Chapter 14
Halloween Party
Lily's POV
After breakfast and talking about are future siblings. Everyone was happy and super excited about tonight. I met up with Lucy to walk up to our dormitory to get our money.
"So Luce you know what you're going to buy?" I asked
"No, I have no clue!" she exclaimed
I laughed at her as we headed up the stairs.
"Do you?"
"Nope, I find it more fun to just go and find something that just pops out. and screams my name."
"That is a good idea." Luce said as we entered the common room
After we grabbed are things we headed outside the quad so we could wait to be dismissed.
"Lily!" Ginger yelled as we walked into the quad with Myst following her.
"Yes" I said
"You have to go shopping with us you have the best eye for fashion and deals" she declared
"Alright Ging." I replied
"Bye. Lil. I'm going to find Cassi and Faye." Luce stated walking away
"Um. ok if you wanna go shopping with us were going to Zainly's Nutty Attire first." I spoke after her. I heard her yell alright.
"We are going to Zainly's that place is creepy." Myst commented
"Trust me it maybe creepy but nobody else will have the same costumes as us." I stated
Then Professor McGonagall came outside and went over the rules and said you are dismissed. Everyone hurried toward Hogsmeade wanting to get the best costumes we took our time I knew nobody would go into Zainly's to buy an outfit the outside of the store looked very creepy and scary, but on the inside it was the same as any other store it was where i got all of my best outfits and presents for my family.
"Don't you find it weird that someone would make a store out of the Shrieking Shack, it is haunted." Ginger said freaking out
"Not if you know the truth about the shrieking shack." I said walking faster so that Myst and Ging would have to catch up.
"What do you mean? Lils" Myst asked curiously
"Well you know Teddy? Right." I said
"Lupin, right? Your dad is his godfather." noted Myst
"Yep. Do you know about his dad?"
"What about his dad?" they replied at the same time
"He was a werewolf."
"WHAT!" screamed Ginger thinking about how her mom was attacked by a werewolf during the war.
"Yeah. He was bitten when he was really young. Apparently his dad pissed off a werewolf so he struck his revenge by attacking Uncle Remus." I remarked "Anyway when he went to Hogwarts every full moon he would go to the shrieking shack through a secret tunnel under the whomping willow. So he could transform and not hurt anyone. My grandpa James and Uncle Sirius turned into animgus' so that they could make sure that Uncle Remus stayed safe." I finished
"Wow! So that is why it used to shriek for years?" Myst said looking at the old building with a new point of view.
"Yes. Then someone decided to buy it and turn it into a store. I don't know why, but I like the history behind the place." I commented as we walked up the stair to enter the building.
The door chimed as we walked through the door. I heard Myst and Ging gasp as they took in the sight for the first time. The walls were full of clothes on one side of the store was weird looking clothing and the other was normal cute clothing in the back was different objects and stuff.
"Hello Lily" a voice said from the back of the store
"Who is that?" Ginger questioned taking a step back towards the door
"Lily Potter you brought some friends." The voice said walking closer
"Calm down Ginger. It's just Lyra. The owner." I said "Come on out and I will make introductions." I stated loudly as Lyra appeared through a row of clothes.
"Lyra this is Mysterie Longbottom and Ginger Brown. Myst, Ging this is Lyra Cromwell. She owns this fine establishment." They were quiet for a minute taking in each others appearances. Lyra had black curly hair and striking grey eyes. She was pretty.
"Hello nice to meet you." Lyra said sticking out her hand. "So what brings you here today?"
"School Halloween party tonight." I said as I started to rummage through some racks of clothes "My cousins may be joining us." I said to Lyra
"Finally going to Show them your secret fashion place." Lyra laughed "I thought you said you weren't ever going to do that."
"I gave in all the Hogwarts students are in Hogsmeade trying to buy stuff. This is the best place to go, but nobody knows about it because they are to scared of the history behind it."
Lyra nodded in agreement "Are you looking for anything particular?" she asked
"No" my friends and I said in unison and then started laughing
"Well then I'll leave you to it. I just got in a new shipment and am unpacking. So if you don't find any thing let me know you can look in the storage room too." Lyra said walking away
Then the bell chimed and Lucy, Faye, Cassi and the rest of the Weasely's and Potter's walked in with their friends.
Oh gee my secret place definitely wasn't a secret anymore.
"So Lily, this is your secret place. Nice never would have thought to come here." Dominique commented walking up to me with her best friend Jessie. Jessie looked just like her mother Alicia. She has a brother Colton Wood they are ten months apart and play on the quidditch team. Colt looks like Oliver.
"Yep. Trust me you will find what your looking for" I stated walking over to a new rack of clothes.
After a while of shopping and looking around we decided that it would be cool if all of our costumes would sort of have the same theme. We were having a hard time coming up with something that would have enough ideas for all of us. We finally decided on muggle fairy tales. Aunt Hermione would always read them to us and showed us movies off something called Disney. We decided to be

It was almost time for the Halloween Party. So all of us girl Weasley's and Potter's plus some friends were running around trying to get ready in the Head Girls Common room.
"Lily? Where are the shoes we bought for my costume?" Molly asked me
"Sitting on the windowsill" I replied
"Dom, Thank you. For letting all of us use the Head Girls Common room." I said to Dominique
"It's no problem. One of the perks of being Head Girl. Having this room for your own private parties and your own lavatory." She responded
"We have in hour left before we need to head downstairs." Roxie commented
Some girls screeched and ran around hurrying up.
When we were all done getting ready we made our way out of the room to meet the guys. They had followed are Disney theme.

I laughed at Finn someone had told him I was going as Little Red Riding Hood and he had dressed up as The Big Bad Wolf. He gave me a kiss on the lips taking my hand in his as we walked down to the party.
