In less then ten minutes, Aelita had them all on Lyoko. She nodded, taking in the Mountain Sector scene around them. She had even managed to have the rides waiting for them.

"Right, Tower is to the North, a few platforms over. Whoever gets de-virtulized first will run the controls and monitor Jeremie's fight. But until them we need to be on our feet. Who knows what XANA has planed for us." Aelita commented to her friends. They all nodded as they loaded onto the different rides. Aelita jumped on with Yumi and they took off.

"Man, Einstein has really come far from the day we discovered Lyoko. Who would of thought he could hold off William like he was upstairs. Think he can keep it up long enough for us to deactivate the tower?" Ulrich commented as they rode. Aelita tried not to think about losing Jeremie to William when she spooted the incoming forces of monsters. The gang all swerved and moved to some rocks for cover.

"Right. Three Krabs and two Trantulas. Guess XANA wants to give William all the time in the world to get Jeremie. Odd, go right. Yumi and Aelita, go left. I'll take the center and we will charge. Let's show XANA that messing with one Warrior, you get us ALL in payback. " Ulrich took command. The others nodded, eyes narrowed for the attack. They flew out and moved about the array of lasers.

Everything was a blur to Aelita. It would only be later she could describe the rush she felt. Sure, she fought on Lyoko before, especially since she unlocked her energy fields. But this fight.. her mind had really only her worry for Jeremie. She alone had managed to take out two of the three Krabs and one Trantula. The others managed to clear out the others to clear the way for Aelita. Yumi flew her over to the tower and set the Overwing down. Aelita got off and headed to the tower.

No sooner then three steps later, an ambush striked. Hornet swarm flew up behind the tower. A mini army of Kankrelats ran over from behind the nearby bend in the path. The cries of a squad of Mantas was in the distance. They all aimed their attacks right at Aelita. Reacting, Aelita called her wings out and took flight. Fans and arrows cleared her way of Hornets, but the fans faded as the Kankrelats sought out to remove Yumi from Lyoko.

Aelita landed next to Ulrich and Odd who's rides were now gone from the attacks. They defended Aelita as the lasers pushed them back. They were soon forced to retreat to the rock they used for cover before. Aelita panted as Odd removed the last of the Hornets.

"Oh I hate those Kankrelats! Right, I'm in the lab. Jeremie is still fighting William. But he's not looking too good. He's running out of boxes and William keeps laughing at him. Also, you guys are pinned down in a major way there. I can make out ten Kankrelats, four Bloks and two Mantas are flying fast towards your spot." Yumi's voice soon rang out from the air. It held an angry tone from being forced off Lyoko so fast.

"We walked right into an ambush on this one! How are we going to handle them all?" Ulrich growled as he looked to Aelita. Aelita laid in deep thought as she peaked behind their hiding rock. She came back to the others with a wild grin.

"Then reckless plan time. Odd, grab your board and hide a bit back. When the Mantas come, deal with them. Ulrich, Get ready to handle what stays alive after I'm done. Be also ready to defend me as I may be tired to what I'm about to do." Aelita planned out their attack. The boys blinked, but nodded at her ideas.

Odd took off to a rock behind them. He made sure none of the monsters saw him. Aelita nodded to Ulrich who ran out behind the rock. He pulled their attention to him as Aelita concentrated. She began to sing as she changed the landscape of Lyoko around them. She opened up the ground under the Monster. She could hear them fall to their demise as she kept up her powers. Behind the monsters, she took the land she took away and made a large ball with them. She let it loose as it rolled down the hill behind the remaining monsters. Aelita felt weak from the drain of her power to destroy them.

She panted and looked up as Ulrich grin at her. "Nice 7-10 split princess. Your ball got rid of all the ground troups. Leave the Mantas to Odd and I, go get the tower and save Jeremie from William." Ulrich offered up. Aelita nodded and got up with Ulrich's help. She soon ran on the only safe pass she left, seeing some flashes of light from the fallen monsters hitting the digital sea. She did not stop until she entered the tower.

Aelita smiled at the sight of the blue walls. She took a bit of comfort at seeing the codes. She walked to the center and let it carry her to the top platform. She signed in to the screen that appeared before her.

AELITA...

