Michelle's POV

I was so stressed with midterms coming up I didn't know what to do or who to turn to, should I run away? I sighed and looked out of my window. It was three weeks since I had my appendix taken out and I was recovering maybe that's why I was in this position. I went downstairs with my workbook and went into the homework room, no one was in there thank goodness! I sat down and I tried to do my revision I could hear Maddie cry from a mile away oh great! That's all I need right now. The only people that was in the house right now was mommy, me and Maddie the boys were out shopping for Christmas gifts as Christmas was coming up it's my favourite time of year apart from my birthday and vacations. The Christmas tree was already up in the foyer it was huge I can't tell you how big it is and there was four more two outside the front door on each side and two outside the front gates which were lit up I don't understand who mom and dad do it each year but they do. They have a massive Santa Claus too along with Christmas lights all the around the house inside and out and we hold a massive Christmas do on Christmas Eve which we are planning to do as well, I was quite excited as it was Maddie's first Christmas but she won't remember it already she's got so many gifts waiting for her under the tree I've already lost count, each year we seem to get more and more it's ridiculous! The house was pretty quiet and I was nearly finished my homework but I decided I was done for the day when I walked into the kitchen to find my mom and Maddie in there with our housekeeper Mindy who we just hired she's from Austria she's AMAZING! She's so good at cooking you need to try her pancakes I'm sure there's a secret to them.

"Hey baby girl where have you been? You've ben ever so quiet?" My mom asked me as I entered the kitchen.

"I was in the homework room doing my homework." I smiled at her.

"Oh brilliant, did you get it done okay?" She asked me kissing my forehead.

"It's only revision for midterms after Christmas break." I told her as I sat on her bar stool.

"That's good! At least your studying, that's all that matters." She pointed her finger at me, they were very strict with our studying.

"Yeah I guess so." I smiled back at her.

Then Maddie smiled at us from her bouncer.

Maddie is growing up so quickly she's nearly 4 months now and she's squealing all the time making herself presence, it's hysterical! I laugh at her all the time, she makes everyone laugh she moves around in her bouncer she's starting to dislike her pacifier. But at night she still takes at as she's heavily asleep and doesn't know what's in her mouth it's so funny but I think during the day she doesn't like it she's more of a blanket and bottle baby. But we do clip her pacifier on still as she still takes it sometimes when she does cry but not all the time. She is showing a personality now she's more like mommy than daddy, but had daddy's looks now though, she's very intelligent Mindy adores Maddie and Maddie adores Mindy. Mindy hasn't been here long. I wasn't keen on her at first as she has a very strong Austrian accent and thinks she know everything but I'm beginning to like her.

"Hello earth to Michelle Bolton are you ere honey?" My mom waved her hand in my face to get her attention.

"Huh what sorry I must of day dreaming sorry what was that?" I asked.

"Do you want peanut butter and jelly or banana sandwich? Are you okay is something wrong darling?" My mom asked worriedly.

"Oh, no no I'm fine mommy I'm okay why?" I smiled at her.

"You just seem so out of it today that's all honey." She frowned at me as Mindy and mom made the sandwiches for us for lunch.

"What time is dad, Chandler, Josh, Ben and Daniel home?" I asked her.

"I actually have no idea, they are Christmas shopping for more gifts and they haven't been gone for long so I would;dnt know baby girl, you can ring daddy if you like." She smiled at me.

"I can ring daddy? Can I use your iPhone to call him? my phone is on charge it ran out of battery so so it's on charge upstairs." I told her.

"Sure, it's over there just make I didn't put you up to this okay? If he asks I'm upstairs feeding Maddie okay?" She smiles evilly.

"Okay momma." I laugh as I dial daddy's number on mommy's iPhone.

Troy/Michelle

Troy: Hello?

Michelle: Daddy what time are you home? You seem to be a long time me and mommy are worried about you.

Troy: Don't worry honey we won't be too much longer okay? Tell mommy we'll be half an hour to an hour tops okay?

Michelle: Okay but have you bought anything for Christmas or are you just browsing?

Troy: We've bought loads and loads of stuff, me and the boys have spent plenty of time choosing what to get for the family okay honey don't worry we'll be home soon darling, I love you.

Michelle: I love you too daddy drive safe.

Troy: Bye honey I'm going now I love you to the moon and back.

Michelle: Bye.

"Oh he's still shopping alright." I hang up the phone to daddy and put mommy's iPhone back onto the counter.

"Really and what did he say?" Mommy asked me with Maddie in her arms.

"He's done loads and loads of shopping he says." I smiled at her.

"Oh really, is that what he said?" She raised her eyebrow at me.

"HHMM." That's all I could say as I walked out of the kitchen as didn't need to be no longer in there.

I cannot wait for Christmas Day I thought.
