Hey guys Flipkicks here and I'm back to bring you a new chapter for Persona 4 College. Thanks for tuning in for the story guys and sorry for the no update in awhile, I've been actually on a writers block for the past couple of months trying to come up with an ideas on what should happen and I'm sorry for the long wait.

I have to thank my friend Amazing009 for the ideas on the chapters.

A Shadow

May 4th, 9:45 A.M. Yasogami College

Once the team all entered the college, Yu gathered all of his friends on the rooftop of the college and they all gathered what info they all got.

"I don't think Kanji is all that bad to be honest." Yu stated to his friends.

"I still got goosebumps thinking of what his shadow may look like or think." Yosuke shivered on the thought.

"You're thinking on this way too much." Chie countered to the Magician.

"Well if we all think about it, Kanji did seem a bit flustered on what Yu brought. A teddy right?" Yukiko asks Yu, who nods and shows the piece Kanji was making.

"I'm still wondering how he got the interest in sewing?" Yu questions out loud and wonders.

"Like I said: it had to do with his father's death. he likes to sew when he was a kid but his dad died; Kanji didn't want to be seen as a dork or something." Chie once again counter comments. "He's probably confuse on what he likes girls or guys." She shrugs on the idea.

"That's probably one reason. For now: let's head to class, well sort it out on our lunch break." Yu and the others all went to their respective ways and head to their classes; Yosuke in mathematics, Yu in chemistry, Yukiko and Chie in world history. The Persona users were all tired and only Yosuke and Chie slept in their classes while only Yu and Yukiko were still awake for the classes.

Time suddenly begins to stop for the persona users.

With Yu

{Narukami.} Yu hears the words of his Persona.

'Wait...Izanagi?' He looks to his left and sees his Persona.

{I wanted to ask you something.} Yu looks at his Persona confusingly, {How would you feel if you betrayed a love one?} Yu didn't think he'll hear that from his Persona.

'I'll probably feel like crap if I did. Even if my journey has just begun, I don't think I'll ever betray my friends or love ones.' Yu stated to his Persona. 'Why do you ask?'

{Since I am your Persona; I feel like I had to tell you. Did you ever heard on how I betrayed my wife Izanami?} Izanagi asks his master as he nods.

'Was it because you couldn't keep your promise to her?' Izanagi nods to the question.

{I couldn't revive her in her original look, I couldn't change her back and she said she'll kill 1,000 people and I promised to have 1,500 will be born and our marriage would be over.} Izanagi stated to his master. {That's the reason on why I ask you if you'll feel bad about betraying our allies and love ones in the process.}

'I see. But I won't betray my friends or any of my love ones in this journey. There is a reason why I was chosen for this and my friends as well.' Yu stated once more to his Persona. 'Igor said that this journey will help me forge new bonds and I won't break the connections I have and will make with my friends.'

Izanagi smiles behind his mask, if he does have a face that is. {I can see why I am your Persona, Narukami. You are prepared on what lies ahead of this journey and you want to cherish the bonds you make with your friends.} Izanagi replies back to his master.

'Bonds are what makes a person their own way. I'm here to see what the truth behind this double murder mystery and why my friends and I were chosen for this task.' Yu commented as his eyes turn golden, 'Let me ask you something Izanagi. After you saw your wife for the first time since her death; did you ever think of that form as her true self and you wanted to hide that truth?' Yu questions his Persona.

{...} Izanagi didn't think he was going to hear that from his master, {At first...I didn't want it to be the truth but listening to her rumbling and lies changed and how I now look at things.} Izanagi replies and looks at the ground ashamed, {I thought it was all a lie but after seeing her true form and what she was saying...I didn't want anything to deal with her anymore and the marriage was done.}

'I see...'

With Yosuke (same time)

As Yosuke was sleeping in his class, he can hear the snickering of his Persona, Jiraya.

{You done snoozen Yosuke?} Jiraya questions his sleeping master.

'Zzzzz.' Was his only reply.

{I take that as a no.} Jiraya said as he then looks at Yosuke's dreams.

"Seriously Chie?" Jiraya was laughing as he sees Yosuke doing a favor couple months ago. "Why do I need to wear this?" Yosuke questions to the short haired teen. He was wearing a classic black suit and red tie. "I look like a dork wearing this."

