The trap is sprung.

''This looks like the place we want to be'' Section noted looking through a door and seeing various weapons inside.

''Yep, looks like we hit the jackpot'' Harper grinned.

''Keep your guard up'' Salazar warned.

The SEAL team moved cautiously through the arms locker. They placed three large sports bags onto a steel table.

''Ok let's fill one of these bags with grenades, and other equipment. Another with rifles, shotguns, and pistols. The third with extra clips and some bullet proof vests'' Section told his team.

''Sounds good'' Harper smiled, walking over to some rifles that were on the wall. Soon they had managed to fill the three bags with various equipment and weapons. The voice of Yuri suddenly sounded across the radio.

- ''Everyone just to warn you, we have three enemy Hinds heading this way.''

''We'd better get back to Price" Salazar told the other two.

Suddenly they heard a small thump behind a pair of metal doors next to the arms locker.

''What was that?" Harper asked as the three of them aimed their weapons at the doors.

"I don't know. Harper check it out" Section ordered. Harper walked over to the pair of doors and pulled them, however they didn't budge.

"It's locked" he told them.

"Shoot the lock then" Salazar smiled sarcastically. Harper shot the lock of the doors and kicked them open. Immediately the stench of death hit him, he paid little heed to it though as he saw in the room a hoard of zombified policemen had turned to face him.

"Oh shit!" He yelled, stumbling back and firing his weapon at the zombies as they began to charge at him.

"What the fuck!?" Section shouted as he too fired at the zombies; "Fall back, fall back" The three of them backed off from the undead hoard attacking them.

"Where the hell did these guys come from!?" Salazar cried, firing with one hand as the three of them were being slowly being pushed back by the incredible amount of zombies.

"Looks like the entire police force has been zombified" Harper grunted kicking back a zombie that got too close.

Section suddenly had an idea, as he spotted the sports bag, that had grenades in it, that Salazar was carrying.

"Salazar throw that bag into the zombies, now!" He ordered.

"But what about the grenades and other equipment?" Salazar asked, looking confused.

"That's a fucking order, just do it!" Section bellowed. Salazar tossed the bag into the undead hoard. Section felt like everything was going in slow motion as he aimed at the bag that was falling between the zombies. He pulled the trigger of his PDW sending a couple of rounds in to the bag. Everything sped up as the bag detonated in a ball of fire and shrapnel, tearing through the zombies around it. Section, Salazar, and Harper were thrown back out into the hallway. They didn't have time to recover however as the surviving zombies scrambled to their feet and began advancing on the SEAL team. The three soldiers stood up and opened fire on the zombies. As they did so however, more zombies pushed out of the offices that were along the hallway and charged at the three soldiers.

''Fucking hell, we need to find Price, and get out of here now!'' Harper shouted as the three of them fell back from the undead creature overwhelming them. They ran down the hallway with the zombies in hot pursuit.

"Price, this is Section!" The SEAL team leader shouted into his radio.

-"Yeah, we just saw the whole thing on the camera" Price replied, knowing what Section was about to say to him.

"It was a trap! Where shall we regroup?" Section asked, turning round briefly to fire a couple of shots at the police force of the dead behind them.

-"Make your way towards the police car park; we'll meet you on the way!" Price ordered.

-"Roger see you there!" Section replied. The three of them ran down a couple more hallways, turning every now and then to cut down a few zombies.

"There's the exit!" Salazar shouted, as he spotted the front doors of the station. Suddenly Price, Evan, Gaz, and Farid at the bottom of the staircase they had taken in search of the CCTV room.

"Move your arses, let's go!" Price yelled, firing his Desert Eagle at a couple of zombies before running with the others towards the front doors.

"Come on, come on!" Gaz bellowed, barging through the doors, and holding them open while the others ran through. He fired a few shots into the pursuing zombies before running to re-join the others, who were running towards the car park.

"Yuri, Marlton! What's the situation with those choppers!?" Price yelled into his radio.

-"They're close Price! Yuri and I are heading back to the village centre now" Marlton replied.

"Alright, get there quick otherwise you'll be left behind!" Price answered. The seven of them ran into the car park and saw ten police vans.

"We'll only be able to take six" Section noted, remembering that Evan was still only learning to drive.

"Right, everyone to a van, except Evan, you're with me" Price told them.

