Normal POV
Team Natsu FT (they changed the name after Natsu's leaving) walked slowly but determined to the mayor of Ayaney's house. They were welcomed by a 8 year old girl with blue long hair and golden eyes. The young mages got into a big room, beautiful arranged but not in a rich mode. The mayor, a 28 year old man with black hair and green eyes, tall, really handsome, smiled and welcomed them.
"Oh, Fairy Tail, right? I am glad you accepted to help our town. Please take a sit, we need to wait three other mages." Said the man.
"Three other mages? Wha-" Erza was interrupted by a known annoying voice.
"Yo!" Team FT turned their heads to face three Sabertooth mages, Rogue, Yukino and of course, Sting.
"Black-woman, Ice-weirdo, windy-girl, drunk-chick, new hottie, blondie!" yelled Sting, smirking at the last two girls. Lucy facepalmed, she was pretty happy Sting managed to show his real face but sometimes he was really damn annoying.
"Please, take a sit you three" the mayor offered three vintage chairs to sit on.
"My name is Hideo Kazuhiko and as you see I am the mayor of the Ayaney." Lucy and Cana giggled at his name, he was truly splendid and a prince(*). They both stopped when they saw Erza's death glare."As I was saying" continued, with a little smile the black-haired man "We need your help. About 2 months ago… A dark-guild came here. They have their headquarter about 5 kilometers away, in that forest" and he showed them a little forest, somewhere far awy, in the East. "The problem is… they… Are threatening our town in many horrible ways." His voice began to crack and tears were forming in his green eyes. "Many people disappeared, mostly married men with families and one of the worst part is that they would come and after that kill their families after about some days and then…" He was truly scared, trying to remain calm in front of the mages. "…then, they would write with blood different words… Incantations…" He turned his head and wiped his tears. "My wife got killed while she was saving a women and her little girl. Sadly, the women died but her daughter escaped. It was the little girl who welcomed you." He said, with a weak smile. All 8 mages watched in shock what the raven-haired guy said. They never confronted such evilness. But for the sake of the town they will do anything to save them. No matter what. Erza got up and put a hand on the man's shoulder.
"We will exterminate that guild, no matter what. We will die so you can live." Said Erza. Everyone got up, giving the man encouraging smiles and nodding, agreeing.
They left the mayor's home, all taking deep breaths.
"So… " said Sting, trying to break the awkward silence. He glanced at Aurora, trying to remember her or if he ever saw her.
"Oh yes, I totally forgot!" said Lucy. "Sting, this is Aurora, our new guildmate, Aurora this is Sting, Rogue and Yukino. Sting is a White Dragon-Slayer, Rogue is a Shadow Dragon-Slayer and Yukino is a Celestial Mage like myself" said Lucy, hugging Yukino, she really missed the other Celestial Mage. "Oh yeah, Aurora, I forgot to ask you, what magic do you use?"
"Oh well I-" Aurora said but she was cut by a scream.(A/N: Isn't it funny how every time someone asks Aurora what magic does she uses, she is always interrupted?) All 8 mages turned their heads and started running, knowing it was a scared scream. When they got there, they saw 3 man wearing black cloaks, cutting slowly a woman in front of a little girl who was crying, begging for mercy for her mother. The others watched shocked while Erza summoned two swords and with a wild scream, she started running to the dark mages, hoping she could save the woman. 4 seconds before she could cut them, they turned their heads and she could see the smirk they gave her before they disappeared in a black smoke.
"Shit…" she muttered before she got close to the woman's body which was laying on the ground. She kneeled next to it and tried to find anything to tell her that the poor woman was alive… None.
"Those bastards…" whispered Erza, in pure anger. She closed her eyes and got up, only to see her team next to the little girl, trying to comfort her.
'Cruel. So cruel…' through Erza before she went back to her guildmates.
"We need to get here somewhere safe" she said, with her eyes closed. She knew the other mages nodded and told Yukino to get her to the mayor's house and tell her what happened. They decided to find a hotel to stay during the night and think about a plan. Things were worse than she was thinking…
At the hotel, night time, normal POV
All 8 mages were sating in complete silence, no one wanting to break it. They were all still shocked about the attack they saw today and they were all angry they couldn't do more to save the poor woman. At least her little girl was alright. They knew they needed a good plan to defeat the dark guild but they were all discouraged by the death scene they had to see.
