Audience
The school was busy with excitement this day, Word had spread that a new teacher would be trying out and many were excited to see what a hunter really is capable of. As the day got closer, more rumors began to appear. A few were that the new teacher was actually a huntress, another one was that she was only a few years older than a recent graduate. A few were very exaggerated; like how she was not from this world and was half grimm. Both teams RWBY and JNPR were really confused by the half grimm part, having no idea where it came from.
"I wonder why Samus wasn't in out dorm when we woke up" Ruby asked as her team and JNPR made their way to Prof. Port's classroom.
"She might have left early in order to prepare for her coming initiation." Pyrrha suggested.
"If that's true, I'm guessing that she takes tasks seriously." Blake said.
As the teams found their seats and the classroom filled up, a large hologram pop up and was displaying a live feed of the emerald forest. It switch between different sections of the forest till it stop where the launch pads were located. As this was going on, Prof. Port had just entered the classroom.
"Greetings young hunters and huntresses! Today we have something special planned instead of the usual lessons. Now you have heard rumors that we will be welcoming a new teacher to Beacon and those rumors are indeed true, minus the grimm one." Port said.
"Just like past staff members and students such as yourself s, initiation is always required. So for the time being, Wish good luck to our soon to be new teacher, Ms. Samus Aran." Post finished and pointed to the display that currently had Samus talking with Ozpin and Goodwitch.
"There she is! She seems ready too!" Yang said.
"Why isn't she in her armor? Is she ready going to go like that?" Weiss said as she took a look at what Samus was wearing. And she wasn't the only who took notice of her attire. Most the males of class were more focused on what Samus had on than wondering how she'll make it out of the forest. Jaune and Ren were trying their hardest to not stare too long at what most would considered the most firm part of her attire. A few of the girls were also staring as well. Ruby, on the other hand, was more focused on what Samus had on her back.
"Is that a staff on her back? And is that...Armor plating on her back too?" Ruby asked as she noticed small scales covered her back.
"it seems she has come prepared after all." Ren said.
The classroom became silent as the bounty hunter was sent flying through the air. Not knowing if she had any sort of landing plan, Ruby started to worry that her new friend might die before even starting.
"How she going to land? Didn't anyone tell her how this works?" Ruby asked her team with concern.
"Ruby , why don't you look at the display and see for yourself." Yang said.
(Moment where Samus uses her blaster in whip form to land)
"WOW! Her gun can change forms?!" Ruby said.
"She may have landed but now she has to deal with a pack of beowolves." Blake said and watch as how efficient Samus was with her moves.
(Samus Punching a Beowolve to death)
"How hard is she punching that grimm? Wouldn't she needs some gauntlets like mine to do some real damage?" Yang asked.
"From what I can see, she seems a lot stronger then she appears to be. Have you noticed that the beowolve hasn't moved since she finished punching." Weiss said. Right after she finished, everyone saw Samus throw an uppercut and were shock to see that the grimm was dead. To add even more shock and surprise, no one expected Samus's whip to literally cut the last beowolve in half.
"Ruby, for the love of Monty, please don't lose it, please don- oh god, here it comes!" Yang said as she covered her ears; Weiss and Blake following suit as a loud squeal was heard throughout the room.
"Owwwww" was all that was said as most of the class was trying to get rid of the ringing in their ears. The faunus were hit the worst, Velvet and Blake were quick enough to cover theirs but still hurt.
(Samus running to the relic and fighting the snake grimm)
"How is she that fast? She's not wearing her suit so how is she running at that speed?" Blake said.
"Maybe she's a faunus?" Velvet said as she made her way to Blake's seat.
"Rabbit faunus like me have an advantage when it comes to speed, so maybe she's also a faunus" Velvet finished as the display now had Samus in her suit.
"True, but I didn't see anything that could be faunus related from her." Blake said.
"Maybe she wants to keep it hidden?" Velvet said as she saw Nora cheering on Samus, who had currently blew up the snake grimm from the inside.
"I'll ask her when she comes back, by now, so should be close to where the relics were." Blake said.
As Samus reached the location of the relic, the class noticed that Samus went into a defensive potion. The camera switched for a better view and what was seen was the stuff of nightmares.
(Killing the unknown creature)
"What was that...thing? It looked like a twisted version of a grimm." Jaune asked his team as the rest of the class broke out into questions and a bit of fear.