"Evan catch!" Harper shouted to the brown haired teenager, throwing him a police MAS FR F2 bolt action rifle. Evan began to run towards the van that Price was getting into, but stopped for a second in horror as the zombie hoard that was pursuing them tore round the corner of the building. He aimed down the rifles sights and focused on one of the zombies heads. He pulled the trigger, and not used to the recoil stumbled back. He did however managed to score a headshot on one of the undead creatures, causing it to fall down dead.

"Evan, move your arse and get into the bloody van!" Price yelled at him. Evan ran to Price's van and jumped in.

"We don't have the keys!" Evan told the Captain, while cycling the bolt of his rifle.

"Relax, police vans usually have a spare" Price reassured him, pulling down the sun guard and grabbing a pair of keys. He slammed them into the van and turned on the ignition. The six vans screeched out of the car park, running over a few zombies for good measure.

"Evan tell everyone that we're on our way back" Price told the teen.

"Everyone, this is Evan, we're making our way back with transport now, make ready to leave!" Evan shouted the radio.

-"Price we have zombies right on our tails... shit those bastards can run fast!" Harper informed.

"I'll deal with it!" Price yelled; "Evan how well can you drive?"

"Uh, my driving instructor said that I may be able to take my test in a few more lessons..." Evan answered.

"Good enough, take the wheel" Price ordered.

"What!?" Evan squeaked.

"Just do it!" Price snapped, opening the door of the van and leaning out with his Scar-L. Evan grabbed the wheel and made sure they kept moving. Price fired into the speeding zombies, cutting down a fair few. As he cut down the undead monsters he remembered back to his mission in Beirut.

"Clear right" Gaz told the British-Russian co-joint team.

"Clear left" Price added, as the team stalked their way through the sewer in search for Yazid Rehan the terrorist leaded of a group known as The Second Dawn.

"Let's keep moving" Captain Baskov hissed impatiently. They moved through the underground system, trying to make as little noise as possible. They eventually came to a couple of forks in the path.

"Hmm looks like we're going to have to split up" Captain MacMillan observed.

"No, we stick together" Baskov growled.

"And risk wasting precious time we have because of your poor leadership" MacMillan snapped, squaring up to the Russian Captain; "If we split up then we cover more ground and thus have a higher chance of finding Yazid" the Scottish Captain let a small smile come on his stubbled face; "or would you rather us just go and leave you to search for him yourself? Baring in mind of course that you were the ones who asked for our help"

Baskov's mouth opened and closed like a fish for a couple of seconds, before letting out an annoyed snort; "Fine... as you wish Captain" he growled through gritted teeth. MacMillan smiled and began to divide the soldiers to go down the four forks.

"Price, Gaz you take the far right fork" he order the two soldiers.

"Kamerov go with them" Baskov told the Russian soldier he had spoken to previously.

"I assume that you want to come with me?" MacMillan addressed Baskov.

"Da, of course" Baskov grunted.

"Alright then, everyone, remember if you run into any trouble, or you find something then radio us" MacMillan told the group. With that everyone split up down the forks.

Price, Gaz and Kamerov moved through the sewer in silence, scanning every nook and cranny. Kamerov suddenly tripped on something. Price and Gaz immediately raised their weapons and scanned the area, before turning to the Russian soldier.

"What the hell are you doing man?" Gaz hissed at Kamerov, helping him up; "You trying to get us killed?"

"I am sorry, I didn't see the wire" Kamerov winced, pointing his torch at the wire that he tripped over.

"Be careful next time, we don't know who we will run into down here" Price told the Russian. The suddenly heard harsh whispered voices ahead. The three of them aimed their weapons in the direction of the voices, however they couldn't see anything. The three advanced slowly forward getting closer to the sources of the voices.

"...In any case Captain, ever since you and your unit have gotten here you have done nothing but slow me down and take me for a fool" they heard Captain Baskov's voice bark. The three soldiers then heard the sound of someone being slammed against the stone wall of the sewer.

"And you Captain have done nothing but ridicule myself and my unit. Might I like to remind you that this is a JOINT mission, not a Russian led one. Now I suggest that you get that into your thick skull and start showing some respect, otherwise I won't hesitate to beat the arrogance out of you! Am I clear?" The three heard Captain MacMillan's voice scold.

Gaz laughed quietly; "Looks like Mac put Baskov in his place" he smiled. They saw a hole in the wall that lead to one of the other forks, it was blocked off however by an iron fence. The briefly saw the backs of the two Captains moving through the tunnel.

"Come on let's keep moving" Price told the other two.

"I'll take point" Kamerov told them.

"Alright, but don't get us killed" Gaz sighed. As they continued through, Price's sense of uneasiness grew.

