They walked in and saw 8 different doors. They were each different colors and had a different kind of lock beside the doors. "This. Is my secret section," Katherine announced. "So," she turned to them, "what'd you think?" Tecna was failing and expressing words because of the large computer across the room. Literally, her mouth was moving, but nothing came out. It had so many different buttons and a screen was above them. Katherine walked over to a light purple door with a number padlock. No one could see what she typed in, it was so fast, but it was 12-10 (Bloom's Birthday). When the door opened it was another computer, but this one was more like the simulator. Katherine was smiling. "Who wants to go first? Sky?"

The young king look up. "I'd my happy to, m'lady," he said, taking her hand and was about to kiss it.

Riven scowled. "Sure. He gets to go first because he's the prince.

Katherine pulled back her hand before his lips could touch them. She rubbed her hand. Katherine's smile was gone, leaving no trace of there ever being one. "It matters not what you do, you are not, and never will, be my favorite specialist! This is not a popularity contest. Now, will you please get in before I allow the next one to." There was no emotion in her voice. It made her all the more frightening.

Sky dipped his head and Saladin was taken back at her words. Katherine sighed in frustration. 'Saladin' leaned over to Faragonda, Griffin was in between them so she heard. "Is she always like this?" Griffin awaited her response that didn't come from Faragonda's headmistress's mouth.

"No, she is not. And she also isn't deaf," Katherine emotionlessly said, never looking away from the screen in front of her. The thing was, she wasn't looking at the buttons as she typed. She simply watched as Sky was failing at dodging the holograms being thrown at him. "He's supposed to a trained king," Katherine muttered under her breath. She stopped it all together. Sky walked out. "That was disappointing. Riven, you're next."

As Riven was heading to the door, Katherine hestiated. "Riven, wait," she called. She nodded her head to a position over by a wall when he looked at her. He nodded and followed her. When they were out of listening range, Katherine dropped her head and her voice. "Don't focus on trying to show up Sky. Don't focus on trying to impress Musa. Don't do anything flashy. It will tire you out. If"- she looked up into his violet eyes- "you just watch and listen, you'll be fine. Don't try to force the holografic spears to bump into each other. Just dodge. I turned off the damage effect for Sky. I'm going to turn it back on for you. It can hurt you. Dodge them, that's all you need to do," she explained.

Riven nodded and they walked back. He stood at the door and went in when Katherine nodded to him. Katherine started to press buttons and holograms shot at him. He dodged every one of them.

"I've never been able to get him to be this close to beating Sky. What'd you tell him?" Codatorta asked, astonished.

Katherine looked over her shoulder. She raised an amused eyebrow. "I simply gave him some much needed tips." Her gaze returned to the screen where Riven dodged another spear. Sky walked up behind her and was about to lay an angry hand on her shoulder. "Don't even think about it, Blondie," she said emotionlessly again. This time it caused Griffin to take a step back.

Sky drew his hand back. "Why didn't you give me the same tips? And why should I be scared of you?" Riven had walked out just in time to hear the questions.

Katherine looked up from the buttons. She let Riven use the chair she was just in and faced Sky. "First off: I didn't give you the same tips because you didn't and don't need them. Second off: you failed that"- she pointed to the computer- "at level 4! I passed it with flying colors at level 19. And 3rd off..." In a flash, Katherine was behind Sky. He had his arm twisted behind his back and Katherine's elbow digging into it. "Just so you know, I've had 2 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours. Now, imagine me at full strength." She let go of him, and it didn't take long for them to figure out she paralyed Sky. Katherine leaned on the wall. "I must say: I'm really starting to love my work," she declared. She looked at a shocked Saladin. She smiled. She looked at Griffin who was also shocked. "He looks better this way."

Bloom looked at her ex-best friend in horror. "He's paralized?"

Katherine looked at Bloom. "Sounds better too."

"Un-paralize him!"

Katherine shrugged. She walked over to Sky, put a hand on his shoulder, and for no reason Sky fell forward. "Imagine me at full strength," she repeated. Sky stood up and tested all his nerves.

There was a strange 'beeping' sound and, for the first time since the group arrived, Katherine looked worried. In another flash, Katherine was nowhere in sight. There was more beeping from the same direction. They went to the room and saw Katherine watching the buttons she was pushing, sometimes she looked up at the screen. Worry was written across her face.

"What? What is it?!" Stella demanded.

Katherine looked over her shoulder and they were able to see the tiredness in her face. She drew a shaky breath. "Blade," she declared. Upon their confused faces, she explained, "He doesn't have magic, but he's... my 'bad guy'."
