Meanwhile, at some shopping mall, Kakashi is with Sakura and Makoto to do some shopping for supplies. In fact, he will need to have some items before going back to his dimension. As he goes to a bookstore to look for some books, mostly books that involves with perversion, the two girls have a shopping spree of their own.

"As usual, Kakashi-sensei is looking into books that includes porno," Sakura muttered with dismay, putting her hands on the back of her head while walking with her friend to the hall. "I guess that can't be helped."

"You're right. Let's shop for some new clothes that you can wear before you go back to your dimension," Makoto suggested.

"That's a very good idea, Makoto! Let's start shopping!"

They started their shopping spree for clothes like vests, shirts, gloves, and even shorts. It was sure a good time for them until...

"Makoto, can you pass me that coat?" Sakura asked for a favor.

"On it," the beastkin replied as she is about to get when she feels like it's tugged. "I'm sorry, but this is..."

Before she could finish her sentence, she is in for a surprise. The one who is tugging the coat for her to get it is a woman that has black hair, eyeglasses, and wearing a red dress. Also, she is carrying a long staff.

"Litchi! What are you doing here?" she asked.

"M-Makoto! What are you doing here?" the woman asked.

"Makoto, who is she?" Sakura entered the fray.

"So you must be Sakura Haruno that Madara has told me about," Litchi stated. "Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Litchi Faye-Ling, and I'm a doctor of in the Orient Town part of Kagutsuchi."

"And you happened to join the NOL!" the beastkin looks angry on the statement.

"That's only because I think they can help me cure Lotte 'Roy' Carmine, also known as Arakune. Despite working for that evil organization, I'm still the kind doctor everyone knows of. Can't you understand that?"

"Sakura and I understand you, Litchi, but that's no reason for you to join that organization!" Makoto said as her hands formed fists, showing she's ready to fight the doctor.

"Guess I have no choice, but to fight you two..."

Before the three women could fight, a bell has been rung by the cashier.

"Hey, if you're going to fight, do it outside!"

Once outside the mall, the two girls are about to get a serious confrontation with the member of the NOL.

They charge at Litchi with several punches, but she blocks them carefully with her staff. She realizes of how the two are fast to throw punches that she knows she can't keep dodging them forever, so she jumps from behind and swings her staff at them, knocking them to the ground. They got up, nevertheless, and continue throwing their punches at her. While Makoto continues the punches, Sakura is preparing her powerful attack on the doctor.

"Cherry..."

Her fist is about to hit the ground.

"Blossom..."

And it just did.

"Clash!"

The ground they're standing on is pulverized into minute pieces that it sent the doctor flying to the air. Sakura jumps to throw punches at her, but even though Litchi blocks them, she sends one to her head, hitting her to the ground.

"Now, we're going to have a little talk about this, Litchi," Sakura stated, and her opponent loses consciousness after she makes her statement.

"Oh, I can arrange that!" a loudmouth ninja exclaimed as he jumps in front of them. "My name is Bang Shishigami, and I'm a ninja who fights for love and justice!"

Does he have to be so hyperactive? He's kinda like Naruto! the kunoichi thinks sickly of him.

"I'll be taking her back to Orient Town, so she can be fixed and be questioned for joining the NOL," Bang carries the doctor's body in his arms. "Meet me at her clinic if you two are thinking of going there."

He left the two where they are afterwards.

"Now what?" Makoto asked.

"Let's just continue our shopping," Sakura replied.

The two girls head back to the mall to continue shopping for supplies. In fact, the latter needed some of them before going back to her world.
