HEY GUYS! So I finally updated! Yay! please let me know what y'all think!
Tony felt like a ton of bricks just landed on his chest, "Wh-what?" He stammered still trying to process everything.
"Yeah, she went back to Israel. Said something about should have known better and will be glad to go back." McGee said nonchalantly, he then paused what he was doing and looked at him. "She did seemed pretty peeved particularly towards you when she came in... What did you do?"
"NOTHING." Tony exclaimed, "I just over slept and missed out on our plans. I didn't thing she would leave the country for that though!"
"Yeah that seems pretty strange." McGee said before heading back to work.
Tony felt the note in his hand, which he momentarily forgotten, feel like a million pounds. He threw is stuff behind his desk and quickly ripped open the envelope and started reading.
Tony,
It is obvious now that you love her more. But in case this should happen again do not make promises you cannot keep... Someone will always end up getting hurt.
Ziva
Tony was confused out of his mind. What the hell did she mean? He left Wendy! And she left all because he over slept?! There is something he was missing and Tony promised himself he would figure it out. "McGee! When does her flight leave?" Tony asked frantically.
"Give me a second-"
"I don't have a second I need to talk to her now!" Tony practically begged.
"She is booked for a flight to leave at 2:10, but Tony that leaves in 20 mins and it takes that long to get there." When McGee looked up to meet his eyes he saw that he already left.

Ziva was close to crying. Close. But she did not want to give him that satisfaction. She was infuriated at him and herself. She had various and all because she let her heart lead her instead of her head. She wishes that she could have been able to resist his charm. Smile . Everything. But she never felt that way with someone before. She was instantly attracted to him. Ziva would admit that to herself, she did want him to be hers in every way possible, but during their time together she could tell that the feeling was mutual. The only thing that stopped them was... Of course his fiancé Wendy. Just thinking of Tony and Wendy being together made her skin crawl and blood boil. Yes, she under stood that rightfully Tony belonged to Wendy and it was wrong to be with Tony. But he promised her happiness and that was something she never had before. So the broken promise was what ultimately was hurt her in the end.
Ziva sat in the airport now head in her hands and hair cascading everywhere. She just wanted to get as far away from this place as possible and soon. So to it was a relief when she heard they were beginning to board. Ziva quickly stood up and started for the line when she heard a faint yell of her name from a distance. But when she turned nothing was there. She shook her head and mumble "False hope." And with that went back in line. She was next. She was ready to leave to get out of here. But was yanked from her spot almost fiercely. When Ziva went to confront (more like break the nose) of who ever had the audacity to do that to her she froze. It was Tony.
Breathless he began, "Ziva. Please. Don't go."
"Tony I get it you made your decision. Just leave me be." She went to turn but he grabbed her waist.
"No, Ziva please I don't get it all I was, was late how are you going to just get up and leave whe-"
"Wendy told me exactly why you were late!" Ziva yelled.
"Wh-what?" Tony asked confused.
"Wendy told me. She said you were too busy 'celebrating' and that just wore you out." Ziva said with sarcasm dripping off every word.
"Ziva I slept at McGee's last night and my phone died. I went there after I broke it off with Wendy." He then stepped towards her, "I left her for you, all I want is you."
Ziva felt a tug at her heart. Her eyes stung with tears. But instead of going with her heart she backed up. "No I- I have to go." Then quickly boarded the plane.
"Ziva wait please! I promise!" He pushed back by security, "Sir you can't go through with out a ticket."
Now was the decision that Tony had to make and quickly. He but he for some reason already knew the answer. So he flashed the man his badge and chased after her down the terminal tunnel and boarded the plane to Israel.
Tony began to search for her over the rows of faces but was cut off by a flight attendant, "You need to take your seat, sir." He show her your badge and then explained, "I am here on urgent business I can just take the jump seat till we land if that's okay."
The attendant just nodded. And lead him back towards the front of the plane. After giving one last look over the sea of faces he finally entered the cockpit and took a seat in the jump seat and shut the door. He had the next 12 hours to think of what to say to her.
