have awhile." He smelt a weird smell through the air now that he thought about it before he helped her up but when she grabbed her stomach in pain he got alarmed. "Lucy?!"

She laughed a bit as it seemed to be uncomfortable. "It's… nothing. Let's get back to the guild… I'm probably just… stressed and the… baby can feel it…" She suddenly felt her legs wet as she looked down to see her water had broken and her eyes went wide. "Natsu… the baby, it's coming…" She said in fear.

Natsu's eyes went wide as he rushed to Lucy and picked her up bridal style before he rushed back to the guild. As he got to the door he kicked them open not caring of the people where near them. "LUCY IS HAVING THE BABY!" He roared over the noise.

The guild came to a screeching halt as everyone knew what that meant. Wendy, Levy, and Mira ran up to Natsu as the five of them raced to the safe area they had made for this special occasion. The other guild mates began to help usher the towns people into the safe areas of the guild in case fighting broke out within the guild.

They rushed past Sting and Rogue as Natsu and Sting nodded to each other and the two twin dragon slayers went to guard the front entrance of the guild.

The guild had been given the battle plan from the master for whenever Lucy gave birth so Certain Fairy Tail members rushed out throughout the city to make sure that everyone in the town was brought to safety. Fairy Tail had told most of the other guild members to help the town's people while they went out to protect their town, yet some of them flat out refused and wanted to help.

Hibiki, Cana, and Warren where the central command post deep within the guild, while Gajeel stood guard at the south end of the guild gates, the twin dragon slayers to the north. Freed and Bickslow stood at the doors to the birthing room to guard. Ezra, Gray, Juvia, and Laxus were rounding up the remaining townspeople.

Natsu placed Lucy on the bed as he wasn't sure what to do because this was all new to him. Mira noticed as she put a hand on his head. "So up and join the fight, you'll do a lot better there than down here freaking Lucy out even more. Don't worry. Levy, Wendy, and I are all here to help her."

He nodded before he looked at Romeo, "Stay safe." When he got a nod in return he rushed past the two guarding the door.

Erza had the town's people heading towards Fairy Hills when a huge crash behind her caught her attention along with debris flying everywhere. She barely dodged the cart as she fell to the ground but looked over to the dust to see what could have destroyed three houses instantly. "Oh dear me, I missed." A female's voice came from the dust before it disappeared into the sky. A woman stood amongst the rubble, her blue cloak flapping a bit in the wind. Her eyes were unlike anything Erza had seen before, one was blood red while the other one was the clearest blue she had ever seen. "I misjudged the landing." The woman sighed loudly as she began to walk towards Erza.

She quickly got up because she wasn't sure what this woman wanted, she looked dangerous but she couldn't tell or judge just how dangerous she really was. "Who are you?" She clenched her right fist as she x-equipped a sword into her other hand.

"Me… oh I'm no one really special. I can be someone special though." The woman laughed as she held out her hand and the same sword appeared that Ezra currently held. "Shall we dance then?" She charged Erza without any other warning.

She parried her charge but a sudden kick to the stomach made her eyes widen as she was thrown back across the street through one of the buildings. She laid in the rubble for a minute before she began to move to sit up. Where did that come from? She was that powerful that she sent her flying that easy? What in the world where they up against?

"Oh how fun, she went flying like a bug." The woman continued to laugh as she threw off her cloak to reveal just simple traveling cloths. "I want to see even more the bug flying. I may even get to see a bug get zapped if I play my cards right." She giggled amongst herself as if she was holding the whole conversation in her head.

Erza walked out of the building with narrowed eyes. Her armor was dented, that was how hard she had been hit. "What are you?"

"Me… I don't even know what I truly am." The woman shrugged. "I was called Zukei when I awoke but I like the nickname Zu."

Her eyes watched her every movement, her movements where so weird Erza couldn't follow them one bit. "What do you mean when u woke up?"

Zu stopped her movement as a sinister smile played upon her face, "Zero created us. He made us so we could kill all the stupid mages like you that populate this rich world. We were born from the land." She giggled as she continued to hold the same smile on her face before she clapped her hands. "But I want to play now, and you're my play toy."

Erza's eyes narrowed as she x-quipped into her Robes of Yuen. She knew that this woman was going to be a problem. "I am no nobody's play toy." She charged at her, if Zu wouldn't make a move she would.