"How long are they going to be?" Nixon groaned.

"I don't know, but I hope they arrive here soon" Chloe answered.

"I do not like this, some evil lurks in the shadows" Reznov murmured.

"Hey look, there's some of them now" Finn O'Leary pointed towards a group of people riding a milk van. The Rangers and Delta squad jumped off the vehicle.

"Has anyone else arrived back yet?" Sergeant Foley asked.

"No you're the first back" Chloe replied.

"Wait, there's more of them over there" Dimitri pointed at Soap, Takeo, Daniel and Sadie running back towards them.

"Did you find anything?" Roach asked the three.

"Yeah, the villagers were kidnapped by the enemy during the night" Daniel answered.

"Something really doesn't feel right" Soap voiced.

"Evil lurks in this place... I sense a trap" Takeo said darkly.

"Shit! Does Price know?" Roach asked, going pale faced.

"Not yet" Soap answered.

"Daniel! Is Lara, Evan and the others back yet?" They heard Rosie call to her brother as she, Dempsey, Nikolai, Sullivan, Roebuck, Polonsky and Miller ran over to them, bags full of supplies.

"No not yet. Looks like you lot have done well" Daniel replied.

"Thanks. What's going on though? We heard Yuri mention enemy Hinds" Rosie told her older brother.

"I don't know, but Takeo reckons this whole thing is a trap" Daniel answered.

"There's Lara and the others" Rosie pointed towards the red haired girl along with Richtofen, Ghost, Briggs and Hudson.

"Get everything you needed?" Dempsey asked the group that had run over to them.

"Most of it, yeah" Lara smiled.

"Ve need to get out of here, it's a trap" Richtofen warned.

"Yeah, we know" Daniel told the crazed German; "The villagers were kidnapped by the enemy"

"Hey, is everyone here!?" They turned to see Marlton and Yuri running towards them.

"We're just waiting for Evan, Price, Gaz, Farid and the SEAL team" Lara informed.

"They're en-route with some Police vans" Marlton filled them in. Suddenly one of the enemy Hinds flew over them, guns blazing.

"Shit! Everyone take cover!" Sandman shouted. The group split and ran for the cover of the buildings around the fountain. The second and third Hinds flew over, firing rockets and destroying the fountain, sending water everywhere.

"Where the hell are the others with that transport!?" Woods shouted as he tried to fire at one of the hovering Hinds, to no avail.

"Polonsky, Miller use your Ray Guns!" Michael Rooker yelled at the two wonder weapon weilding Marines. Polonsky shifted out of cover slightly and tried to shoot one of the helicopters rotor blades. The Hind however smoothly dodged the blasts and fires a couple of rockets in return, causing Polonsky to dive for cover again. The same was for Miller too.

Polonsky aimed precisely for the body of a Hind that was firing its machine gun at Miller who was hiding. He pulled the trigger of the alien gun.

Click!

"Fuck! I'm out of Ray!" He cried, jumping behind cover again; "Miller, how many rounds you got left!?"

Miller look at his Ray Gun; "Shit, I've only got one round left!" he shouted back.

"Use it wisely kid!" Sullivan advised. Suddenly six Police vans came screeching around a corner and into the village centre. Price leaned out of the window of one of the vans.

"What are you waiting for!? Get in the bloody vans!" The British Captain yelled at the group.

"We'll have to go in groups of five to a van to avoid everyone going to one van and getting picked off!" Dempsey shouted. The six groups of five prepared to make a run for the vans, while those who stayed behind prepared to give them covering fire. The groups ran while the rest opened fire on the helicopters, forcing them to swerve for cover against the barrage of bullets. The six groups made it to the vans, opened the back doors and climbed in. The rest split into six groups and ran for the vans as well. They successfully made it and climbed in to the vans.

"Is that everyone? Good then let's go!" Price shouted, slamming a foot on the accelerator, and leading the convoy of Police vans through the village, with the Hinds close behind them.

-"Someone get rid of those fucking Hinds!" Harper shouted through his radio.

"Price, we got zombies ahead!" Evan yelled as he spotted the zombified Police hoard tearing round a corner and charging at them.

"Shit! Everyone floor it!" Price shouted. He and the other drivers smashed into the undead creatures, bathing the fronts of their vans in blood. A couple of zombies jumped up and latched onto the side of the vans.

"Bugger off meat head!" Evan shouted, firing his M1911 into one of the zombies heads, killing it. The convoy speeded onto the open road with the helicopters close behind.