***********************
After what seem like forever the flight finally landed. He quickly rushed out of the plane to make sure he wouldn't miss Ziva on the way out. Tony watched the sea of people move excruciatingly slow out of the planes door and down the flight of stairs. When he finally spotted her. And she looked beautiful. She had a genuine smile on her face when the breeze of the hot Israeli air hit her face and blew her wild main of curls around, but yet there was hint of sadness etched upon her beautiful features. Tony couldn't help but feel guilty when he saw this.
Ziva didn't even realize he was there until she was already down to the last step of stairs then froze. "Tony?"
Tony smirked, "Hey, sweet cheeks." Ziva just stood there shocked.
"Wh-what are you doing here." Ziva asked flabbergasted.
"I had a bunch of airline points and decided to take a relaxing to vacation after a long case and fight with girl of my dreams. Luckily, she had the same thing in mind." Through out his speech he walked towards her. Ziva was still on the stair steps so that made her almost the same height.
"Well that was a mistake." Ziva said trying to regain self control.
"Ziva, I have proof that I was not with Wendy last night." Tony then searched through his phone and found a picture McGee sent him through email. Apparently Tony found a complete fascination in McGee's webcam at ungodly hours. So in order to help he had Tim email the photos to him making sure the time a date were added. As he scrolled through the photos, he wasn't paying attention that Ziva was not looking. She realized how wrong she was.
Ziva gently pushed his hand down, "I called this morning wondering where you were and when Wendy answered, I snipped. I was afraid of getting hurt in the beginning and I am sorry I did not trust you."she then lowered her head. Tony didn't fell the heart in correcting her.
"Hey," Tony said lifting her chin gently, he was so close now that there was practically no space between them. "You mean a lot to me Ziva. I have never felt this way well with anyone actually." He then became even more serious, "Please don't leave me."
Ziva shook her head almost violently , she was struggling to keep the tears of joy back. And before Tony knew it she was hugging his neck fiercely. "I am so sorry." She explained.
Tony held her waist and the back other head. "Shh, I know."
When they finally pulled away They were still extremely close. Ziva had to level her heart rate from how close they were. Their moment was ruin ed with a clearing of a someones throat. Tony could feel Ziva stiffen in his arms. She stepped down the last step trying to give them both space. When Tony turned around he saw Ziva walking towards an older man.
"Shalom, Aba." She said quietly yet still confidence in her voice. Then her in the Man were speaking in rapid Hebrew. Tony could tell the older man was talking about him when he kept gesturing in his direction, and when this began to get heated that's when he decided to step in.
"Hello, I couldn't help but recognize that you were talking about me so i though i could introduce myself I am Tony DiNoz-" Tony was shortly cut off by the man.
"I know who you are." The man said in an angry fashion.
"Oh, well then do you mind telling me exactly who you are." Tony said as frustrated as possible.
Ziva stepped towards Tony and spoke cautiously. "Tony, this is the director of Mossad... and my father. I was supposed to meet him back at headquarters-"
"Yes, but I thought I would be a good father and pick my daughter up from the airport, but apparently she did not inform me that someone was doing that already." He said bitterly.
Tony and Eli looked as if they were sizing each other up in Ziva's eyes. Before Tony introduced himself she was being scolded for her apparently inappropriate behavior. Maybe it was a good thing he interrupted. When the unconfrotable silence became to much Ziva finally spoke. "I am going to take Tony to a hotel, so he can rest. I will then discuss this with you later, Father." Ziva grabbed Tony's arm and dragged him towards the baggage claim.
"Well that was fun." Tony smirked.
"This is not funny, Tony." Ziva chided, "You are lucky he did not shoot you where you stood." she quickly grabbed her bag. They made their way towards the taxi pickup. Tony saw how rigid Ziva was, he knew that was stressful for her and he didn't mean to make it worse. so once they were in the cab he spoke. "Sorry to cause you trouble Ziva. I hope coming didn't make things worse." He felt Ziva grab his hand and squeeze it gently , Tony met her eyes and saw a beautiful smile on her face.
"Do not worry. Now lets get you back to my apartment so you can rest." she said gently.
"But I thought.." Tony's voice faltered.
"Oh please!" Ziva snorted. "I only said that because my father was there."
"I knew there was something I liked about you, David." Tony smiled as he threw and arm around her shoulder.
