Thank you to everyone for your support. Tomorrow is season 3 yay. I hope you enjoy

A few weeks past and Regina tried her best to hide her morning sickness symptoms. "When are you going to tell them?" Elizabeth questioned as she was tying her corset.

Regina sighed out a smile, "Today. I think they could both handle it. What do you think?"

"I think they are going to love it." Elizabeth advised her queen placing her hands on Regina's shoulders; giving Regina the queue to turn to her, "You're giving our kingdom a new heir."

Regina smiled placing her hand on her flat but swollen stomach; giving her the courage to tell everyone. "Yes, this is going to be a great thing. Come on I should tell Leopold before breakfast, so we can tell Snow together."

They walked down the halls to the king's room. Regina was nervous to announce the lie to the kingdom. Everyone is going excited for a new heir, but it won't be. Regina knocked on the King's door. The king's valet opened the door, Regina walked in the door, "I would like to have a word with you." She stated as he was getting dressed.

"Yes my darling?" He looked at her through the mirror.

Regina tried to figure out how to tell her husband however all of his servants surrounded him. "Alone." She commanded his servants.

The servants looked at the king for him and he excused them from the room, "My queen how can I help you." He turned from his mirror to look at her.

Regina knew this the moment she couldn't fight any more. She took a deep breath and looked at her husband, "I'm pregnant." She stated with a worried look in her eyes not knowing how he was going to react.

"You… you are?" He asked taking a step back sitting down on his bed, not knowing how to deal with the news.

Regina held her stomach feeling that he isn't as happy as she is, "Yes, are, are you not happy with it?" She questioned not knowing why she went through so much trouble to make sure her and Daniel were safe. She should have ran away with Daniel the day she found out.

Leopold look at the disappointment in Regina's face, knowing this kingdom have discussed if she could produce a prince for them. "I'm thrilled. It's just Snow is almost grown up, I wasn't prepared to have another so late."

"Either way, we need to tell Snow. I thought you should know so we can tell her together." Regina informed.

"Yes you are right we should tell her after breakfast." Leopold stated, "But I need to finish getting ready so my queen."

Regina left to go to the dining hall, and lost her appetite that she may have had with the conversation just had with the king. She knew from that moment she was nothing more than a lavished babysitter for Snow and the king.

Regina and Leopold took Snow for a walk to help break the news to her, "This is nice." Snow uttered wrapping her arm around Regina's arm. "We need to do this more often."

"Yes it is." Regina observed, "Snow, your father and I have something to tell you."

They stopped to look at Snow. "Is everything alright?"

Regina knelt down to eye level with her step daughter. "Snow honey," Regina felt terrible about lying to little Snow. She could care less about Leopold but Snow. "I am pregnant."

"You are?" Snow questioned with a smile looking at Regina and her father.

"Yes my Snow." Leopold exclaimed with a smile seeing how happy his precious daughter was with the news.

Snow jumped with a yelled diving into Regina's arms. "I'm going to be a big sister!"

"Are you happy with the news?" Regina asked having Snow look in her eyes.

Snow smiled, "I couldn't be happier."

"I'm glad." She pulled her in for another hug, before they finished their walk.

"So when will the baby be here?" Snow asked really excited keeping her arm around Regina.

"Well Snow probably not for another eight months or so." Regina explained.

Snow jumped to look at Regina as she was walking backwards. "We having a riding lesson today, can I tell Daniel?" Snow asked about the one person she adores.

"Snow we will make the announcement to the entire kingdom. At Regina's birthday celebration," Leopold stated still trying to wrap his head that he was going to have a second child.

"Father that's a couple of months away, and the palace is going to know before that, can I be the one that tells him please." Snow's comment made sense there was no hiding a belly that is going to be growing.

Regina could tell how bad Snow wants to tell one of her favorite people. "Yes, you can tell him." She answered even though he already knew.

"Really? Let's go do it." Snow said running.

"Let's go changed into our riding clothes first." She suggested.

Snow ran to the stables after they got changed. Regina followed her. "Daniel." Snow yelled.

"Good afternoon princess." Daniel smiled as he walked Isabella out of her stall.

Snow slowed down not to startle her horse; before she asked, "Did you hear?"

"I'm sorry what should have I heard?"

Snow stood up straight, being so proud, "I am going to be a big sister."

"You are? So the queen is expecting?" Daniel stroked Snow's ego, not needing to crush the sweet princess that doesn't know the truth.

"Isn't it exciting?"

"Yes. Congratulations your Majesty." Daniel smiled at Regina and looked back at young Snow, "Are you ready for your lesson?"

"Yes sir."

"I want to work on your side saddling first and then we can move on to some jumping."

"Do I have to side-saddle?" Snow asked finding it uncomfortable.

"Yes Snow. I don't like it either but we have to be proper ladies." Regina stated hating to ride side-saddle as well.

"Okay do a couple of laps around, make sure you do sit straight up." Daniel stated. He stepped closer to his love, "You told them?"

"I really had no other option." Regina replied trying her hardest to avoid eye contact with Daniel.

"How are you feeling today?"

"Better, but I feel just terrible telling Snow."

"I understand." Daniel felt the same about Snow and the situation. He also couldn't stop looking at Regina. She has developed a different kind of beauty to her. He loved how no matter how terrible she was feeling; she still kept a glow. "You are looking incredibly gorgeous today mommy." He whispered.

After feeling crappy with Leopold earlier that morning, the few words he uttered to her gave her butterflies. She cocked her eyebrow and gained a smile. "Don't tempt me sir, I really need someone to hold after this morning. You're looking really good Snow." She was still keeping her attention to her lovely step daughter.

Daniel could see the heart ache on her face, "Tonight?" He asked wanting to hold her.

Regina turned to look at him, knowing they shouldn't, "I wouldn't want anything else."

Daniel saw his father out of the corner of his eye, "Okay." He stated walking over to Snow to change her instructions.

Daniel snuck into her chamber late that night. He needed to make sure his family was asleep as well as the palace. He walked into seeing asleep on her covers and the candles were still lit. He quietly made his way to her bed, to give her a soft kiss on the lips. She opened her eyes with a smile, "Hi." She whispered.

"Hi I'm sorry it took..." Daniel tried to explain why he was late.

Regina cut him off by pushing him down on the bed to put her head on his chest, and wrapped his around her, "I don't care. Just hold me." She commanded her love while she took intake of his smell that hasn't been around her for weeks. She closed her eyes once again knowing that she could fall asleep to the sound of his heart beat.

He locked his free hand with his other, "Do you want to talk about it?" He asked wanting to know her upset.

"The king isn't exactly ready for a second child." She said feeling complete being in his arms.

Daniel tighten his grip needing to hold her closer, while he started running her hand his fingers through her hair. "It's going to be okay. I promise. Snow and I couldn't be happier."

"I'm just ready to leave this place." She sighed.

"You just say when, and we will do it." Daniel placed a kiss on her forehead and then slowly moved one of his hands down underneath her night gown. He has wanted to touch her bare stomach since his last visit. Regina placed her hand on top of his. He could feel the minor difference on the area. "There is really a person growing inside of you. Who do you think she is going to look like?" Daniel couldn't keep quiet; he has no body to talk to about the baby.

"I think he is going to look like his wonderful father," She smiled enjoying the sound of his voice, and hearing him interested in the little person they have created; that isn't even here. "I love you." She moaned out.
