(The Arena)
Zitz grunted before somehow turning his hands into giant saws as he launched them at the Villager. However, the young boy quickly got out his axe and managed to block the blow. Unfortunately for the Villager, his size disadvantage caused him to get booted across the ground.
The Battletoad smirked as he turned his hands into a spiked bulldozer and dashed over. However, The Villager recovered in time seeing the attack. Acting quickly, he put on some kind of helmet with balloons attached to it and started to flap his arms somehow going over the attack.
Zitz stopped himself before whirling and jumping up into his leg into a buzzsaw popping the Villager's balloons and sending him crashing to the ground.
"Ha! Sorry, kid but you are out of your league!" Zitz said cracking his knuckles. "I had fought off monsters more dangerous, bigger and definitely uglier than you! What do you got?"
The Villager paused while sitting up with his trademark smile on his face. He then got out a set of turnips behind his back and leapt at Zitz. The green-blue toad raised a non-existent eyebrow before blocking the attack.
"All right. You are definitely more unpredictable than them. I'll give you that." Zitz said.
"Power Wave!" Terry Bogard shouted punching the ground sending a wave at Taokaka. However, the cat-girl easily jumped over the projectile and ran at him slashing forward. The blonde jumped back and shot his foot out catching Taokaka in the face.
The cat-girl staggered back holding her face before glaring at Terry. "Ow! That really hurt!"
"Sorry but that is kinda the point." The red-clad man said with a shrug.
"Tao is trying to get those pretty crystals but Hat-Guy keep interrupting!" Taokaka growled.
"Don't take it personally but that guy already has his hands full with one guy." Terry scolded before looking back. "Speaking of which, you are all right there, man?"
Siegfried shot his foot out when Felicia pounced at him kicking her in the stomach. Using his free hand, he punched Felicia in the face causing her to stagger back.
"I am trying to protect Soul Calibur, one of the only things capable of destroying Nightmare, from two ditzy cat-girls!" Siegfried said flatly. "How do you think I feel?"
(Announcer's Booth)
"I sure hope Siegfried succeeds in keeping Soul Calibur away from those cat-girls." SSBFreak frowned. "Can you imagine how destructive those girls would be with it?"
"Tell me about it." Tinyrocket said with a shudder.
"Speaking of Taokaka, I still can't believe that Taokaka is still in it!" Orange-Ratchet pointed out.
"Tell me about it. I mean with Pikachu and Rainbow Dash, they can be serious when the time calls for it." SSBFreak said. "But Taokaka? She can't even remember her closest allies' names!"
"Just goes to show what happens when you underestimate someone in this tournament." Orange-Ratchet shrugged. "You will be at the end of a humiliating defeat."
(Hotel; Lobby)
"And he is deadly allergic to cats and his Nox Nyctores is called Ouroboros." Kokonoe explained.
"Ugh, he sounds like Adachi-baby!" Teddie said in disgust.
"Well, do you think you can find Terumi for me?" Kokonoe asked.
"Perhaps… Though it is hard to track him down in something this big." Teddie explained.
"Just give it your best shot." Skullomania offered.
Ever since the group had decided to split up, they all went in three different directions. One group looked in the hotel while the other group looked in the dome with the last group relying on Teddie's smelling ability. Well, Megaman and Skullomania both volunteered to make sure Kokonoe didn't get herself or Teddie killed.
Teddie started to sniff the air for a few moments. Kokonoe, Megaman and Skullomania waited in anticipation hoping that it would work.
"Come on… Come on… I know he is in here." Teddie said slowly. "I could see an image of what Kokonoe described in the back of my mind. I… ROOOOAAAAARRRRR!"
What that, he let out a roar with a glowing yellow aura surrounding him startling the others.
"What the!?" Megaman said in disbelief.
"I… I see him!" Teddie said.
Kokonoe's eyes widened. "Really? Where is he!?"
"I… I don't know! All I could make out is what he is doing. Everything else around him is black." Teddie grunted.
"Well, we have to make due with what we have." Kokonoe frowned.
"Wait… The light is clearing up a bit. Yes, I see the location!" Teddie said.
"Really!?" Skullomania exclaimed.
"Y-Yes… It is... Huh? That can't be right…" Teddie frowned.
"Why? What's wrong?" Kokonoe asked.
"He is… Standing OUTSIDE." Teddie said.
"Outside?" Megaman asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yes… And they seemed to be a large wind blowing by the way his jacket is billowing." Teddie said. "And for some reason, the moon seems larger than before."
Kokonoe's eyes widened in realization. "The dome rooftop!"
"Wait. Why is he there?" Megaman asked.
"Don't know, don't care. What I do care about is he is right there and we may have a good amount of time before he comes back down!" Kokonoe snapped. "Let's go!"
The three nodded before getting up and rushing off to try to find Hazama. Even if this would do little to hinder the main plot's progress, they would be taking down a dangerous man.
(The Arena)
Kim Kaphwan let out a loud battle cry and leaping forward and spinning around kicking Dingodile in the face twice. As the hybrid staggered to the side, Kim did a series of kicks into his side. After wincing in pain, Dingodile growled before swinging his tail into the Taekwondo-user's stomach sending sprawling back.
While Kim got up weakly on one knee clutching his stomach, he growled before quickly standing up and darting forward. Dingodile shot out a stream of fire at him which Kim easily dodged before flipping himself forward kicking Dingodile in the stout. The hybrid stepped back holding his nose. Kim shot out his foot again trying to punish Dingodile for his mistake.
However, the hybrid saw the attack coming and grabbed his foot before it could hit before throwing him to the ground. Acting quickly, he opened fire causing Kim to roll to the side to avoid being burned to the death. Quickly getting up, he lashed forward punching Dingodile in the stomach before kicking him in the face.
Dingodile staggered back before holding his nose in pain before glaring at Kim. "Just what is yer problem, mate? Why can't ya leave me alone?"
"The answer should be obvious. You work with a mad scientist bent on taking over the world." Kim said sternly. "And that is not going into your pyromaniac tendencies."
"Hey, it is called a JOB, mate!" Dingodile snapped. "I don't have anywhere else to go."
"And it is THAT kind of poor attitude is the reason why you deserve this." Kim said narrowing his eyes. "If you truly wish people like me to leave you alone, you should be more confident into finding a better job."
Dingodile opened his open to give another comeback only to find that it never came. He realized the insane justice fighter was actually RIGHT. The reason Mario and Jude Mathis went after him last year was because they thought he was part of the plan even though he didn't wanted anything to do with it knowing how it would turn out. Perhaps he DOES need to find a better career choice.
"In any case, I will be more than willing to rehabilitate you." Kim said kicking forward.
Dingodile immediately blocked with his flamethrower gun. "Ah hell no! I heard about what ya put those two oafs through!"
With that, he shoved his gun forward sending Kim hopping backwards. Dingodile then took advantage of this and punched forward catching Kim in the face stunning him in the face. Acting quickly, he spun himself around whipping Kim in the side with his tail sending the justice fighter literally bouncing towards the ropes.