That made Zu smile even larger before she brought up a weapon identical to Erza's at the last moment to parry the attack. Her red eyes was shining a bit as she laughed. "Oh wonderful weapons, I want to see them all."

"What the hell are you?" Erza growled loudly as she was able to push her back but only a few feet before she was sent back into another set of building walls. She hit the ground hard and opened one eye to see Zu walking towards her slowly.

"You're worst nightmare." Zu's voice sounded sinister as she suddenly appeared as an exact version of Erza. "I want as much power as I can." Zu looked at her hands as a smile came to her face. "So flexible…"

Ezra slowly sat up as she spat out some blood, she wasn't expecting this. She used her staff to stand but the spear disappeared and in the place two swords appeared in her hands. "I won't go easy." Erza charged.

"And neither will I." Zu charged also as their weapons clashed sending a shockwave through the narrow street, shattering the glass and blowing chairs and tables over. Ezra grit her teeth as she felt the power of Zu but screamed when she was pushed back once again into a wall. "I told you I won't go easy. Though I've been told not to kill any of you." She sighed in disappointment but walked towards Ezra. "So just give up so I can go find the target."

Ezra opened her eyes slowly as she glared at Zu. She knew she was talking about Lucy. "We'll never give up nor give you one of our own." She stood up and x-quipped into her lightning empress armor as the air around them began to crackle. Her eyes narrowed when she saw a grin appear upon Zu's face because she didn't like it.

"Just show me what other powers you have. I'm enjoying it." She smiled as she glowed and appeared once again in the same armor as Ezra. "Oh, I like this one."

Ezra paused because if she could copy everything, then she would have to be careful not to show her most powerful armors. She felt a bead of sweat roll down her face because she wasn't sure she could win this fight, and that was saying a lot for her.

Gray and Juvia had evacuated the last town's people when the dirt underneath them began to rumble. "Gray-sama!" Juvia yelled as she felt her legs beginning to sink into the ground. Gray's eyes widened as he quickly grabbed her wrist and pulled her away from the area. He glanced to the river before he jumped down freezing it and looked around. "Who are you! Show yourself!"

Juvia walked out on the water as she looked around curiously. She should have been able to break free herself but the area she sunk in hadn't turned into water. "Gray-sama… we need to be careful."

"It's alright, we are very compatible when it comes to fighting." He heard a sound as he twirled around to see two females standing there on the rivers bank as they watched the two of them. "Who the hell are you?"

The right one lifted her arm into the air, "Names Iris."

The other one lifted her other arm into the air to mirror copy the other one. "Siri is the name."

"What…?" Gray looked at the two of them before he sighed and put a hand to his forehead. Why was he always stuck with the weird ones? "That doesn't make sense! It's the same damn word just backwards!"

Juvia stuck close to Gray because the look in the twin's eyes made her feel very uneasy. "Gray-sama… they aren't normal… I believe they are like Juvia but of the land."

Gray glanced over his shoulder at her before he looked back at the twins to see them giving the thumbs up sigh. "Yup Yup." Iris laughed.

"So right!" Siri giggled. "We control the land that is rightfully ours to play with. Zero said so."

The two mages knew they had their work cut out of them because the two elements they had balanced their own. "Why couldn't we be stuck with the fire ones?" Gray mumbled under his breath before he brought his hands up to his side. "Ice make: cannon." A huge cannon appeared on his shoulder as he pointed it at them. "Juvia. We'll have to fight serious."

"Right Gray-sama." She made her arm into a whip because she knew that if he said it, then he felt the same as her.

"Hey… Siri… they want to fight." Iris giggled as she looked at her sister with a smile.

Siri only nodded as she clapped her hands in happiness. "We haven't had a real fight since we woke up, this will be fun." The twins nodded to each other before they got calmly still.

"Get ready." Gray mumbled low, his finger on the trigger to the cannon. He'd have to act fast.

Iris held up her hand as the ground around the river began to shack. "Let the games begin." She smiled as they disappeared within the dust that the shaking ground was creating.

"Gray-sama…"

"It's fine, just stay on the water…" He didn't take into the account of the bottom of the river was land. That was until he felt a push from behind sending him into the water. He came up about to yell until he saw Juvia up on a spike with it through her right shoulder. He saw blood dripping down, how was that possible? Juvia was made out of water? "JUVIA!"

She smiled at him with a pained expression. "Is Gray-sama alright?" She winced in pain as she felt the weight of the wound. Why couldn't she turn into water? This didn't make any sense to her, it was like more of her powers sealed the minute their attacks hit her.