CODE: LYOKO

"Tower Deactivated." Aelita said to herself and to the others. She could feel Jeremie's gratitude from their link. Aelita just wished she could help him break free of his prison. Yumi soon brought her and the boys back to Earth. Aelita looked around the coded walls of the tower as if faded from her sight.

Aelita nearly passed out when she returned to Earth. The two boys caught her and helped her up. She gave them a small thanks as they moved to the lab. As they moved to the computer screens, a blue shadow came out from a nearby cable. Jeremie rubbed his head as he moved from upstairs to down here. He looked tired beyond belief from everything. He lean against the chair and lightly glitched. He sighed and looked up some codes on his glasses.

"My time on Earth is about gone now. There has to be a way to get me out of there. I can't stand another minute watching you guys in there as XANA has his way with you all. He could do almost anything with the codes on the computer and without me, your out of luck on Lyoko. Or worse, anything here on Earth!" Jeremie ranted as he glitched some more. Aelita reached out and took one of his hands. It felt like holding air, but the gesture of knowing he was not alone in this fight was what she wanted.

"We will figure this out. You focus on staying alive. I have no doubt XANA has plans for hurting you for all of this when you get back. Disable the cameras so we can move freely on your end. Then our link will keep only you informed of our movements. That way XANA can't see us clearly and can't use us to hurt you. As Ulrich said on Lyoko, 'You mess with one Warrior, you get all of us in payback.' He's going to regret taking you from us Jeremie. Just remain calm and safe for us there and let us do the coding for once. I'll have you out of there in no time, if not way faster then when you saved me from Lyoko." Aelita tried to calm him and the others. Jeremie looked with concern at her. His face had such a range of emotions, but the main one was fear of the unknown.

"Aelita, about before... upstairs. I-I "Jeremie started to explain, but Aelita got the meaning from their link. He was thinking of their kiss. She held his hand to her chest and could care less if the others were nearby to listen to her.

"Not exactly how I'd imagine our second kiss. Think of it as a... place holder for when we get you home. Then we can have a real kiss to celebrate. That and have an actual first date without a computer screen between us." She offered up to him. Jeremie leaned his forehead onto hers, Aelita enjoyed the thought of him being taller then she was at the moment.

"I mean what I sent in that link. I never felt this way with anyone. I never imagine that I would, but I do. I-I love you Aelita. I loved you since the moment you woke up on the screens. I loved you since the moment you open your eyes again here on Earth. I-I don't want to lose you, ever. I don't... don't know what I'd do without you in my life. If XANA does anything-" Jeremie stumbled the words from his mouth as Aelita looked up to his concern eyes.

"Then I know you'd avenge me and rip him apart. I feel the same way Jeremie. The moment I woke up and meet you.. I felt like my life re-started. Even once I had my memories back, I knew I wanted to make new ones with you. I love you as well Jeremie. Just as you don't want to lose me, I don't want to lose you. If XANA does anything to you, I won't rest until your avenged. So for now... let's promise each other to be strong and know we will be together again. Nothing, not XANA, Lyoko or anything will keep us apart." Aelita spoke out to him. Jeremie looked over her and could not help himself , just as much as Aelita could not. Their lips linked up once more, even if it was all not as real like before.

As Aelita pulled away, she saw him fade away. A gentle smile on his face as he was sent back into his digital prison. Aelita felt a tear streak down her face at knowing he was trapped their still. It was just not fair. It's not fair XANA has to hurt him like this! Her mind was filled with fear now for him as the others offered her a group hug. They all soon headed back to school and home for Yumi.

That's two kisses I owe you now my angel. Please, focus on staying alive out there as I focus on staying alive in here. Then... we can plan that date. I'll make sure it's as sweet and wonderful as you are princess. I really did mean those words before. I love you Aelita, always. Jeremie spoke out from the mental link. A calming feeling came out from him to her. She tried not to note the small fear he had as well that she felt. How strange this all is... both of them comforting each other, yet scared about what will happen. She prayed to whatever divine being that was watching them to keep them all safe.

(One tower down, but a mountain to climb still. Can the new budding relationship between Jeremie and Aelita survive this attack? Will XANA enact some revenge on the Warriors for stopping his William centered attack? Will the others managed to save Jeremie without his coding help? Find out next time I update!