"We need to find a plan guys.' Whispered Lucy. She knew silence was comfortable sometimes but they really had to make up a plan fast if they wanted to save the people of Ayaney. Erza nodded and finally opened her eyes.
"We don't know how many dark mages are out there… But I think we can manage them, right? We have 4 S-class mages here from the most powerful guilds in Magnolia, heck in Fiore. Two Celestial Mage and one can open up to 3 gates at once and fight with her whip. An Ice-Make mage. They don't have any chance to survive. Not with me here, being so angry." Said Erza, whispering the last 2 sentences. Everyone took deep breaths and looked at each other. Rogue stared at Yukino, Sting at Lucy and at Aurora, Aurora looking at Gray and Gray looking at Erza.
"Well we need sleep. We wake up early tomorrow. Try to rest. Good night." Said Erza while she got up and left the room. Everyone glanced at each other, nodded their heads as a good-bye and then Gray, Sting, Rogue and Yukino left.
"Guess we will stay here" smiled Lucy. Aurora gave her a little smile and changed in her pajamas, then sat on her bed.
"Lucy-san?" said Aurora.
"Just Lucy. What happened?"
"Do you think I am strong enough to be with you guys? Like 4 S-class mages and a pretty powerful Ice-Make mage and 2 celestial mages… I… I don't know if I am worth it…" whispered Aurora. Lucy came next to her and smiled.
"Aurora, everyone is strong. And I am sure you are strong enough to combat some mage bastards. You seem strong" said Lucy. Aurora looked at her and gave her a big smile.
"Thank you, Lucy! Goodnight!" said Aurora and then she fell on her bed, asleep. Lucy smiled and went to her bed, closed the lights and fell asleep as well.
Next morning
"Is everyone here?" asked Erza. Lucy, Aurora, Gray, Rogue and Yukino were there, shaking their heads as a no but scared of the scarlet-haired girl reaction. Erza lifted one of her eyebrows.
"Where is Sting?" asked Erza in a deathly tone. Sting appeared next second, walking casually, wearing his signature grin.
"Yo, waddup?" asked Sting, relaxed. Erza closed her eyes, took a deep breath and then turned to the other mages.
"We are leaving now." She commanded. Everyone nodded and they walked slowly, heading off to the forest. When they got close, they had the feeling of being watched. Going deeper and deeper into the woods, they heard strange noises coming from the trees. For 30 minutes, they've been walking around, looking for any signs of a huge building or dark mages. They got in glade only to see, the tree, 20 person with black cloaks.
"Well, well, well, isn't it Fairy Tail and Sabertooth? What a pleasure to have you here" they heard a feminine voice coming from one of the trees. "What do you want fairies and tigers?" asked the same voice. Erza went in front, looking around in the trees.
"Why are you killing all those innocent people?! They didn't do anything to you! We came here to tell you in a nice way to stop it!" said Erza with an intimidating aura. An evil laugh could be heard, a male one. The same man who laughed spoke:
"Haha, Erza Scarlet A.K.A Titania of Fairy Tail, it's so cute from a little girl like you to ask us to do such things. But we refuse. We do this for the sake of Zeref! We want Zeref to rise again!" he yelled the last 2 senteces, gaining other shouts from the trees.
"Then, we will need to stop you!" yelled Erza.
"Very well then" she heard the woman saying, maybe smirking. "It was a pleasure to meet you, Erza Scarlet and the rest of the fairies and tigers."
By nowhere, blades were heading to the 8 mages.
"EVERYONE SPREAD OUT AND GET INTO THE TREES TO STOP THEM!" demanded Erza, while re-equipping in her Black Wing Armor. Gray used his Ice-Make magic to make e shield and a sword, running to the trees and trying to cut them with the sharpness of the sword. Cana was throwing flying cards against the blades, trying to send them to the trees as well.
"SHADOW/LIGHT DRAGON'S ROAR!" Sting and Rogue yelled, destroying the blades. Lucy summoned Loke and was fighting next to him with her whip. Yukino summoned Daphne and was fighting along with her spirit. Erza was fighting when she saw Aurora running with an incredible speed, dodging the blades easily and jumping on a tree. She ran up in the tree and right after a scream could be heard and a person fell from the tree on the ground.
"Well, we have a little squirrel over here, ehh? Hah, well, we gotta fry her!" yelled the feminine voice. By nowhere, fire balls were heading to the brown-haired girl and she managed to dodge them but to fell on the ground, in the middle of her group.
