Mercury was on a hill watching the Fire Kingdom from a distance. "Before I do this, I need to end this." (you'll know wht she is talking about "Before i do this" means soon.) Mercury ran at the speed of light down the hill towards to kingdom.
Flame Princess sat on her throne bored to death unitl someone shouted her name and said, "Are you ready?" Flame Princess got up and turned around. She saw Mercury with blood (or lava whatever!) on her hands and mouth. Her guards were behind her dead and her father was on his hands and knees next to her. "Let him go! Now!" Princess stood up and ordered her. Mercury grinned. "Of course!" Mercury jabbed her claws into his neck and literally ripped out his throat. Flame gasped in horror and this made Mercury happy. She dug her claws in the back of his head and bit deeply into his neck, taking off a huge peice of flesh. She let him go and he fell onto the floor, dead. "You son of a-!" Princess was interupted with her father's body being thrown at her. "YOU KILLED MY MOTHER! YOU WILL PAY!" Mecury screamed at her. Flame Princess threw a fireball at Mercury and it didn't burn her, but the impact threw her back a bit. Merucry growl and ran towards her. Mercury jumped up and tackled her threw the castle wall.

Finn sat on his hospital bed with his shoulder patched up. Jake came in and sat on the bed. "Dude, you look down. What's up?" Finn looked at Jake dissappointedly. "Mercury... where is she?" Jake shrugged. Princess Bubblegum and her 2 banana guards entered the room in a rush. "Is Merucry here!?" She shouted. The boy and dog shook their heads. "Where is she?" Princess asked concerned and angered. "We don't know... Why?" Princess grabbed Finn's and Jake's hand and dragged them outside.

Flame Princess and Mercury were outside near the Ice Kingdom. "I don't care about your family or pack! You killed my father and took Finn from me!" Flame Princess was trying to punch her, but Mercury ducked each time. The 15th punch got Mercury in the stomach. While Mercury will bent or in pain, Flame Princess quickly grabbed her ears and banged her head on the ground twice. Mercury shook her off and cut Flame Princess's ankle. Flame Princess screamed in pain and fell to the ground with blood (or lava... who give a fuck!) oozing down her foot. "You think it would be that easy to defeat me? If so, you have another thing coming! You attacked my home, killed my mother, and disrespected me! I AM NOT AND SHALL NEVER BE A PET! You do not deserve to be a princess, you don't deserve to live! And above all-" She stood up. "-you do not deserve Finn.." Flame Princess's eyes widened. She frowned and stood up. "HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU!" She screamed as she turned into pure flames and began to grow bigger. Mercury growled at her as sne backed away from her.

Princess Bubblegum, Finn and Jake were outside. "WHOA! Its so hot out here!" Jake shouted immediately sweating. "Exactly. That is because its a heat wave." She pointed into the distance. "Look over there. Near the Ice Kindom. It looked like a fire or explodsion. Its highly unusual. I want you to check it out. If you don't this heatwave will get worse and worse until its strong enough to burn every thing in its path. It will be no different than the Earth heading towards the sun!" Finn quickly sat on Jake's back and they began to run towards the sorce of the heatwave. "Don't worry Princess! We got this!" They ran off. "I hope so..." Jake looked a bit uneasy.

"Who do you think you are!" Flame Princess threw large fireballs at her. Mercury could only run for now. She fell down and one of the fireball hit her. (Like I said the fire can't hurt her) The pressure of the huge fireball on her back made her shout in pain that she has never felt before. After it disappeared, she hid behind a boulder. She was panting as she wipped her blood from her mouth. "STOP!" She heard someone scream. Her eyes widened and she looked to her left and saw Finn and Jake. "Finn! Get out off here! This is between me and her!" Flame Princess looked down at Finn. "Oh Finn! Have you come to claim me? To finally ditch this... MONSTER!" Her voiced boomed. "How many times have I told you! I. LOVE. MERCURY!" Finn shouted. Flame frowned and sreamed towards the sky. "FINE! STICK WITH HER! YOU CAN JOIN HER IN HELL!" She threw a fireball at him. Jake and Finn stood there in shock. Suddenly, they were wrapped in someone's arms and her screaming. Once the screaming stopped, they looked at the person who fell to their knees. "Mercury?" Finn whispered. (Hint for something later: She is only getting shot in the back) She gave them a weak smile. It seemed like she was keeping herself awake. "If you love something... you would protect it... even.." She looked up at him. Blood was coming from her mouth and back. "At the cost of your life.."

