Beth knew she should stay far from Merle Dixon, but he's starting to grow on her. And what of the other Dixon brother? Obviously an AU fic, where Merle and Beth both live longer than AMC has written. Begins at the end of Season 3. This is a mix of complete smut and genuine plot, so there are some chapters without sexual scenes, but I hope you enjoy. :) Rated M for obvious reasons.

14. PSA

*This is not a chapter update, but in light of tonight's episode, I knew I needed to write this down. WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD for anyone who hasn't seen the mid season finale yet.*

Okay. So wow. I still haven't quite processed this. I have cried for going on 2 hours now, and I just can't stop thinking about it. She's gone. Like, not coming back, gone for good. I just keep seeing Daryl's face, and then Emily's too on the Talking Dead. I'm upset at AMC and Robert, but this is how life goes. Sometimes we don't know why or how people do things, but clearly they have a bigger plan. They will make sure Beth's legacy lives on. And if they don't? We will. It will take a lot of courage and heart and love, but we will do it.

That being said, I might have to take a step back from the story for a while. I can hardly type this, let alone write about her. I tend to write better in the off season, so I'm sure I'll be at it soon, but for now. I can't believe she's gone.