Kim landed in X-Men. Unfortunately, it was right near Phoenix when she was in her dark form.
Max and Jumbo Flapjack ran at each other locking arms with each other trying to gain ground on each other. Max gritted his teeth while Jumbo's smirk had gotten bigger. The battle of strength between the two wrestlers continued.
Until Jumbo slammed his foot on Max's own. As the dark-skinned man cried out in pain, Jumbo raised him in a huge bearhug and started to squeeze the life out of his opponent. Max winced in pain feeling the agony in his back. Acting quickly, he slammed his hands into Jumbo's head boxing his ears in. As the overweight man let go of Max, the latter kicked him in the chest causing him to stagger back.
Max winced still feeling the pain from the bearhug. "Ugh… You know you would fit right in with the syndicate with all of your dirty tricks."
"Why thank you. But flattery is not going to give you any mercy for ME." Jumbo smirked smugly crossing his arms.
Max shook his head. "I knew you are going to take that as a compliment and yet I still disgusted."
"Whatever. Let's just hurry up until I tear out your spine, all right!" Jumbo smirked before lunging at forward. Max's eyes widened before rolling to the side narrowly avoiding to smashed into the ground by Jumbo. Taking advantage of the fact that Jumbo still needs to recover, Max leapt up into the air and slammed his elbow into his back.
Jumbo cried out in pain before getting back up to his feet. He then swung his fist forward only for Max to catch it. While it took a lot of strength even with his muscular build, he slammed the wrestler onto his back. Max then crouched down and started to punch his face in.
Jumbo grunted in pain before getting up and turning around glaring at his ally. As much as he hated to admit it but perhaps he had picked the wrong fight. Fortunately, he had tactics in case of times like these (or just when he wanted to have fun).
Letting out a loud yell, Jumbo lunged at Max. Despite startled, the latter readied himself and once again got himself into another arm lock with each other.
However, it was then Jumbo spat some kind of mist into Max's eyes. The muscleman cried out in pain as he put his hands to his eyes feeling the stinging effect of Jumbo's attack. Jumbo smirked before punching Max in the face before giving another one to the stomach followed by a kick to the chest sending Max away.
Jumbo smirked darkly as he walked over intending to finish off the job. Meanwhile, Max was lifting himself on his hands and knees still in pain by Jumbo's mist. How was he going to fight his opponent if he can't even see him? In fact, he didn't even know Jumbo was standing over him putting his hands over his head intending to break a few bones of Max.
"Say goodnight, chump." Jumbo said darkly.
However, Max was not a quitter. Letting out a loud shout, he charged forward in the direction he heard Jumbo's voice. Grabbing his large legs, the dark-skinned man got up and spun around with the overweight lying on his shoulders. A few times, he threw the dizzied Jumbo blindly. Luckily for him, it was next to the ropes where he fell into a portal.
Jumbo landed in Super Mario 64. Particularly right underneath a Thwomp.
Once Max had confirmed that he didn't heard Jumbo land, he assumed that he got lucky and thrown him out of the ring. He then gingerly rubbed his eyes trying to get the mist off of it. As he tried to open his eyes, he saw a small pink blur pushing a smaller yellow and dark red blur out of the ring (They were Sakura Kinomoto and Neemon respectively and the latter landed in Super Monkey Ball 2 where he hang on from the edge of the stage to avoid falling into a giant washing machine.)
"Must get crystals!" Felicia said pouncing at Siegfried and slashing her claws before the knight quickly jumped back avoiding the attacks.
"You don't know what you are messing with, woman!" Siegfried shouted kicking out his foot in her face causing her to stagger back. The cat-girl growled after recovering before rolling towards Siegfried in a ball. The man reacted quickly raising Soul Calibur to block the attack. When Felicia was done, Siegfried gave her a hard kick knocking her away.
Despite flying backwards in pain, Felicia gracefully landed on her hands and flipped herself into a crouching position before launching herself on all fours. Siegfried raised his sword to block whatever attacks Felicia threw at him. However, he was unable to guard against a random punch. Seeing the knight's guard drop, Felicia gave his torso three deadly slashes.
However, all Siegfried had as a reaction was blink twice. Felicia quickly copied her opponent's expression.
"Um, you DO remember that I am wearing a suit of armor, right?" Siegfried asked flatly.
"Well, poopie." Felicia said before pouncing forward.
Taokaka seeing her rival fighting off Siegfried tried to scamper over to her. That was until a foot swung its face into her face causing her to roll backwards across the canvas. Sitting up straight with a groan, she saw Terry Bogard wagging his finger at her with a smirk.
Taokaka groaned before pouncing at Terry but the poster boy for Fatal Fury was quickly by sliding under the attack. However once Taokaka landed, she kicked her foot out behind her managing to catch Terry in the back. Acting quickly, Taokaka leapt to her feet and pounced at Terry while he was recovering him.
However, Terry grabbed Taokaka's wrist before the claw could reach his skin. Terry then spun around smacking Taokaka with his knuckle before kicking her twice in the stomach.
Taokaka staggered back groaning. "What is happening to Tao? Tao usually more quicker."
"It is called fatigue, sweetie." Terry pointed out. "After all, you HAVE been here since Section ONE."
"Oh? Well, Tao don't like fatigue." Taokaka groaned.
"And you are not going to like this. Burning Knuckle!" Terry shouted punching forward striking Taokaka in the face. The cat-girl cried out in pain as she sprawled across the ground. Terry then raised his fist intending to finish off Taokaka for good.
"Power Geyser!" Terry shouted punching the ground creating a large explosion of energy sending Taokaka flying backwards. Terry smirked as he used his hand as a visor watching Taokaka go over the ropes.
However, the cat-girl managed to grab the top rope before it was too late. While still partly disoriented by Terry's special, she climbed into the ring and ran forward. Terry was not only taken back by Taokaka coming back into the ring but by how fast he was coming at him. He quickly prepared himself to dodge any claw slashes.
But that was when Taokaka slid underneath his legs startling him before standing up straight reaching out behind her and grabbing Terry.
"Horsey!" Taokaka shouted throwing her opponent over the ropes.
Terry landed in Mario Hoops 3-on-3 where he teamed up Daisy and Dixie Kong to take on the team of Ninja, White Mage and Black Mage.
Taokaka panted heavily as she watched Terry vanished into the portal. Even someone ditzy as her realizes how much harder this tournament was getting for her.
However those worries had ultimately vanished when he saw Siegfried was still in the ring with Soul Calibur. With her eyes going into a trance, she made her way over.
Siegfried slashed forward before turning his head to see Taokaka walking over with Terry nowhere to be seen.
"Oh no! Now I am back to square one!" Siegfried groaned.
"Square one?"
Siegfried's eyes widened before turning his head to see Elizabeth standing nearby.
"Square one is when you are back to the beginning, right?" Elizabeth asked. "What are you are at the beginning at?"
"Um, well. These two cat-girls want my sword, Soul Calibur because it is shiny but it is an extremely powerful sword and should not to be held by just anyone." Siegfried explained.