"Students, this is most rare that we have encounter a new species of grimm, Though i admit that this new one is indeed a strange one." Prof. Port said.
"what's she doing now?" Ruby asked.
The display now had Samus examining the body of the unknown creature and the class saw her pick up a note, putting it back where she found it. She began running towards the final destination. Meanwhile, Talon and U-Mos and here arrived where the body was left.
"What are those eagles doing?" Weiss wondered out loud and was shocked at what happened next. Both of the eagle's eyes glowed red and fired lazers at the body, effectively burning it to ash. As a precaution, they took flight and both shot a missile at the leftovers.
"Why burn and destroy the remains of that new grimm? She just erased any new information we could of obtain about it?!" Weiss stated as she and others continue to look at the display of Samus running up the same cliff Ruby had beheaded a nevermore.
"Alright students, that was quite a display I do say so myself. Since much of time spent was viewing our new instructor, Let's end class early. Remember to always be vilalient, class dismissed." Port said.
...(JNPR dorrm, end of day)...
After Prof. port's class, everything went back to normal. The teams RWBY and JNPR each had different classes with different team members. Semblance training, dust theory, combat class, biology, history, and even math class was what was taught at Beacon. By the end of the day, the 2 teams were tired from a long day. The only highlight of the day was Samus's initiation. Ruby, Yang, and Weiss were discussing what Samus used. Pyrrha and Blake were finishing up their hw on grimm biology while Jaune and Ren were reading up on semblance application. Nora, for the first time seen by everyone cept Ren, was napping on Ren's chest.
"I don't really care the reason why she burn that thing she fought, I just want to know how she literally punch a beowolve to death! and without any gauntlets!" Yang said as she mimic the punches Samus made.
"I wanna see her staff, it's so awesome and neat and just awesome!" Ruby said and try to copy Samus's flips and moves, only to end up crashing aganist the wall.
Laughing a bit, Weiss help Ruby up and sat back down. "What I want to know is why she had that corpse burned, the new information that could of be obtain could of being vital to combating the grimm." Weiss said with a moody tone.
"Maybe she saw something that in her opinion, was too dangerous to be kept" Pyrrha said as Blake and her put away their hw and join the rest of the girls.
"What could be so dangerous enough to destroy it on sight?" Blake asked.
"I could think of few things that fall into that category, One is that it involves dust, but Weiss here should of known that moment she saw the creature. Another is biological in nature, like a new disease or contagion. And lastly it might of being something she felt that should be destroy immediately." Pyrrha said as she went to the bathroom to change into her nightwear.
"The dust theory is possible but there hasn't been any new type of dust discovered for 50 years. Bio hazard is possible but what disease can be so contagious that it needs on site incineration. And the last theory is the best one yet, I will have to question her later on to get any answers." Weiss finished as she got up and headed back to her dorm.
"Go easy on her, you saw what she can do without her suit." Jaune said as he close the book and got ready to sleep.
"Goodnight guys" Ruby and team said the girls headed for their dorm. Jaune was already hugging his pillow, Pyrrha was snoring lightly, and Ren just put the book away and prepared himself to be a human pillow for the sleeping Nora.
The girls each got dressed in their pjs and were all laying down on their beds, Each had a similar thoughts going through their heads, Samus.
"Hey guys, I just thought of something." Yang said from her top bunk.
"That dangerous, coming from you Yang." Blake replied.
"Anyways... I was thinking of trying on Sammy's suit!" Yang said with a devious grin on her face.
"Please tell me you're talking about her combat suit." Weiss replied. Hoping for that answer with all her might.
"Of course not! I'm talking about her blue suit she wore today! With that suit, plus my irresistible shape, I'll be bringing in all the hunks I could want!" Yang finished with a smile.
"Ohh Dust, Sis! I'm very sure that even you can't fit in that suit and I'm sure Samus isn't the kind of girl to just let people borrow clothes." Ruby said as she put on her sleeping mask on.
"Oh little sis, what Sammy doesn't know won't hurt her." Yang said as she let sleep take her over.
Meanwhile an A.I. had just recorded what was said...
That's it, I'm no longer putting dates for when I put new chapters. Don't want to disappoint people who expect a chapter and it's not posted. I've been laid off and have been job hunting for the last week. Hopefully I'll have a job soon.
Anyway on to more important stuff like... RWBY VOLUME 2!