Chie rolls her eyes from Yosuke's comment, "Because my dad needed someone who was about his height and he wanted to make sure that the suit still looks the same are the day he married my mom." Yosuke sighs in annoyance.

"Seriously?" Yosuke retorted, "I don't think I am his height or have the same pants size. You should had gone to a tailor to see if there were any necessary changes."

"Hey my parents spend some money for their weekend off for their anniversary and I wanted my parents to have the same outfits the day they got married." Chie retorted back, "Besides you did owe me that favor."

"Alright alright I got the idea. No need to bring up that memory." He sighs in defeated, 'If only Chie wasn't cute than I wouldn't be having this situation.' Jiraya now has a chance to blackmail his master for that comment.

{Oh Yosuke, this is going to be very interesting on what I'll be doing to you hahahaha!} Jiraya laughs out loud and dissolves in thin air.

With Chie and Yukiko (Same time as well)

As the, well more specifically Yukiko, were all writing down their notes down on their notebooks. Yukiko looks down at her sleeping best friend and sighs. 'Sometimes I wish you put more effort in school Chie.' Yukiko thought as she would have to make sure that everything was written down for Chie to copy. While she continues on writing, both Tomoe and Konohana Sakuya look down at their masters.

{Sometimes I wish Chie would get her act together.} Tomoe says as she shakes her head.

{Well Chie is the slacker at times.} Sakuya commented.

{True but she does work hard on other things besides kung-fu.} Tomoe stated. {I wonder if she'll be able to mature during her years in college.} Tomoe wonders.

{I believe so. She has potential and the others will trust her even more when the time is right.} Sakuya commented, {And plus, I think both our masters want us to get along, just like both of them.} Tomoe didn't think she'll hear that from Yukiko's Persona.

{Well I guess you maybe right. We are their other selves of our masters and they have a strong bond, as if they are sisters.} Tomoe wonders if Personas can act like sisters just like their respective masters.

11:45 A.M.

After dealing with their classes, the group all meets up at the cafeteria with their food.

"So, have any of you seen Kanji?" Yosuke asks the group as he eats his sandwich.

"Nope." Chie mutters as she was eating her chicken and rice.

"Same here." Yu opens up his box lunch, revealing his amazing lunch, making the rest of the group amazed on his work; which has rice with some egg, sesame seed chicken and octopus shaped mini hot dogs.

"Dude..." Yosuke begins to drool on table.

"Your drooling." Chie pointed out.

"Are you a chef Narukami?" Yukiko asks him.

"Well, during my years in high school and my parents not coming home all the time, I taught myself on how to cook and I actually like cooking." Yu briefly explains to his friends.

"Is there away that I can learn from you Narukami?" Yukiko politely asks, surprising the two next to them.

"Sure, I have no problem teaching you." Yu replies with a half a smile.

"Seems they are going on a date." Yosuke whispers to Chie.

"Could be but I don't think so." Chie replies back to Yosuke and continues on eating her lunch. After they all finished up their lunches and no other classes for the day, they decided to head on out and investigate Kanji's sudden disappearance. They all separated to different parts of town trying to find Kanji; Yu was at the park, Yosuke at Junes, Yukiko by the Amagi Inn and Chie at the Police station. No one couldn't get an idea on where Kanji was for most of the day.

Later that day; 3:30 P.M.

With no other lead, Yu decided on calling his friends on a group talk on his phone, "Any luck?" He asks.

{Nothing yet.} Yosuke said first.

{Same here.} Chie replies.

{Nothing here as well.} Yukiko said.

"Is anybody body his house? We can ask his mom." Yu wonders if Kanji's mother knows anything.

{That'll be me.} Yukiko replies, {It's a few minutes away from the Inn and I can ask his mother.}

"Alright, we'll meet you there in a few minutes." With that said Yu and the others all went to the Tatsumi Textile Shop/Residence.

{Narukami...} Yu hears the words of his Persona, Izanagi.

'What's up?' He asks his Persona.

{There are things once you find this Kanji person ahead. Some are going to be very odd.} Yu looks at his Persona confusingly.

'Odd?'

{I sense something very odd about this Kanji person, you are all looking for. I expect this to be a ordeal in his dungeon.} Izanagi said as the two would continue on their conversation to the Shop/Residence.