"So your problem is how do you keep your sword away from those girls?" Elizabeth asked. Siegfried nodded his head. "Oh, I think I had heard about this problem before. Yes, I think I may have a solution."
"R-Really? Then by all means, what is it? I am more than willing to do so." Siegfried pleaded nervously eyeing his pursuers.
It was then Elizabeth suddenly grabbed him. With a surprising amount of strength, he threw the knight out of the ring much to the cat-girls' horror.
"There. He along with his shiny sword is gone." Elizabeth said casually with a smile. "Now you have no reason to go after it."
Felicia and Taokaka turned to each other before slumping their heads and walking off looking defeated.
Siegfried landed in Tales of Symphonia. Let's just say Soul Calibur made for a more than effective lightning rod.
Jedah Dohma launched out a spinning bat blade forward at Sonic the Hedgehog who quickly side-stepped out the way and sprang at the demon lord punching in the stomach. Despite getting the wind knocked out of him, Jedah growled before extending his claw showing how bloodied it was.
"Sheesh, when was the last time you washed your hand?" Sonic asked stepping to the side narrowly avoiding it. "You think a self-proclaimed demon lord would take better care over their physical appearance."
"Go ahead! Keep that tongue of yours flapping!" Jedah roared. "It would just make your defeat even more satisfying."
With that, he started to flap his scythe-like wings and zoom towards Sonic intending to run him through. Sonic then proved that his status of being the fastest thing alive was no coincidence and he curled up into a ball and used his Homing Attack to not only evade the attack but also strike the demon in the back knocking him down.
As Jedah landed on his stomach, Sonic came down still in his ball form striking the demon multiple times. Jedah cried out in pain before getting up and about to strike Jedah.
That was until a small blue blur collided with his causing him to stagger forward. Sonic took advantage of this by spinning around kick Jedah in the torso multiple. The blur then vanished into a small creature with a red bow tie before flying back to Cream the Rabbit.
"Nice one, Cheese!" Sonic grinned giving a thumbs up. Cheese happily chirped. Jedah growled not believing that one of the people fighting him was a little girl and her pet. He refused to suffer such indignity.
Acting quickly, he lashed out another spinning blade at Sonic who easily jumped back. However, this was just a distraction to soar at Cream and Cheese. The rabbit yelped before taking flight into the air to escape him with Jedah giving chase.
"Cream!" Sonic yelled in horror jumping to try to do another Homing Attack to Jedah but the demon was too far in the air to lock on.
"Get away from us!" Cream cried out.
"You have no one but yourself but sticking your nose into things that are out of your league!" Jedah shouted extending his arm showing how bloody and rotting it was. Cream screamed before flying to the side with tears of fright forming of her eyes.
Suddenly, she realized something. She would never be able to defeat Jedah in a normal fight. However, that was not always the main way to get eliminations in this tournament.
"Cheese, use Chao Rush!" Cream shouted. Cheese despite confused nodded and stopped flying allowing Jedah to fly over to him.
Suddenly, Cheese started to spin around engulfing himself in a tornado. Jedah was caught in it and was sent spinning around for a couple of seconds before flying backwards before recovering.
"Heh. Is that all you have to muster?" Jedah scoffed. "All that did was delay the…"
Suddenly, he saw Cream ready to throw Cheese at him.
"Thunder Shoot!" Cream yelled launching Cheese while the Chao was engulfed in electricity. The attack hit Jedah but it didn't do much damage. It DID paralyze him with static as he dropped like a stone to the ground. What was worse was that Cheese's tornado sent him flying out of the arena.
Jedah landed in Pokemon where a trainer mistook him for a Pokemon and threw a Pokeball at the back of his head.
Sonic watched in awe as Cream slowly floated back to the arena. "Cream, that was awesome!"
"Thank you, Mr. Sonic." The rabbit sighed as she landed. "I am just glad that bad man is out of here."
"Yeah, you and me both, kid." Sonic said returning the sigh. When he goes over to make sure Cream wasn't hurt, he caught a glimpse of the Villager shoving Zitz out of the ring (and into Biker Mice From Mars where he teamed up with the main protagonists to fight evil.)
"Um, Cream? Do you think you would be okay on your own for a while?" Sonic asked. "I had always been interested in fighting one of the newcomers."
"Oh, you mean for the next Super Smash Bros tournament?" Cream asked. "Sure. All of the scary people are already been fought anyway."
(Announcer's Booth)
The announcers winced as they watched Jedah's reaction before having a ball thrown at his head.
"Ouch, poor guy." Tinyrocket winced.
"Yeah, even though he made a stupid mistake, he didn't deserve THAT." SSBFreak said in disgust.
Orange-Ratchet gulped deciding to change the subject. "S-So? Pokemon is the new Mario Party?"
"More or less. I wanted to celebrate the recent release of the new Pokemon generation." Tinyrocket explained.
"Yeah, I never actually play Pokemon but I heard a lot of good things about it." SSBFreak said.
"So what are you going to do NEXT year?" Orange-Ratchet asked.
Tinyrocket paused at this. "Good question. I suppose we just have to find out when that comes."
(Dome; Hallway)
Seth made his way down the hallway while looking back making sure that he wasn't being followed. He was on his way back to the Elimination Seating in hopes he could meet up with the Evil Twins.
"I hope those two are all right. As eccentric as they may be, they are possibly the best I have at the moment." Seth mused.
He then looking back making sure that not to run into any villains. He knew for a fact that he was a wanted man by the villains after his fight with Lord Raptor.
Suddenly, he heard a noise. Raising an eyebrow, he looked forward.
To see a fist coming at his face.
POW!
Seth fell onto his back out cold before he hit the ground. The fist that struck recoiled back to the arm that had launched.
"Hey, nice aiming, kid!" Pinstripe Potoroo smirked.
Nina Cortex returned the smirk. "Talk about lucky! We were supposed to look out for Nightmare's target and those goody-goodies lead by Megaman and we ended up finding the very first person who tried to oppose us."
"Yeah, your uncle would be having us swim in the gold when he finds out about this." Pinstripe grinned.
Nina's smirk vanished. "Excuse me? I was the one who knocked him out so I should be the one who get the credit!"
Pinstripe narrowed his eyes. "So? Knowing you, you would force me do the hard part of tying up and carrying this big oaf."
Nina merely shrugged. "I was still the one to knock him out. Anyway, we are on the subject, Pinstripe, tie up that big oaf and carry him for me."
Pinstripe growled as he made his way over to the unconscious Seth. "You do realize that if you weren't the boss' niece, I… Hell, most of Cortex's army would have smacked you!"
"I know. Too bad. So sad." Nina smirked.
Pinstripe rolled his eyes as he grabbed Seth's legs to drag him over someplace where nobody could see him. However, someone DID saw them. Hiding behind the corner, a small figure had seen the whole thing. Realizing that he had to do something, he zoomed off to get someone to help.
(The Arena)
Bubsy the Bobcat took aim with his Nerf gun and fired a couple of shots at Falco Lombardi. However, StarFox's hotshot pilot got out his Deflector and kicked it forward. Not only did he sent Bubsy' Nerf balls right into his face but the Deflector crashed into him knocking him down. Bubsy weakly sat up with said Nerf Balls literally on his eyes.