"Shit…" cursed Erza when she was hit by a blade and threw in the middle of the glade with the others.
"Well, this was pretty easy! Taste the power of Zeref! 'Fire Blades!'" shouted the male voice.
Hundreds of blades in fire were heading to the group when…
"LIGHT GOD'S SHIELD!" someone shouted. By nowhere, a huge shield appeared, saving them from the deadly blades. They turned their heads to see a certain brown-haired girl who casted the spell.
"Well, that was impressing little girl. But we don't have much time so see you later fairies. Tigers." And then it could be heard the rustling leaves. When they were sure they went away, the shield slowly disappeared. Everyone got up and looked at Aurora, shocked.
"What the hell, hottie?!" yelled Sting. "You are a God Slayer?!" Then he looked at Erza's, Lucy's, Gray's and Cana's faces. "And by their faces, I guess they didn't know either-" Rogue punched him in the stomach, knocking him out. Everyone looked at him either confused or shocked.
"What? He was too noisy…" he muttered. Everyone nodded their heads, agreeing. Erza went close to Aurora and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Why didn't you tell us earlier?" asked Erza with a soft voice.
"Uhh well, I never got the chance. Whenever someone would ask me what kind of magic I am using, I would always get interrupted" she answered. Lucy came next to Erza.
"You could tell us without us asking, ya know?" the blonde mage said. The brown-haired one scratched the back of her head and smiled.
"Yeah, I forgot to tell you. Sorry?" she apologized. Everyone smiled and said there was no problem. Erza closed her eyes again, maybe for the one hundredth time that day.
"Still, we were defeated." Said Erza. All the mages sighted. They all knew the dark mages were more powerful than they through.
Somewhere in the trees
"Master, you saw that girl?" asked one of the males.
"Mhm, really interesting, a God Slayer. Even better, a light one. Never through I will live the day I will see such splendor." Smirked a male in his 40's, covered by a deep blue cloak." But we gotta be careful, she might look like she is weak but her power can kill us faster than Zeref destroying a dragon." A moment of silence when a woman, a teen-girl, jumped on the crack the master was staying. She kneeled in front of him.
"Master, our 3 mages who went in the town to get more blood told us they could only kill a woman but her daughter…" the girl paused, rising her face to look at the master."…escaped."
The master's eyes turned red and a dark aura was surrounding him.
"She… what?" asked him in a deadly tone.
"She escaped master. They… Titania stopped them before they could kill the girl." The man kicked the girl with his boots, she flying from the crack. For a moment, everyone through they will hear the sound of her body collapsing with the ground but she just jumped to another tree, hiding.
"GET THOSE FUCKING BASTARDS AT ME!" shouted the master. "LEROY! GET THEM! NOW, YOU FUCKING IDIOT!" he yelled at a guy with silver hair. He sighted and jumped from a tree to another to find the 3 mages master Morlyus wanted to kill. She jumped slowly from a tree to another, when he finally found them. He smirked, remembering who was in that team.
"You know, master wants to see ya." he smirked, waiting for a response from her. The girl he addressed just stood up with her fellows and start walking. Right when she was about to jump, she turns her head a bit, smirking.
"I'll kill you one day, Leroy." She said in an psychopathic way. Then she jumped to another tree, leaving the silver-haired guy grinning.
"You called me, master?" asked the girl in a sweet voice. The 40 year old man sends her a death glare. She stood in front of him with a stone face, not showing any emotion.
"You little bitch, you didn't kill the girl! YOU DIDN'T FUCKING KILL THAT STUPID GIRL! YOU HAD ONE JOB! TO KILL A MOTHER AND A GIRL! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?!" yelled Morlyus.
"Master, we… we were killing her mother when… Fairy Tail…" one of the guys said, his voice trembling.
"AND JUST BECAUSE ONE SCARLET-HAIRED BITCH CAME AND THHREATEN YOU WITH A STUPID SWORD, YOU HAD TO FUCKING LEAVE WITHOUT KILL-"
"She the fuck up, you don't even know how strong Erza Scarlet is, old man." Cut the girl. Everyone stared at her shocked, mumbling how dead she is. With his fists clenched, he went in front of her, his eyes, red, angry.
"And how do you know that, stupid whore?" asked Morlyus.
"Because…" and then she uncovered her head, revealing short silver hair "… she was my guildmate" said Lisanna.