Yosuke was the first person to greet their friend, "Good timing, Yukiko is with his mother and we're waiting for the results." Yosuke said as he stretches his arms.

"Tired?" Yu asks his friend.

"Somewhat. Had to help out a few co-workers before I left Junes." Yosuke replies back. Yukiko exits the Textile. "So, anything?" He asks Yukiko.

"Kanji hasn't been home all day and his mom is worried. She says he does this at times but he always come back when he cools down." Yukiko explains to the group.

"So he's missing. Looks like the kidnapper is at it again." Chie puts her hands in her pockets, "Hey was that detective guy the last person to know Kanji's last location?" She asks and remembers seeing the small-boy detective from the other day.

"Oh yeah, I think he was the last person to see him before we jumped the gun the other day." Yosuke replies back, "I didn't see him at Junes but let's check tomorrow and hopefully the detective is there."

"Alright that sounds like a plan. Lets call this a day." They all went their respective ways and head on home.

Dojima Residence, 9:45 P.M.

After coming home, the rain started to pour down heavily. Yu ends up seeing his cousin and uncle at the dinner table.

"So your home now." Dojima commented, "Did you have some test at the college?" He asks kindly.

"Sorta. Mostly taking notes and hanging out with some friends of mine." Yu replies back to his uncle, "It's actually quite hectic." Yu said with a hint of sarcasm.

"I see." Dojima said as he takes a sip of his tea.

"Are you interrogating him?" Both of them look down to see Nanako asking them.

"No, I was just asking. Just being a worried uncle is all." Dojima assures his daughter.

"Don't worry Nanako, it's nothing like that. Your dad is my guardian until the school year ends." Yu also assures his cousin.

"If you say so." Nanako said quietly as she takes a bite of her cookies. Dojima and Yu both look at each other and went into the kitchen. (Start of the Hierophant S.L. and Justice S.L.)

Midnight

After establishing the Hierophant and Justice S.L.'s and eating dinner with his uncle and cousin, Yu retires into his room where he awaits for the Midnight Channel to start.

'So Kanji is now in the Midnight Channel and my uncle along with the police force are now trying to locate Kanji here around town. Got to make sure that they don't see us going to Junes when we go inside the TV.' Yu thought as he sits down on his couch.

His room went dark as his TV turned on by itself and shows a bathhouse? With some weird music.

"Good evening darling! And welcome to bad, bad bathhouse." Yu was instantly freaked out of the tone from what it appears to be Kanji's shadow.

'Already creeped out...' Both him and his Persona thought.

At Yosuke's room, he instantly covered his ears, Jiraya on the other hand removes his ears. In Chie's room, she and her Persona turned pale. In the Amagi Inn, Yukiko was instantly creeped out as well.

"Today we are going to transcend the gender barrier and visit the place where we are searching for sublime love that passes the separation of the sexes." Shadow Kanji growls like a kitty cat, creeping out the team in the process. "I'm your host Kanji Tatsumi, serving you this scandalously special sneak-in report." The team was instantly not going to like this, "Goodness gracious, just imagine what might happen to me in there! Ooooh!" The boys instantly went into the corners of their rooms, the girl's mouths dropped down on the floor, "Well then, let's get this show on the road and it makes me want to groove and shake my thang!" The shadow shakes his hips left and right, "Here I go!" The shadow runs like a girl into the hot fog(?).

The girls decided to call up the guys.

"hey..." They both said.

"yeah...we know..." They both said quietly.

"Holy F*&k!" Chie swears out loud.

"Creepy as hell..." Yosuke said quietly and tries to get the image out of his head.

"Let's just get some sleep...I don't think we all want to have that image in our heads..." With that said, the team decided to end their day and go to sleep, minus the creepy shadow Kanji.

That ends the chapter guys, sorry for the no update in months. I've been currently writing my other stories and working out on my homework most of the time. I've been trying to figure out what to do next for this chapter.

Sorry if I changed how the S.L. between Nanako and Dojima changed as Nanako was suppose to go on Golden Week while Dojima was couple days after it in-game. I'll be writing out the S.L. interaction next chapter on how Yu developed his bond with his uncle and cousin. I know it seems lazy but I just been busy and trying to figure out what to do next.