Shaking his head and getting the balls off of him, he glared at the guilty party. "This is cheap! Not only do you have a cooler gun but you got something that could DEFLECT projectiles!"
"Hey, don't whine at me for YOUR poor choice of weapons!" Falco smirked getting out his own blaster. He then fired it at Bubsy. The bobcat let out a shriek before running away trying to evade them. Falco chuckled before he continued shooting literally sending the poor guy running in circles.
Deciding to stop toying around, he fired a shot at Bubsy striking him in the forehead. With the bobcat stunned, Falco dashed over and kicked Bubsy right into a turnbuckle. The feline skid off holding his throbbing head before glaring at Falco.
"You are not the only one fast one!" Bubsy snapped before zooming over. Falco was actually taken off-guard when he received a slash to the shin. Acting quickly, he climbed up Falco while he was recoiling in pain before scratching him in the face.
Falco cried out in pain before throwing Bubsy off of him. He then angrily shot his blaster at his downed opponent several times before punting them. Bubsy sprawled backwards before falling onto his back. Falco went over to try to kick him away.
However, Bubsy rolled backwards just in time to shoot a shot form Nerf Gun into Falco's torso. While it didn't hurt that much, he gave Bubsy enough time to run forward and jumped headfirst into Falco's stomach knocking the wind out of him.
Falco staggered back holding his gut. When he had recovered, he glared down at his opponent.
"All right! That's it!" Falco spat before kicking his deflector at Bubsy who easily jumped out of the way.
However, that was what Falco was hoping. Using his Falco Phantasm, he darted over a speed faster than him and Bubsy combined before grabbing by the scruff of his neck and throwing him into the air before firing several shots in him striking him multiple times. Falco wasn't done as he crouched down low and started to engulf himself with fire before sending himself like a rocket into Bubsy.
"YOWWWWWWWW!" Bubsy cried as he flew straight into the air with his whole body on fire. As he was coming back down, Falco yelped up into the air and spiked him to the ground hard. Bubsy groaned with stars encircling his head.
"No fair picking on someone five times smaller than you…" Bubsy said weakly.
"Buddy, I face people like Mario and Sonic. Don't play the bully card with me." Falco smirked before picking up Bubsy by the scruff of his shirt again before throwing him out of the ring.
Bubsy landed in Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex where he ran away with a tsunami quickly giving chase.
Vulcano Rosso punched his fist forward only for Leona to blocked it. Acting quickly, she slashed her forward striking the man in the chest. Vulcano staggered back holding his wound before looking down to see an unsightly tear.
"You have a lot of nerve ruining part of my trademark attire like that." Vulcano said narrowing his eyes.
"Be thankful." Leona said adjusting her gloves. "I made your outfit more easier to run in."
"So this rose's tongue is as sharp as her thorns." Vulcano mused. "I never knew you were the snarky type."
"I am not. I genuinely meant that." Leona said flatly punching her fist out catching Vulcano in the face forcing him to stagger back. Leona then ran forward stabbing her hand forward as if it was a knife.
However, Vulcano had recovered in time to grab the hand before it could hit her before throwing her over the shoulder. Vulcano then proceeded to stomp on top of her stomach causing her to cough out blood. Acting out of desperation, she lashed out her foot managing to catch his foot before he could do any more stomping.
Vulcano staggered back allowing Leona to get up clenching her stomach still in pain. Vulcano recovered first and sent his fist down sending a large red energy arch into Leona's face causing her to stagger back.
Acting quickly, Leona reached for one of her earrings and threw it forward. Vulcano quickly jumped out of the way allowing the earring to harmlessly explode. However, that was when Leona darted over dealing a series of deadly punches and kicks to him. The Italian fighter quickly blocked but soon found himself wearing down quite fast. Soon, Leona kicked him in the stomach knocking his away.
Vulcano fell onto his back before dizzily looking up at the arena lights to see Leona jumping up into the air ready to stomp on his chest. Vulcano's eyes widened before rolling to the side narrowly avoiding it. He got up just in time to stop a stab from Leona. Pulling his fist back, he sent it flying into his stomach.
Leona's eyes widened before going on her knees grasping her midsection. Vulcano then proceeded to stomp relentlessly on her head against the canvas. Several people winced at Vulcano's violent display. Leona winced in pain as Vulcano continued his assault.
Suddenly, Leona reached out and grabbed one of Vulcano's feet. Using her other hand, she then stabbed his leg. Vulcano cried out in pain before hopping backwards. He then saw Leona slowly getting up looking bruised all over but still looked ready for more.
"Just what IS this woman?" Vulcano muttered in disbelief before rushing over and doing an overdramatic flying kick which Leona easily ducked underneath.
However, Leona did more than that. The Ikari Warrior flipped herself managing to hit Vulcano in mid-air. She then continued the attack by flipping again followed by punching Vulcano two times in the back. The result was a large explosion sending Vulcano crashed to the ground. Leona landed as well and facing no time shoving him underneath the bottom rope.
Vulcano landed in Art of Fighting where he took his aggressors out of Robert Garcia.
Two hissing balls rolled at each other before clashing creating a large barrage of sparks with each other. The two balls then revealed themselves to be Felicia and Taokaka. Obviously they had gone back to their cat-fight.
"I am going to win!" Felicia shouted slashing forward.
"No, Tao will! Just like last time!" Taokaka countered stabbing forward with her claw.
"So? I have the experience from all of the crossovers I had been in!" Felicia scolded pouncing forward. The two started to brawl with each other again and sprawling across the arena narrowly avoiding several fighters.
Marta Lualdi yelped before jumping to the side narrowly avoiding the cat-fight before glaring daggers at the two. "Hey! You are not the only people in the arena!"
Presea Combatir walked forward shaking her head. "They haven't listen to anyone else so far so why would they start now?"
Marta huffed. "Hmph. We need to get those girls out of the arena but every person who had tried had a good scratch for their troubles."
Presea paused pondering Marta's question. Suddenly, she raised an eyebrow in thought.
"Hey, Marta? Do you think you could cast a spell?" Presea asked.
"Um, sure but the question is which spell would be best to send them out of the arena." Marta shrugged.
"I never said that the spell had to strike them." Presea said.
Marta raised an eyebrow at this. Seeing this, Presea motioned Marta to lean over. The brunette obliged as Marta whispered in her ear. After a few seconds, Marta gave a devious smirk.
"Got it." Marta said. She then started to cast a spell.
"Prism Sword!"
Then, several clear crystals crashed next to the cat-girls startling them. Suddenly, the crystals started to show a beautiful rainbow image. Felicia and Taokaka's eyes sparkled in awe.
Marta and Presea both looked at each other and nodded. They then ran over to the two cat-girls. By the time, Felicia and Taokaka heard them coming, it was too late.
"Radiant Gale!" Marta shouted kicking Felicia into the air and leaping up after her and kicking her over the ropes.
"Punishing Beast!" Presea yelled swinging her axe sending a ghostly figure of a lion's head crashing into Taokaka sending her after her fellow cat-girls.
