Ahsoka's Pov.
Waking up in the arms of my master was just ridiculous. What had I missed ?... things were totaly different ... What had led to me waking up in his arms. All I remembered was blacking out. I wasn't sure if I had dreamt it... It felt real but suddenly I was awake. I looked down at my aching arm to see a needle point. Looking at the tiny dot I imediately jamp up.
It was like when my inner demons decided to kiss him and then knock him unconscious. It was like when she fought Cadius but I saw her in my dreams... but could I really have dreamt all this ?... Things didn't make sense.
I snapped back into reality and Anakin was looking at me, we sat up on the small bed and I just looked straight ahead... I looked bad, he probably thinks I'm sad, but before I could finish he spoke up.
"I'm sorry, Snips... " He whispered.
"It's not than, Skyguy... It's just what happened lastnight ? what happened after I blacked out .." I mumbled holding my legs in my amrs and staring at the wall. My emotions running wild...
"What do you mean ?... you woke up here and fell back to sleep... You told me to sleep with you ..." He replied. I suddenly felt awkwardness immediately.
"Wait what ?!" I asked sternly
"No not like that I mean you asked me to sleep in the same bed with you, My snippy padawan... " He replied smirking. I crossed my amrs and glared. "I'm not in the mood for this, Master..." I replied and he backed off. "Fine... Padawan" He said and got up, sighing he walked into the refresher and I pulled a pillow to my head.
Great things were already bad, this sucked and it kinda felt like it was my fault. It was probably over the question I asked earlier... I had kissed him but I thought I was dreaming...
My inner demons were toying with me. I wished they would stop I was beginning to feel like I was crazy sometimes but I know I couldn't be. This darkness was coming from her and I couldn't fix it. I knew this had to be one of their tricks. I just knew it but how long would it be before they took me over completely.
It was like two different lives with her, she wants lux and I...want my master. It felt kinda udecisive on both but I wanted him because I felt normal but I felt bad for Lux because he was true when I wasn't and picked Cadius... I wanted to be normal this whole time but I can't cast Lux out he was in love with me and he was looking for me. he needed my help and I just... Anakin came out of the refresher and our glances caught. He looked away and grabbed his lightsaber and comlink.
"Master..." I mumbled.
"Yea ?" He asked not looking at me.
I'm sorry, I just had dreams... I thought it was real and then waking up beside you shocked me for the moment. "I replied and he nodded.
"It's not your fault, Snips I just don't know what to do about this..." He replied and I smiled.
"Me neither..." I added and he sat down beside me.
"I can't fight my feelings for you, Ahsoka... believe me I tried..." He said, his hand resting in my lap.
"I don't want to fight these feelings, Anakin... I feel amazing to have someone who really cares..." I replied and he stopped and everything went quiet. "Master?" I asked.
"Who's the bounty hunter you were with lastnight ?" He asked.
"Cadius... " I replied.
"Padme's killer.." He breathed.
"Yeah" I stated looking down.
"Did you make a deal with him or something ? are you apart of her death ?" He asked.
"we talked, thats all, Skyguy and no when he killed her it was over rage for what I'd done to him" I replied and Anakin raised a brow. "What exactly did you do to him ?" He asked crossing his arms.
"I called our engagments off..." I whispered.
"You were engaged ?" He asked.
"Yeah I was, and don't sound so surprised...someone told me the great chosen on was married to.." I replied frowning. He stared at me deeply.
"Did you love him ?" He asked.
"Yeah, I thought I did... he's the reason deathwatch captured me and I was later sold to sepretists lab scientists for Dooku... He was hired to be what I thought he was" I replied.
"He turned on you" He asked, understanding sinking in.
"Yeah and killed my best friend" I stated.
"Lux Bontari" He breathed
"How'd you know ?" I asked
"I'd seen in everywhere... the holonet and heard it around the senate... Padme spoke of him that time..." He was news but if you guys were close whatever happened on Onderon ?" He asked.
"He was with Steela and he said I saved him from a big mistake... After that we were close friends and forbiden to be anything else..." I replied
"I'm sorry for that, Snips... I remember the stories of him, he was quite the fighter for a senotor" He mumbled
"Yeah he was" I mumbled. I laid down and Anakin laid beside me, letting the words sink in and enjoying eachothers company. I turned onto my side into Anakin's side and kissed him lightly, he turned over and deepened the kiss and we laid there in eachothers arms
until his comlink went off.
"Skywalker" He spoke into it.
"Anakin, the Council had requested and urgent meeting in the war room, there's been a take over on Mandalore" He spoke. Anakin and I jamp up and left the quarters. We headed towards the war room our quickest as we passed our fellow jedi. We never even got a second to enjoy our new found romance but it times like these war was our daily lives...
We walked into the war room, Master Secura and Master Luminari in holgram figures and Master Yoda, Master windu, and master Kenobi stood around the table. "Greetings, Masters" We said bowing.
"We have got the news that a new sith has made a take over on Madalore and murdered Dutchess Satine... Killed the Dutchess and slaughtered citizens, the few reamaining deathwatch soldiers have moved in and are planning to win the planet back... they asked for our assistance in this battle and we are sending as many Jedi as possible" Obiwan replied, sadness in his eyes as he spoke.
"So what do you suppose we do ?" I asked.
"We want you to go in on this, it's more in your control" Windu replied looking at me.
"Why me ?" I asked, Anakin looked uneasy.
"We have recieved this holo tape from deathwatch leader Bokatan..." Obiwan said as a tape started playing,
It showed Satine's royal chambers and the doors burstingopen, every being held up by way of the force and being stragled to death. "Who are you ?!" Satine ordered.
"Your salvavtion" He replied as he stabbed her through the chest, watching her fall to the ground. Windows breaking and droids marching in through the halls. It showed the city, the sith killing everyone who stood close. I watched, shocked at this as the set buildings on fire, smokeeverywhere and the city falling to it's end... then the clipped stopped and my breath caught, Anakin went stiff at the image of the sith.
I wanted scream my loudest, cry even for what was on the screen. I felt a flood of hurt inside me and everyone stared at me, knowing I would know who this was.
"Lux..."I breathed...