"Someone get rid of those bloody choppers!" Price ordered. Miller kicked the back doors of the van he was in open and tried to aim for the Hinds. Suddenly a zombie jumped up into the van and onto Miller.

"Shit!" Miller shouted, dropping his Ray Gun. Soap shot the zombie off Miller, while Lara picked up the Ray Gun and aimed for one of the Hinds. She pulled the trigger slowly, sending green plasma flying into the rotors of one of the helicopters, causing it to jerk and spin out of control into one of the other Hinds sending the two helicopters smashing into the ground in a flaming heap. The third Hind fired rockets at the van below, however the vans avoided the rockets. Marlton aimed for the pilot of the attack helicopter with his DSR 50 sniper rifle. He fired, sending the bullet smashing into the pilot, causing the Hind to crash land. The groups cheered as they sped away from the village.

"Whew, that was tight" Evan sighed in relief as he slumped back in his seat.

"Just another day in the office" Price smiled dryly. He thought back to his mission in Beirut in 1989.

"Come on this way, I know where we need to go" Kamerov said as he led Price and Gaz through the sewer.

"Do you Russian?" Gaz asked in a sceptical tone.

"Da, this way" Kamerov reassured them. The Soviet soldier led the SAS soldiers this way and that. They eventually came to a small room with multiple exits.

"Great, we're lost!" Gaz moaned; "I thought you knew where to go, Russian!"

I do, just give me a minute to think!" Kamerov snapped back.

"Will you both shut up! Or do you want to get us killed?" Price hissed.

"Come on, this way" Kamerov insisted. He led them down one of the exits. They walked down a short tunnel, before coming to another small room. This time however it was a dead end.

At this, Gaz finally lost his temper. He grabbed Kamerov and slammed against the wall, pointing a pistol at him; "I have just about had enough of you leading us down one wrong way and then another Russian! Tell me do you actually know what you're doing or are you just making it up as you go along!?"

Before Kamerov could answer however, the trio heard an evil laugh; "Such division... creating a war between the super powers will not be difficult at all"

They all turned to see a group of men walk out of the shadows of the tunnel they had just come down. At the centre of these men was a medium built man, who had a jet black goatee, and jet black hair that was tied up at the back. He had cruel features and a wicked smile that showed yellowing teeth to match. His brown eyes were filled with malice as he surveyed his prey.

"Yazid Rehan I presume?" Price asked, civilly.

"You presume correct" Yazid laughed, pointing his pistol at Price; "And who are you?"

"Sergeant John Price of the 22nd SAS unit" Price introduced himself.

"A pleasure... Now where is the rest of your unit Sergeant?" Yazid asked.

"What you see here" Price lied, gesturing to Gaz and Kamerov.

Yazid laughed unconvinced; "Don't lie to me boy. I know the SAS don't hire Soviet soldiers amongst their ranks" the terrorist leader looked at his soldiers; "Take them!" He ordered. The other terrorists lunged at the three soldiers, disarming them and dragging them through the sewer. As they came to the small room they had visited earlier, Kamerov broke free from his captors and made a run for it down one of the exits.

"After him!" Yazid yelled. Two of his soldiers ran after the fleeing Russian, while the rest of them carried on.

"Bloody coward" Gaz grunted.

"Be quiet English!" One of the soldiers snapped.

"I assume you both now realise that this whole thing is just a trap for you" Yazid told the two soldiers; "I conjured up that whole encrypted message story so that I would have the perfect culprits for my bomb. How do you think I would be able to convince the Arab leaders to wage war on the super powers without a couple of corpses to show as evidence?"

Price and Gaz dragged into a large room, filled with crates, and more terrorist soldiers. The two were forced into a pair of wooden chairs, and had their hands tied behind them.

"So let me get this straight" Gaz began; "You lured us here with that encrypted message, so you could kill us and make it look like we were killed in action so you could frame us to make it look like we, and the U.N. set of your bomb, so that you can start a war with the west?"

"Indeed, but of course I will need more than just you two to convince the world, so where is the rest of your unit?" Yazid smirked.

"I told you, it is just me, Gaz, and Kamerov" Price lied. As he did so he felt that the rope binding him had been poorly tied.

"Don't lie to me!" Yazid yelled, snapped a hand across Price's face; "Where is the rest of your unit!?"

"I'm not telling you anything" Price growled.

"Fine, then let your comrade here suffer for your silence" Yazid smirked, pulling out a knife and slamming it into Gaz's thigh.

"Argh, you low life bastard! I'll kill you, you piece of shit!" Gaz cried out in pain.