Felicia and Taokaka both landed in Kirby's Epic Yarn. Normally the two would have continued their fight but they were so busy playing balls of yarn to notice each other.
Max blinked twice before raising his knee to block a swing from a staff. Sakura Kinomoto yelped before swinging forward into Max's leg this time actually making the wrestler. Nonetheless, he stood up straight glaring down at his opponent.
"Look, kid. You are no Skate. I don't want to fight someone who is clearly not fit for people like this." Max scolded.
Sakura gulped nervously. "You were literally doing nothing ever since you eliminated that other wrestler. You can't do that in a tournament like this."
Max paused now recently had gotten Jumbo's mist out of his eyes. "That may be true but still you are no match for me."
Sakura narrowed her eyes before getting out two cards and throwing them into the air. "Fly Card! Release and dispel!"
After summoning the spirit in the card, a pair of angelic wings appeared on her back much to Max's shock. Taking flight into the air, Sakura soared at her much larger opponent and kicked him to the chest forcing him to stagger back. Sakura continued the assault by whacking Max in the side of his head with her staff.
Despite wincing in pain, Max grabbed the young girl by the leg and threw her away. Sakura was sent flying back screaming before she flapped her wings trying to recover. Soon, she had managed to.
Only to see Max charging towards her shoulder-first. Letting out another yelp, she flew upwards allowing Max to go under. Sakura quickly turned around and kicked Max in the back. However, all this did was made Max stagger back a couple of steps.
"Sorry, kid but you have to do a lot better than that to knock me over." Max said kicking Sakura in the mid-section. The wrestler made sure it wasn't hard at all but it was more than enough to send Sakura sprawling across the ground. The pink-clad Cardcaptor groaned before getting up deciding to have one of her cards fight for her.
In fact, she had gotten out two of them. "Sand Card! Windy Card! Release and Dispel!"
After summoning them, the Windy Card along with a giant serpent of sand flew towards Max. They then started to twist around each other creating some kind of sandstorm blowing into Max's direction. The wrestler winced putting his arms over his face trying not to get sand in his face. However, it didn't stop himself from skidding backwards towards the ropes before tumbling over.
Max found himself tumbling over the ropes but he had managed to catch them before he could go over. Holding onto them for dear life, he was buffeted by the sandstorm. When it had finally subsided, Max climbed back into the ring wiping some sand off of him with Sakura looking in disbelief.
"He doesn't have any powers! How is he so strong!?" Sakura said in disbelief. "Power! Release and Dispel!"
With that, she summoned her card engulfing pink energy around her staff before she rushed over and swung her staff at Max. However, the wrestler quickly caught it before it could hit him before trying to use his own strength against Sakura's magic.
That may had work if Sakura still had her wings from the Fly Card.
Flapping her wings furiously, she gave herself a lot of momentum causing to give some extra strength to push Max forward. It was more than enough to send him over the ropes with no hope of return.
Max landed in Final Fight where he landed in the middle of a wrestling ring and was forced to fight the Andore family.
Sakura sighed in relief as her wings disappeared realizing how close that was. Turning around, she saw Applejack bucking Mauru out of the arena (and into the Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling where he used his body as a bowling ball.) Deciding not to bother her, she walked off.
(Dome; Security Team Room)
Cammy paced back and forth while the Sniper, Alisa and Repede watched her.
"Ugh, what is taking Tizoc and Lon'Qu so long?" Cammy groaned.
"I don't know. Lon'Qu needed immediate attention but it wasn't THAT bad." Alisa agreed.
"Well, there ARE a lot of female doctors." The Sniper said before smirking. "Maybe Lon'Qu is taking too much time but he is appeared of being touched by them."
"Lon'Qu, you are…" Cammy said in disgust. She then paused. "Not too far off from the truth actually."
Before anyone could say anything else, they heard a knocking at the door. Cammy sighed before walking over and opening it to reveal the Wii Fit Trainer.
"Hey." The Wii Fit Trainer said cheerfully.
"Um, hey." Cammy said a little put off by her extremely pale skin. "Is there something I could do for you?"
"Actually, yes. I was going to the gym to do some exercising but I had found two people were having a spar in there." The Wii Fit Trainer explained.
"Wait, what?" Cammy gasped with her eyes going wide.
"Yes, normally there is nothing wrong with a sparring match but they are taking it way too much to the point they are damaging equipment among other things." The Wii Fit Trainer frowned.
"Ugh, this is a nightmare!" Cammy said slapping her head before turning to the others. "Come on, guys, let's go! Tizoc and Lon'Qu would have to catch up to us!"
The Wii Fit Trainer raised a non-existent eyebrow. "Why do you need to?"
Cammy turned to the fitness buff in confusion. "What's THAT supposed to mean?"
"One of the people sparring IS that Tizoc guy." The Wii Fit Trainer pointed out.
The security team's eyes widened at this.
(Dome; Gym)
Tizoc and the Scorpion rushed at each other before locking arms in a battle of strength. While the two of them were wearing masks, they could both tell that their opponent was glaring at each other through their eyes.
Tizoc then slammed his head into the Scorpion stunning him allowing the larger wrestler to take him in close and squeeze him in a hard bear-hug. The Scorpion winced trying to break free. However, Tizoc wasn't done yet.
"Justice Hurricane!" Tizoc shouted jumping up still holding onto the Scorpion before turning the both of them upside-down before spiraling down suplexing the Scorpion to the ground. As Tizoc got up, he watched the Scorpion get up as well holding his head.
"The legends about your strength were true." The Scorpion winced getting up.
"Of course! I had always gotten my strength from kids and justice!" Tizoc said narrowing his eyes behind his mask before rushing forward. "Especially when taking down villains like you!"
The Scorpion growled before moving to the side to punch Tizoc in the side. "For the last time, I don't know what you are talking about!"
"All right. You don't want to talk peacefully. We will drag the truth out of you!" Tizoc said kicking the Scorpion sending him flying backwards towards the wall. However, the masked man flipped himself in mid-air before using the wall as a springboard to launch himself at Tizoc. The security team member didn't have much time to react as he received a hard clothesline knocking him to the ground.
With his opponent on the ground stunned, the Scorpion crouched down and put his arm into a lock. Tizoc cried out in pain as his adversary applied pressure to the grapple. Shooting his free fist out, he had managed to hit the Scorpion in the back making him let go of him. The two wrestlers quickly got up.
"Poseidon Wave!" Tizoc started running to do a lariat. However, the Scorpion had witness Tizoc's moves before and easily ducked underneath the attack before punching Tizoc in the stomach. The larger man coughed out a bit of air before glaring down at his enemy.
"Hercules Throw!" Tizoc yelled grabbing the Scorpion quickly and running him in the wall hard. The BWA leader peeled himself off only for Tizoc to clothesline him to the ground.
Lon'Qu watched the fight with an intruiged eyebrow. "Heh. Tizoc is surprising me. He is much more agile than he looks."
"Lon'Qu!"
The swordsman's eyes widened before turning to see the rest of the security team running over.
