On board Home One (Raddus)

Third Person POV:

"What is he even doing?"

Everyone in the command center was watching how the black X-wing was shooting down the cannons on the Dreadnought.

General Leia looked at the person who asked. "If you wish to know, I gave him permission to do this. He has his father's talents, he couldn't be stopped even if we wanted too."

Vice Admiral Holdo, a woman with short but curly purple hair and a green-grey dress with a turtleneck that gave the illusion of a longer neck, gave the General a look. "With all due respect General, but that man has always been reckless."

The brunette held up her hand to stop the other woman from talking. "You better find out who has been sabotaging with our emergency transport and the medical ship's engines."

The purple haired Admiral practically pouted before leaving Home One's bridge.

"Are you certain she will solve the problem?" Ackbar asked. "We don't even know where she came from."

"I'm sure my brother and his children will keep an eye on that one."

In space just outside the Rebel Fleet...

Poe was keeping the X-wing close to the metallic deck of the First Order's Dreadnought. It was the only way to outfly the TIE-fighters currently chasing him and shooting down the board cannons. Only that way, the Cobalt Hammer had any chance of getting the enormous ship to explode and save the Rebel fleet from being destroyed.

'I've got to get those Fighters off my back. But how do I do that? Wait! A looping!'

And the pilot did exactly what he'd been thinking milliseconds before. He made the looping with cannons on to shoot down his followers.

He couldn't afford loosing too much time, or their supply and medical ship would loose power and be destroyed by the First Order's fleet.

Just a few moments later, the Cobalt Hammer dropped out of Hyper Space, sided by several B-Wings.

"You've got to do it, Nix. We all trust on you." the Commander said into the microphone inside his helmet.

"I know, don't worry Dameron." came the reply.

Then, he switched channels. "General Organa, we should jump to Hyperspace as soon as all ships have gathered again. They shouldn't be able to follow us through the confusion. I'm targeting their navigation system!"

"Good thinking Commander. Make it so."

And so the newly discovered Skywalker went for it.

On the Raddus...

Vice Admiral Holdo pursed her lips. "Is it really necessary? You put a lot of trust in Commander Dameron."

"I know you have some reservations, but I'm certain it's going to be alright."

The purple haired woman was quite worried about the General. The woman was good at politics and had learned a lot about military strategies, but she put too much trust in some of her subjects. Granted, the boy was Skywalker's son, long hidden away from the public knowledge until now. But still it worried her. A bit too much, maybe.

There was another explosion on the Dreadnought.

"The Cobalt Hammer has dropped her bombs!" shouted one of their B-Wing pilot through the com system.

'Luckily we didn't loose too many.' Holdo thought as she looked upon the screen. Though they'd lost the Hammer and two B-Wings, the majority had survived and there was still ten more ships from the Cobalt Squadron out there waiting to be called in.

Suddenly, she felt a pair of eyes on her.

Amilyn turned around, only to see all eyes focused on the glass window before them. Yet she couldn't help but feel some suspicion.

It seemed that the young Miss Skywalker shared her thought that someone was watching them. "You felt the eyes too?"

"Briefly. Sometimes, I believe I'm just paranoid."

"You're not. The Force warned me someone's up to no good. We can only guess at this moment, but we'll find out."

And there was indeed someone lurking from a corner on the Bridge, but no one saw this person... it was unimportant.

"Commander Dameron has docked and the remaining B-Wings have docked in the supply ship." the female pilot called. "We're all clear to make the jump!"

Leia nodded. "Then make it."

At the Docking Bay of the Raddus...

Armitage was a bit on edge ever since the Listener had flown out to get that Dreadnought down. He felt like he couldn't breathe.

The breath rushed back into his lungs when he saw the black painted X-Wing land in the bay. He'd never ever felt such a relief when someone returned.

"What did I tell ya?" Dameron asked as he approached the former Imperial General.

Hux sighed. "I know, I know, you can fly anything."

The Latin looking man smiled brightly at him. "You know, I've got to report to the bridge. I'll catch up with you later, okay?"

"Okay." the redhead said, watching the newly discovered Skywalker son sprint away through the halls in his piloting uniform and people on the side lines clapped for him. Then, in the corner of his eyes, he catched the distraught expression of an Asian looking girl. He frowned at it, not understanding why her expression was like that. But when he turned around to ask, the girl was gone.

Armitage hadn't had a good look at her, since he'd only seen her face and a part of her scarf which had been covered in oil. Maybe he could find her later and find out why she'd been that upset in a moment of victory for her people.

I hope it was worth the wait... anyone ideas of how I can do this better? Every kind of advice is welcome. You can PM me or leave behind a review.