Finn eyes widened and tears threatened to fall from his eyes. "How sweet! This is what I'd do for you Finn (But you just tryed to kill him!... Sorry.. continue reading...) She is just playing you! Her mother is dead is what she keeps reminding me! Like I give a-" "Shut up.. don't you dare talk about my loved ones.." Mercury's bangs were infront of her face so you couldn't see her face, but you could see tears falling off her chin and her pressing her teeth together. Her fangs and teeth were getting sharper. "Why? Its over anyway! Your mother is dead because of me and I don't care! I took you from your father and half of your pack is dead now! Let me also tell you this! Princess Bubblegum killed your REAL mother and I am the one who told her to! All you have is your missing father who may be dead! Who am I kidding! HE IS DEAD!" (I know they have dots for eyes...) Mercury's eyes turned red. Her claws grew, her tail and ears turned into pure fire and her hair grew even longer and the edges were also fire. She began to grow.

Flame was shocked. Mercury took advantage of that and tackled her to the ground. Next thing she knew, she was sinking her fanged deep into Flame Princess. She was kicking and screaming.

"Wha-What are you doing!?" Flame Princess screamed. Mercury couldn't control herself. She was so full of rage. "Finn and Jake get out of here!" She slammed her fist down and the strong wind from it knocked them away.

Mercury literally ripped out Flame Princess's throat. She couldn't scream in pain because of this action. She could only watch as Mercury was killing her slowly and making her suffer.

Flame Princess finally realized she was now being eaten alive. She wanted to shout stop and get away from this thing that was eating her. It didn't seem like Mercury anymore she has changed physically and mentally.

Flame Princess took her last breath and even though Mercury knew she was dead, she didn't stopped eating. When she did, she shrunk back to normal size, but still looking the same. The only difference was that she was soaked in blood.

Finn saw Mercury walking towards him and he ran to her. "Mercury!" He shouted. She used her tail to burn down a tree. It landed in between them. She stared at him sadly through the burning tree. "M-Mercury?" Finn pouted.

"I'm a monster." Was all he heard in the distance. When he ran around the tree and towards the direction she headed, he realized she was gone with no trace, but he did find what was left of Flame Princess. 'Is this why she called herslef a monster?' He thought.

Finn has seen Mercury only at night, staring at him through his window, but when he trys to go to her she always disappears. Her visits became fewer and fewer until they were rare. At the moment he was at the Candy Kingdom attending a party. He was sitting by himself thinking of Mercury. A cloaked figure sat next to him. It had a round stomach and was glowing threw the cloak. "Why aren't you happy?" It asked him without looking at him. Finn looked at them. "Why are you concerned?" He frowned. The figure chuckled. "Did you lose a loved one? Or are you always so grumpy, hero?" Finn stared at them for a minute and sighed. "I'm sorry... Yes, my girlfriend left and I have no idea where she has gone. I've checked her cav- home and her family wasn't there nor was she. I've haven't stopped looking though and I will never let this go." He clenched his fist. The figure laided a pale hand on his fist. The touch was familiar to him and he stared at the figure with widened eyes. His hand loosed up. "Let go." The figure said. It got up with a groan and its hand placed on its stomach. "I'm sure she still loves you, but you don't have to wait for her..." It glowed brighter and brighter forcing him to close his eyes. When he opened them, it was gone. Finn sat there in shock and confused. 'I want to see you once more..' He whispered..