"What is going on?" Cammy demanded.
Lon'Qu merely pointed into the gym. "You see that other masked guy? According to Tizoc, he is the leader of the BWA."
"The BWA? What the hell is that?" The Sniper asked.
"The Blood Wrestling Association. A wrestling circuit full with heel wrestlers." Alisa explained. She then gasped. "Like Jumbo Flapjack!"
Cammy's eyes widened. "Seriously?"
Lon'Qu nodded his head. "Pretty self-explanatory. Tizoc is fighting to take him for interrogating."
The Scorpion fell onto his back with one of the training mats breaking his fall. He weakly looked up to see Tizoc charging over. His eyes widened before he flipped himself onto one hand. Suddenly, he spun around kicking Tizoc in the chest several times. The security team member staggered back before recovering.
When the Scorpion was getting back onto his feet, Tizoc ran forward kneeing the Scorpion in the face. He then ran over to the stunned heel wrestler and took him into a large bearhug. Though his mask, the Scorpion winced in pain.
"I… Have a deal I want to make." The Scorpion said through the pain.
"Oh?" Tizoc said raising an eyebrow behind his mask.
"If you… Let me go… I won't hurt you." The Scorpion winced.
Tizoc's eyes widened. "Did I hit you too hard!? You are in no position to make such a deal! I got you right where I want you!"
"A-All… I warned you."
With that, he engulfed himself in electricity striking Tizoc as well. The face wrestler cried out in pain stepping backwards feeling the stinging of the Scorpion's lightning. The Scorpion then ran over to Tizoc and grabbed him before jumping into the air before turning himself upside-down and spinning towards with Tizoc underneath him.
SMASH!
The other security team members winced as the Scorpion slammed Tizoc against the ground. After standing up straight, he looked down at the man making sure that he was down for the count. After a few seconds, it had confirmed that Tizoc was out cold.
The Scorpion nodded to himself with a smirk behind his mask. Suddenly, he had heard noises behind him. Turning his head, he saw the security team in their battle poses.
"Do you really think you would get away with what you did?" Cammy asked darkly.
The Scorpion looked in disbelief. "Did Tinyrocket really give the safety of this tournament to a bunch of idiots!? HE attacked ME!"
"Yes, AFTER you resisted arrest." Lon'Qu reminded.
"I refused to allow myself to get taken in under such false charges!" The Scorpion snapped. "What in the name of all things pure made you think that I am with Bison in some kind of kidnapping plot!?"
"Because your group is in on it!" Ally snapped.
"What are you talking about?" The Scorpion asked in disbelief.
"Sorry, mate. Playing dumb won't work with us." The Sniper smirked. "We KNOW that yer buddy, Jumbo had tried ta kidnap that wolf-lizard-unicorn Digimon."
The Scorpion's eyes widened behind his mask. "What?"
"That's right. Said victim even testify of the attack." Alisa explained. "And the description of the attack matches Jumbo Flapjack's perfectly."
The Scorpion paused before crossing his arms. "Very well. I concede."
"Huh?" Cammy asked.
"I surrender." The Scorpion said. "I shall come in for interrogation."
The security team blinked twice at this.
"What game are you playing?" Cammy asked.
"I'll be honest. I don't intent to tell so much information as I want to be told said information." The Scorpion said crossing his arms.
The security team paused before looking at each other.
"This just keeps getting more twisted with each passing second." The Sniper said.
"Tell me about it." Cammy sighed. "Lon'Qu, Sniper, get Tizoc and let's go over to the interrogation room."
(The Arena)
Valkenhayn R. Hellsing raised his eyebrow as he stepped back as a hand of cards flew by him. They then then flew back into the open book of Elizabeth who closed it. Seeing her attack fail, Elizabeth ran over and kicked forward only for Valkenhayn to block with his hand. Using his other hand, he swung it making a scratching notion with it followed more scratches.
Elizabeth fell onto her back and got up and simply dusted herself off. "I must say that I am impressed. You are the first person so far who attacked me so fatally."
Despite taken back by Elizabeth's casual dialogue, he narrowed his eyes. "While I had been taught to treat ladies with respect and care, you are far from the ordinary lady."
"Well, I suppose that means I get to let my hair down too." Elizabeth said before getting out a card from her book. She then crushed it summoning her Persona. It was a giant dark-clad demonic figure with several coffin doors attached to his back. Most Persona 3 fans immediately recognized it as the ultimate Persona, Thanatos."
Thanatos roared as he sent blue flaming pillars at Valkenhayn. The butler's eyes widened before rolling to the side. Elizabeth then ran over and kicked Valkenhayn in the head followed by throwing a hand of cards slashing his chest several times before Elizabeth slammed her book on his side.
Valkenhayn sprawled across the ground in pain before slowly getting up on one knee. He then saw Elizabeth getting ready to see summon Thanatos again.
"Hmm… Perhaps a more aggressive form is in order." Valkenhayn mused. Just then Thanatos reappeared sending a beam of electricity at the aging man.
Suddenly, Valkenhayn seemed to SHRINK ducking underneath the beam entirely. He then dashed forward growling furiously. He had turned into a wolf. Elizabeth raised an intruiged eyebrow before raising her book a slash from Valkenhayn
However, the werewolf continued the assault by zooming straight into Elizabeth's face sending her into the air before zooming into her again knocking her to the ground. Elizabeth slowly got up.
"Ooh, a werewolf. I believe I know what to do with you." Elizabeth smiled. Valkenhayn ran over intending to slash at Elizabeth but the blue-clad woman quickly throws a series of cards which spiral around her around like a shield striking Valkenhayn forcing him to stagger back.
Elizabeth then summoned Thanatos before she jumped on him as the dark Persona flew forward with a green tornado surrounding him striking Valkenhayn multiple times before sending him flying into the air. Thanatos then sent the same fire pillar attack from earlier this time striking Valkenhayn multiple times.
Valkenhayn landed on the ground in great pain from the barrage of attacks. He weakly got up on his feet only for a series of cards to slash him multiple times. He winced to see Elizabeth running over. Acting quickly, Valkenhayn at Elizabeth's torso. The pale-skinned woman staggered back before kicking the wolf in the face.
"It had been fun but now I want to check out the other opponents." Elizabeth said before throwing some cards at Valkenhayn sending the wolf staggering back and out of the ring.
Valkenhayn landed in the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrode video game where he became an unwilling mount for Lucy.
The Villager ran over carrying a stick and swinging it at Sonic the Hedgehog. However, the Blue Blur had saw the attack swerved his head to the side avoiding it before grabbing the Villager's arms before grabbing his head against it forcing the Villager to step back with his shocked expression on his face.
Quickly recovering, he ran over getting out his axe before running over and lunging it forward only for Sonic to flip over him and kick him in the back.
"Face it, kid. You got some moves but you are still a rookie." Sonic said cracking his knuckles with a smirk. "I had faced the best of them."
The Villager simply got up with his trademark smiling face before running over deciding to try again, this time with boxing gloves.
"Am I even getting to this guy?" Sonic asked before blocking the Villager's punches. After a few blocked hits, Sonic found an opening before punching the Villager in the stomach before upper-cutting him away.