"Shh, boy, the grown-ups are talking" Yazid grinned wickedly; "now, unless you want me to drag this knife through his entire leg, tell me where the rest of your unit is!?"

"Don't tell 'em a damn thing!" Gaz told Price through gritted teeth. Yazid grabbed the knife embedded in Gaz's thigh and twisted it slightly, causing the SAS soldier to cry out in pain. Before Price could say anything however, a loud arrogant Russian accented voice boomed through the room.

"Yazid Rehan, by order of the Soviet government, under the charges of terrorism, illegal weapon movements, and threatening of the peace, I, Captain Baskov, am here to arrest you" the Russian Captain marched into the room, along with the rest of his unit. There was no sign however of MacMillan or the other SAS soldiers.

"You have got to be joking?" Gaz grunted, dumbfounded by Baskov's lack of stealth and precision, as he strutted up to Yazid weapon aimed at the terrorist leader. His unit aimed their weapons at the other terrorists.

"Where's Mac and the others?" Price asked Baskov.

"We ditched them ages ago, couldn't let you British have all the glory" Baskov laughed. Price suddenly noticed a small flash in the ventilation shaft on the wall, he looked round and saw another shaft, and immediately knew who was in there.

"What makes you think I'm going to go down without a fight, after everything I have worked for?" Yazid asked, pulling out a pistol and aiming it a Baskov's head. Baskov laughed confidently.

"I know your kind, you are too cowardly to even pull the trigger. You won't kill me" The Russian Captain raised an eyebrow at Yazid. Yazid laughed quietly.

"Such ignorance" he smirked, before pulling the trigger and shooting the Soviet Captain in the head. The Russian soldiers were in complete shock as they watched their Captain fall down dead onto the cold floor.

"Now that, that pest has been dealt with, kill the rest of them" Yazid ordered his men who had weapons aimed at the Russians.

"I don't think so laddie!" the all heard a Scottish voice shout. Suddenly four of the terrorists fell down dead from silenced weapons.

"What the hell?" Yazid shouted as the two mesh coverings of the ventilation shafts were kicked out and four SAS soldiers jumped into the room.

"Kill them! Kill them all!" Yazid shouted in panic. Just as a firefight began to unfold, Price freed his hands from the ropes. He jumped up and kicked Gaz's chair to protect him from the bullets. Price then launched himself at Yazid and wrapped his hands around the terrorist leader's neck. Price used all his strength to keep his enemy down.

"N... No... No" Yazid choked as Price strangled the life out of him. A few tense seconds passed before Yazid stopped struggling, and went limp. When the saw that their leader was dead, the terrorists began to flee from the scene. The SAS soldiers cheered in victory, while the Russian soldiers moved to tend the body of Baskov. Price walked over to Gaz, who was still tied up to the knocked over chair.

"Cheers" Gaz thank Price as the Sergeant untied him.

"Well done lads" MacMillan praised the two, as he walked over to them. Gaz grabbed the knife that was protruding from his leg and pulled it out, grunting in pain as he did so.

"Let's get this bandaged up" MacMillan said, pulling out some bandages. They looked round to see Kamerov run into the room.

"Looks like the cavalry has just arrived" Price smirked.

"Bloody coward abandoned us" Gaz grunted through gritted teeth as MacMillan treated his leg.

"Never mind him" MacMillan told the wounded soldier; "You two have done exceptionally today. Remember that I told you that you had potential Price? Well you have shown it today lad"

A while later, after sorting a few things out, such as defusing the explosives, burning the terrorist's bodies and helping the Russians to bring Captain Baskov's body out of the sewer, the SAS team were aboard their helicopter on the way home.

"When we get back, I'll see if I can get promotions for the pair of you" MacMillan addressed Price and Gaz. The two smiled happily. For now they could rest.

"MacMillan was like a father to me... humph doubt I'll see the old bastard again" Price smiled as he finished his story.

"Wow... that's pretty awesome" Evan smiled.

Price gave a small smile; "Well that was a long time ago. Right now we need to focus on the war with Samantha. Rosie what's the situation with Belgium?"

-"Sam's forces are moving rapidly through the country, the Belgium Army has moved to counter the attack. This is going to be tight" Rosie answered over the radio.

"Hmm well we'd best keep our guard up" Price mused.

"Rosie how far are we from Belgium?" Evan asked.

-"We have just arrived at the border" Rosie replied.

"Well everyone, welcome to Belgium" Evan announced.

To be continued?