"I-I'm fine, we need to get you down!" he scrambled up onto the surface as he rushed to her but she was suddenly sucked down into the water and into the river bed, his eyes were wide as he stood there in shock. She… Juvia was gone. "N-no…" He began to shake as his hands clenched as bangs appeared over his eyes.

Footsteps in the water caught his attention as he glared over that way to see Iris. "Now it is even." She smiled at him before she held out her hand as a rock whip grew out of the ground and winded up into her hand.

"What did you do with Juvia!?" He brought his hands up into his normal position. "Ice make: ice swords." Swords appeared in his hands as he pointed one at her. "Give her back now."

She shook her head, "Nope, Siri is having her fun with her. You two will get to see each other soon enough. We figured we'd keep you two as our toys."

He grit his teeth because he was pissed now. He charged at her as he slashed at her, but he hit a clump of dirt. "This is why I wanted a damn fire user." He growled to himself but blocked an incoming whip with his sword but felt a searing pain in his back.

"You can't stop me!" Iris chuckled as she knocked him into the river before she jumped into the air. "I'm going to make you my toy! So just stay down!" Her eyes widened when a huge ice spear shot out of the water and pierced her abdomen before she could do anything. "What?" she whispered low as she looked down at it but felt more pierce her body.

Gray swam up away from the ice as he gasped for air before he got up on top of the ice surrounding him. "Never let an ice mage have water."

Iris growled low and broke the ice as she landed on the ground. Sand flowed out of the wounds before she began to laugh. "Oh, this is interesting. I might make you more than just a toy if you continue to entertain me."

"Like hell." Gray got into a defensive position, this would be a long fight. He just hoped Juvia was alright.

"Thought you'd be down with her." Gajeel snorted as he smelled death in the air coming closer as he saw Natsu came up beside him.

He let a sigh pass his lips as he then smirked. "The girls have her, I have to protect my mate while she is in trouble anyway. Anyway, she has three friends down there."

Gajeel sighed a bit as he saw a fire begin to break out in the other part of the town. They didn't have much to guard because the water wasn't too far away from them, but it still needed guarding regardless. "I can handle this if you want to go after some of them."

"Oh… I think I'm more than enough for the two of you…" A laugh came from in front of them as Natsu knew that smell. It was the same one he had smelt near Lucy before. A growl passed his lips as his hands balled up knowing they came for Lucy and his child. "Oh is the poor child getting mad at me…" It laughed mockingly.

Gajeel saw a cloaked figure step out of the shadows, "This has to be one of them…"

"Very smart boy." The man said as he held up a finger, "I am indeed one of them, but unlike most of them I'm the smart one." He chuckled as the sun was blocked by some clouds and it seemed like he disappeared in the shadows until it passed and he was right where he had been. "I play it smart. That is why I said you two aren't anything to me…"

Natsu's hands lit up as he narrowed his eyes, "I'm done talking!" He charged forwards and raised his hand to attack. When his fist reached the cloaked figure, his eyes went wide when he went right through him and into the wall behind. "What the hell?" He laid there for a minute in confusion.

Gajeel's eyes narrowed because it seemed like his body was like Juvia's. "So I take it you're a shadow user then." He smirked suddenly as his arm appeared as a huge iron razor dagger.

"Yes, I am the oldest of the group. You can call me Bikou." He man bowed a bit before he smiled at them. "I shall give you the chance to give up. But if you choose to fight, then I promise it will not be pretty."

Natsu got up slowly as the two dragon slayers got into an offensive position. They knew this wouldn't be an easy fight. They heard the screams from their guild mates throughout the town, these people seemed almost nearly impossible for them to fight. But Fairy Tail never gave up, and they wouldn't now.

A man smirked as he walked through the center of town with his hands in his pockets. He loved the chaos throughout the town and the flames made him smile. "Ah the lovely smell of victory." He stopped when he saw the two Sabertooth Dragon Slayers standing in his way. "Well well, if it isn't you two. You healed up well."

Sting narrowed his eyes because this man was the most dangerous of all them. He was the one that made even them look like children in their power difference. If he came out, then he knew they were in trouble. "What the hell are you all doing here?"

"We came for the baby. With the child, we will be able to destroy everything and restart this corrupt world." His eyes swirled different colors as different color flames sparked from his fingers. "Now, shall I teach you all a lesson for a second time? Though this time I won't be as willing to let you live."