The Villager landed hard on his face. He then saw a blue revving ball leap over him. With his eyes widened, he rolled to the side allowing Sonic to bounce harmlessly across the canvas. The Villager then quickly got out something out of his pocket and placed it on the ground for some reason.
Sonic merely quickly recovered and zoomed over to the Villager doing a series of punches to his face and midsection before booting him away. The Villager rolled across the ground in pain before getting up looking holding his head. Acting quickly, he got out a bowling ball and rolled it towards Sonic who easily jumped over.
The Villager then jumped up and spiked Sonic out of the air with an umbrella before landing on the ground. While in pain, Sonic quickly kicked the Villager in the face causing him to stagger back.
"Come on, kid. YOU have to be quicker than that to get the better of the fastest thing alive!" Sonic gloated. The Villager paused for a moment.
He then got out a giant throwing spear out of nowhere. Sonic's eyes widened at this as the humanoid threw the spear.
"Whoa! What the!?" Sonic exclaimed as he jumped out of the way before rushing over. It was then the Villager got out a throwing knife and launched at Sonic who yelped and ducked underneath it. The Villager then kicked Sonic in the face causing him to stagger back.
"Hey! Those weren't in the Animal Crossing games!" Sonic yelled. Indeed, they weren't. They were the weapons of Moses Sandor and Cheria Barnes respectively which he had collected when fighting them. Of course, the Villager being the Villager didn't say anything. Instead he stepped backwards. Sonic narrowed his eyes before revving himself into a ball.
Just as Sonic launched himself in a Spin Dash, the Villager got out a watering can and poured it on the canvas.
CRASH!
People nearby winced as they watched Sonic the Hedgehog run headfirst into something. A giant tree. Its seed was planted in the canvas earlier by the Villager and all he had to do was water it at the right. As Sonic peeled himself off of the tree, the Villager made his way over and reached down before throwing the stunned hedgehog out of the ring.
Sonic landed in Mortal Kombat. Reptile then kicked him into the spiked pit below. The good news was Sonic had a lot of rings with him to protect him from the spikes.
The bad news was that he had forgotten his Smash Ball back in the hotel as it was too wide to Triangle Jump back up. He then sat there on the spikes with a grumpy look on his face.
"These next ten minutes are…" Sonic muttered before going through his classic damage animation where some rings few out of him, bounced off the wall and back into him. "…Are going to suck."
Luigi Mario yelped before leaping over to avoid having cut in half by an axe. Seeing that her attack failed, Presea Combatir run over and leapt at Luigi swinging her axe again but the plumber jumped back looking terrified.
"Of all-a the people to challenge me to a fight, it had-a to be the one with the emotionless face and psychotic weapon, doesn't it?" Luigi groaned before punching his fist forward. However, he hit the flat part of Presea's axe. He retreated his hand back in pain giving Presea enough time for a counter-attack.
"Deadly Destruction!" Presea shouted slamming her axe on the ground creating a tremor stunning Luigi. However, she wasn't done yet as she swung it sending pieces of earth crashing into Luigi knocking him down.
Luigi groaned before slowly sitting up. His eyes then widened when he saw Presea running over. Acting quickly, he shoved his foot into her face before getting up and rushing at the child frantically swinging his arms wildly hitting her multiple times. Presea staggered back before recovering.
"Rising Punishment!" Presea shouted spinning around her axe. Luigi however didn't seem too fazed as he waited patiently before jumping up into the air and landing on Presea's head jumping off it. With the pink-haired girl stunned, Luigi grabbed and spun around three times before throwing her away.
Presea groaned as she slowly got up. Luigi frowned despite as dangerous as Presea could be, he still felt rotten about fighting a little girl. But then again, if he did pull his punches, he would had gotten seriously hurt. He was about to continue the fight.
Until he felt someone tap against his back.
With a scream, he turned and kicked his leg out. Only to see Ike staggering forward.
The mercenary turned his head not looking pleased. "Luigi? What the hell?"
The green-clad man grinned nervously. "Ah ha ha… Sorry, Ike."
Ike merely sighed. "I admit that I wasn't looking where I was going myself. Are you all right?"
"Well, I am not fighting someone that may-a kill me if that's what you are asking." Luigi said.
"Well, just don't hesitate if you need any assistance." Ike said before running forward and slashing his sword.
Marta Lualdi ducked underneath the sword and flipped in place causing Ike in the chin sending him flying onto his back. The blue-haired man got up rubbing his sword just to time to see Marta casting a spell.
"Photon!" Marta shouted making a ball of light appear in front of Ike. Acting quickly, the man used his sword to block the ball. He then saw Marta rushing over with her spinning disc on her wrist before slashing her arm forward which Ike immediately ducked.
"Interesting weapon but very impractical in my opinion." Ike noted.
"Oh, how so?" Marta challenged.
"From what I had witnessed, it needs some momentum to get it spinning." Ike said. "So in order to attack, you need to put in much more energy than you need to."
"Hey, if it wasn't that problematic then I wouldn't have beaten so many monsters!" Marta said with a smirk. "Here. Let me show you. Swallow Waltz!"
With that, she flipped back and lunging himself forward kicking Ike in the face before slashing him in the chest. Ike winced before stepping back holding his wound. He looked up to see a hard kick to the stomach. Marta kicked her leg out again before for Ike to grab it with his free hand. Using all of his strength, he threw Marta away.
The white-clad girl staggered back the sword before slowly getting up before running over to Ike slashing at him a few times only for Ike to block the attack before shoving her back and getting ready to do a counter attack.
Marta however saw this coming and spun her arm sending her disc spinning before using it to deflect Ike's sword back. With the wielder of Ragnell taking back, Marta kicked Ike twice in the torso.
"Heh. Impractical my butt." Marta smirked.
Meanwhile, Luigi launched a bolt of green electricity who blocked it with her axe.
"Mass Devastation!" Presea shouted before jumping up in the air and slamming it on the ground creating a tremor making Luigi shake in pain. With the green-clad man stunned, she ran over at fast as she could.
"Punishing Beast!" Presea shouted spinning her axe around until she sent a ghostly lion's head into Luigi sending him flying backwards until he skidded on his back. Luigi groaned before getting up to see Presea rushing over with her axe. He yelped before rolling back avoiding another axe strike.
He then spun around rapidly at Presea before hitting the axe-wielder in the face several times. Presea staggered back holding her head. She then shook her head to look up ahead.
To see Luigi sitting down charging up energy.
Meanwhile, Marta swung her wristed disc forward only for Ike to block it. He then slammed his shoulder into her face causing her to stagger back. Acting quickly, he slammed his sword into the ground in front of his opponent causing a fiery explosion. It wasn't that large but it was more than enough to send Marta flying back.
At the same time, Luigi flew off like a rocket into Presea's stomach sending her flying back as well. The two Tales girls crashed back to each other knocking them down. Acting quickly, Ike and Luigi ran over and threw them respective opponents out of the ring while they were still stunned.
