Act Two: The Order

Chapter Fourteen: Unknown's Discovery

Sonic thought of a code for a lullaby. This was Zelda's Lullaby from Ocarina of Time for the Gamecube.

A FEW MINUTES EARLIER

Rainbow Dash, Cole, Tails, and Unknown appeared in front of an old, ruined base. Unknown's horn faded as he fell on his rear.

"Whoa... When your restricted, you get tired quickly..." He muttered. "I hate this feeling."

"Alright, were here... What is this place?" Rainbow asked, looking around.

"This place used to be known as Prison Island. A few years ago, Sonic was arrested for something another hedgehog did and they locked him up here." Tails told them. "Then that hedgehog and Dr. Eggman, a well-known enemy of ours, came here to steal the Chaos Emeralds from G.U.N., a government organization. We broke Sonic out, then we separated so we could get the emeralds and go. But Eggman activate a bomb, which destroyed this whole island. This is what was left of that destruction."

"Wow... So... Why are we here?" Unknown asked.

"There have been reports of activity within the ruins of this prison." Tails said. "Were here to see what's going on." Everyone and pony nodded.

"Alright. Three groups. Me and Cole will mess with the electrical system. Rainbow Dash, if your as fast as you say you are and especially since it's enhanced to be Sonic's speed, you will go scout the whole prison. Inside and out. And don't be afraid to bust some heads!" Tails told her.

"Since when am I scared?" She said, rushing to the other side of the prison.

"Okay. As for you Unknown, we need you to go through the prison's interior and grab anything that's important. Make sure you grab some computer files as well." Tails handed him a USB chip. "If theirs activity, then it's likely robots. That mean's theirs likely computer files and programs in use as well."

"Alright!" Unknown said, trotting inside.

"Okay Cole. Let's go find a generator room, or a power room."

"Right. This should be easy for us." Cole said as they made their way inside.

"Jeez... This place is really broken up." Unknown said as he traveled through the dimly lit hallway. The walls were cracked and vines and leaved grew out of the ceiling.

"Okay... I need to find... what exactly?" Unknown came up to a door marked FILE ROOM. "Perfect." Unknown went inside, finding files and filing cabinets liter the area. Unknown used his magic to open up a few cabinets, making files fly around him.

"Weapons... No... Secrete Bases... No... Male Criminals... No... Female Criminals... Laaaaatttteeerrrr..." Unknown found a particular file that caught his eye.

"Eggman's Records..." Unknown opened it up, seeing all of Eggman's past failures, arrests, breakout attempts. "Bet Sonic and Tails would love this." Unknown put the file under his wings.

"Alright... Map of Prison... No... How to Control Enemy Tech... No... How to Break Magic Restricting Necklaces... No... *gasp* Oh... Game Night! I wonder what they play." Unknown read the file in excitement.

"Really? They play monopoly? Meh, who knew. Anyway, onto a new room." Unknown said, dropping all the files on a nearby table and leaving.

"WAIT A MINUTE!" He yelled, rushing back to the room and too the table. He was facing the file that had How to Break Magic Restricting Necklaces written on it... and took the Female Criminal's file next to it.

"Almost forgot you." He said, leaving the room.

"Let's see..." Tails said, typing multiple codes in the only working computer in the power room. The screen flashed red, angering Tails. "Darn! I don't know the code to the computer! I can't reroute, shut off, cut on, nothing! I can't even get an electric supply map." Cole sighed and pulled out his special weapon. It looked like a metal bar with for arms sticking out and pointing up. He called it an Amp. He flipped it so it was held pointing down, then shoved it through the computer box beside it, shocking it hard. The screen flickered and shined blue.

"There. I fixed it." He said. Tails began typing, then nodded.

"Yeah, but you cut the power out for the entire left side of the prison. Only a few watts are going in." Tails began typing some more. "And there's no way to fix it."

"Well, let's hope Unknown and Rainbow Dash aren't on that side.

"H-Hey? Why are the lights going crazy?" Unknown asked, looking around the hall as the light's flickered on and off.

"Hello, Unknown." A metallic voice said. Unknown looked a head of him, seeing the one thing he didn't expect to see.

"S-Silver Sonic?!" Unknown gasped, backing up. Silver Sonic looked at him, giving Unknown a horrid feeling. It was like he was sapping the life from his body just by looking at him.

"I was expecting Sonic to be here. But I guess you could give him a message for me." he said, stepping closer. The flickering lights made it seem like two things were happening. One look and it's a pair of small red eyes closing in on him, the next it's a white Sonic-robot with blades for quills and sharp claw-like fingers. Unknown stood his ground, but he knew he couldn't do anything with this necklace around him. Silver Sonic shot forward at blinding speeds, slamming a fist into Unknown, sending him crashing into the wall. The whole prison shook as Unknown slammed into the wall. Unknown slowly got up, still getting used to pain. He looked up at Silver Sonic and before what happened next, Unknown could have sworn...

Silver Sonic was smiling underneath those wires and circuits.

THIRTY MINUTES LATER

"Unknown?... Unknown... Wake up..." Sonic said, shaking the pony in front of him. Unknown slowly opened his eyes.

"Huh... What... Happened?..." Unknown slurred. Everyone in the infirmary smiled as Unknown slowly got on his rear. The people and ponies in the room were Sonic, Tails, Fluttershy, Metal, and Vanilla.

"Rainbow Dash found you all mangled up inside a dark hallway." Sonic said. "They brought you here ten minutes ago and Twilight took five minutes healing your sorry self. What did this too you?" Sonic asked. Unknown shrugged, stretching his wings... and allowing the file he had to fall beside him. Everyone looked at it curiously as Tails picked it up. His eyes widened as he read the cover aloud.

"Sonic, I can only tell you this. If you even try and stop me... I'll kill you. I also took the liberty of showing Unknown what happens when you go through my stuff. Fortunately, I'm to far into my plan for the file he found to be of any use. So I let him keep it. But this is just to show you... Don't mess with the superior race." Sonic growled as he heard the note. Tails then opened the file and went through it.

"This is Eggman's file... What could be so important here? There all just a bunch of his failed attempts to take over the world..."

"Which would be like a million times." Sonic stated.

"Wait... This... This plan isn't marked. This plan hasn't been done yet." Tails said. Sonic looked at him curiously.

"Well, what is it?"

"Project Silver Sonic Rise..."

My chapter's are getting short, but only because my life is getting worse. Because I get tortured by the same person almost everyday and they don't even know their doing it... I guess I should leave my life out of Fanfiction. Sorry for expressing it. =D this site is for happiness and reading, not sadness and moping.

Also, Chapters 16 or 17 may have a song in it. A rock song. But it's you ducks choice. Do you want a rock song, or an action chapter. You can only choose one.