Presea and Marta landed in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Seeing where they were, they both shrugged and decided to join the chaos for ten minutes.
"That.. Was too close." Luigi said taking off his cap to wipe some sweat from his forehead.
"I don't think I could take any more slashes." Ike winced holding his wound.
"Pardon me!"
Luigi and Ike's eyes widened before turning their heads to see Cream the Rabbit flying using her ears and carrying a thrashing Caius Qualls. The two Smashers stepped back allowing the child to fly over the ropes and drop the young man into a portal (and into Bloody Roar where he had gotten into a fight with Yugo.)
"Hold still and let me burn you!" Dingodile roared as he shot out a fireball from his flamethrower at Applejack and Little Strongheart. However, both girls jumped out of the way narrowly avoiding it. They then tackled Dingodile from both sides in unison.
Dingodile cried out in pain before spinning around twice. He had managed to hit Applejack and sent her flying backwards but Little Strongheart easily jumped back before slamming her head into Dingodile's stomach. The hybrid coughed out a lot of air and saliva before growling.
He then kicked his foot out trying to get Little Strongheart but the buffalo calf was too fast as she leapt back. Acting quickly, he fired several fireballs at Little Strongheart trying to hit her but to no avail.
He was about to try again when a rope had lassoed against his wrists preventing him from using his flame-thrower gun. Turning his head, he saw that Applejack was the one holding him.
"Oi! Get off me, ya prancing little show-pony!" Dingodile roared trying to break free. Little Strongheart then tackled Dingodile in the back of his legs causing him to collapse on his knees. Applejack then pulled hard on her rope sending the pyromaniac on his face.
"All right! We are taking down that hothead!" Applejack grinned. "Now how do we decide who gets to eliminate him?"
"Well, I think…" Little Strongheart said stepping forward.
"Blizzard!"
Suddenly, a cold gale came out of nowhere and blew Little Strongheart away startling Applejack and Dingodile. The young blonde sprawled across the ground in pain. She then slowly raised her head.
To see Rutee Katrea running over.
"You!" Little Strongheart said narrowing her eyes in spite. "You heard the one who sent that blizzard at me!"
"Hey, as much as I am upset that I have little chance of winning, that doesn't mean I can't at least try." Rutee shrugged.
"But I was already helping my friend, Applejack take down that pyromaniac!" Little Strongheart scolded.
"Meh. His hands are literally tied. She will be fine." Rutee said waving it off.
"You are asking for it, woman." Little Strongheart said darkly before dashing over intending to strike her with a head-butt.
That was until Rutee disappeared in a puff of smoke startling Little Strongheart. The buffalo looked around wondering where Rutee had gone off to.
In truth, he had vanished into high above the arena. She fell down next to Little Strongheart. Taking advantage of her startled state, she raised her foot above and booted the Native American sending her sprawling back. By the time, Little Strongheart got up groaning in pain, she saw Rutee was casting a spell.
"Ice Needles!" Rutee shouted sending small icicles at Little Strongheart. The latter yelped before running forward towards Rutee. While startling at the buffalo's speed, she kicked her foot out which Little Strongheart easily dodged before going behind Rutee and kicking her in the rear sending her face.
Rutee groaned before getting up and turning around glaring behind Little Strongheart. "Why you little…"
However, she was unable to finish her sentence when she saw Little Strongheart charging over right into her stomach. Little Strongheart continued running until the knife-fighter was out of the ring. Proud at her success, Little Strongheart turned around to continue what she was previously doing to see that the fight was already over.
Rutee landed in Cowboy Bebop where she got into a shouting match with Faye Valentine.
Applejack pulled on her lasso that still had Dingodile's hands together trying to bring him back down. Unfortunately for her, Dingodile was much bigger and stronger. Pulling back on his hands, the hybrid sent Applejack soaring towards her. Swinging his crocodile tail, he smacked Applejack sending her flying.
Applejack landed against the ground hard sprawling until she landed on her feet. Groaning in pain, she slowly got up. Her eyes then widened when she saw Dingodile using his fangs to get his hands free before using his flamethrower gun to burn it into cinders.
"Hey! That was the only rope I brought!" Applejack snapped.
"Serves you right for using it against someone who uses FIRE." Dingodile said with a smirk.
Applejack growled before charging over absolutely arranged. Dingodile chuckled before firing a blaze at the pony. However, Applejack not only leapt right over it but she also landed on Dingodile's head using it as a springboard leaping off of it.
Dingodile staggered forward before glaring behind him. That was when Applejack sped at him and tackled his side sending him crashing onto his side. Applejack grinned before rushing over and landed hard on his side.
Dingodile cried out in pain before growling and getting up before using his tail at Applejack. The blonde pony quickly turned around and bucked it deflecting it back. Dingodile yelped at the pain in his tail before deciding to ignore before shooting a fireball at Applejack. The pony yelped before ducking to the ground.
Dingodile smirked before taking a big leap and landing on Applejack's back hard pinning her to the ground. The poor Southern girl not only had to deal with the weight of the already-heavyweight Dingodile but also the added weight from his flamethrower.
"Ugh… Get off!" Applejack demanded.
"Make me!" Dingodile smirked.
"Alrighty then! Fine!" Applejack snapped. She then struggled to get up. Much to everyone's surprise, she actually managed to stand up straight even with all of the weight she was supporting. "I think ya had yer ride! Go on! Git!"
With that, she threw Dingodile off of her back and onto his rear. Applejack then ran over only for Dingodile to kick her in the face. He then got out up charging his flamethrower.
"Ha! I think I had already confirmed that ya are a lousy shot and can't hit me!" Applejack smirked.
"Who said that I had to hit you to burn you?" Dingodile asked returning the smirk.
Applejack raised an eyebrow as Dingodile fired a fireball at Applejack's feet.
BOOM!
The result was a large explosion that had sent Applejack flying through the air screaming her head. Dingodile just smirked as he watched Applejack soared straight into an elimination portal.
Applejack landed in Sunset Riders where she managed to direct the bull stampede out of people's way making the main heroes' journey much easier.
Dingodile chuckled at his second elimination realizing how much fun he was having. He then turned around to see who was left.
Leona adjusted her gloves while Falco kicked his deflector like a soccer ball. Ike sat against a turnbuckle to get over his fatigue with Luigi walking over to ask if he was okay. Elizabeth sat on the canvas reading her book with the Villager curiously wanted to know what the book was about. Sakura and Cream looked around pleased that most of the violent people were gone for this section. Finally, Little Strongheart glared daggers at Dingodile obviously not happy that her nodal companion had been eliminated.
Dingodile stuck out his tongue at the buffalo before turning to the entrance curtain while keeping an eye out for Little Strongheart in case she tries to avenge Applejack. With twenty people down, there had to have twenty more people to fill the void.

Broken Records, Broken Records Everywhere: There had been quite a few fighters that had DOUBLED the current elimination records for their respective nodes.
Queen Cat... For Now: Taokaka had left this section as the top Elimination contender with a total of SEVEN eliminations. Not a bad score however we are barely a quarter of the tournament in so there are a few chances for people to take that title away from her.
