"No way, please tell me that light doesn't mean what I think it does." Crow said nervously.
"It does, but as long as we stick together we can kill the Emerald Eagle." Jack said riding up on his duel runner. "I saw the light, how many of them were there Crow?"
"It was Kalin and Misty, they both decided to try and use the power of the Earthbound Immortals to take down that overgrown green turkey." Crow said. "If they couldn't stop him what hope do we have?"
"We might not have the Crimson Dragon behind us anymore, but there has to be something we can do." Jack said. "The first thing to do is get everyone together. I might have an idea for what we can do to stop him."
"What's your idea Jack?" Carly asked.
"It's obvious that the Earthbound Immortals aren't strong enough to beat him, and I doubt our dragons will be able to do anything to him either." Jack said. "At least not on their own they won't."
"Wait a minute, what do you have in mind Jack?" Mina asked. "Even if all of the surviving dark signers met up with you and the other signers it won't be enough."
"That's why I wasn't talking about all of us working together." Jack said. "I can't create cards myself, but a dark signer can, or in this case a former dark signer."
"Wait, you mean me?" Carly asked in surprise.
"Yeah, if the worst happens our best bet is to try the unthinkable." Jack said taking a card out of his deck and handing it to Carly. "Hold onto this, and if we don't have any other options use it along with your Earthbound Immortal."
"Jack, what are you thinking?" Crow asked. "How in the world could giving away that card be a good idea at all?"
"It's our only option Crow, unless you have a better idea." Jack said calmly.
"He's right, that's our best option." Mina said.

"Akiza, we need to find the others and come up with a plan." Yusei said nervously. "Not even the Earthbound Immortals stood a chance against this Emerald Eagle."
"Yusei, we've always found a way to figure things out before." Akiza said. "I'm sure we can come up with a solution."
"I hope so Akiza, otherwise things are going to get a lot worse than they already are." Yusei said nervously. "I only hope Jack and the others are having better luck than we are."
"I'm sure they're alright, the important thing is making sure you're safe." Akiza said confidently.
"I guess, I wish our wedding day would have been less life-threatening." Yusei said. "You deserve a lot better."
"I know, but the important thing is we're together and we'll both be ok." Akiza said. "Plus the wedding wasn't until tomorrow, so we still have time."
"I guess." Yusei said. "Well for now it's getting dark, we should rest and make sure we have enough strength to stop the Emerald Eagle."
"You're right Yusei." Akiza said calmly.

"This is really bad Luna, we can't trust anybody in the city." Leo said. "How are we supposed to get to the others?"
"I don't know Leo, but we need to do something." Luna said. "Wait, what about the Spirit World?"
"That's it, we can go to the Spirit World and then from there we can get to the others." Leo said confidently.
"Exactly, the Emerald Eagle is here which means we'll be safe in the Spirit World." Luna said. "I only hope that we arrive where we need to before something bad happens."
With those words a flash of light enveloped the twins and they vanished.

"Jack, where are we going?" Crow asked. "Shouldn't we head towards the Satellite and make sure Yusei and Akiza are safe?"
"Those two are going to be fine. Yusei won't die anytime soon, and he'll make sure Akiza's safe too." Jack said. "The important thing is to make sure Leo and Luna are safe."
"He's right, it's the best option for now." Mina said. "Still we should be extremely careful."
"Exactly, that's why we're moving at night." Sherry said. "It's our best option to make sure that the Emerald Eagle doesn't notice us."
As Sherry said that, Carly drew the top card of her deck.
Fortune Fairy Chee, that couldn't be worse, Carly thought nervously.

"Luna, what are you doing here?" Regulus asked. "Is everything alright?"
"Far from it, the Crimson Dragon is gone." Leo said. "We need to find the others and find a way to stop this Emerald Eagle that wants to kill Yusei."
"I feared that was the case, still if you were able to enter the Spirit World that means we still have a chance to stop this Emerald Eagle." Regulus said just before Torunka and the Ancient Fairy Dragon appeared from the forest.
"Regulus has a point, however this Emerald Eagle is extremely dangerous." the Ancient Fairy Dragon said nervously. "Even here in the Spirit World the effects of his power are influencing events."
"The Ancient Fairy Dragon is correct Luna, this place is far from safe." Torunka said. "The two of you need to leave quickly, the most I can do is send you to your friends."
With those words Torunka's staff began to glow before Leo and Luna vanished in a flash of light.
"I hope for our sake they can come up with a solution." Regulus said. "If things continue at this rate the Spirit World will be destroyed."

"This should be a good place to rest, are you alright Akiza?" Yusei asked.
"I'm ok, but are you sure we should both fall asleep?" Akiza asked nervously. "I mean one of us should keep our eyes out for the Emerald Eagle."
"You're right, in that case I'll take the first watch." Yusei said. "You deserve some rest."
"Alright, thanks Yusei." Akiza said quietly lying against a tree and closing her eyes.
"Don't worry about a thing Akiza, everything will work out." Yusei said. "I promise."
(Everyone is attempting to come up with a plan to defeat the Emerald Eagle, but both the human world and the Spirit World are in danger. Next chapter Akiza will recall one of her first dates with Yusei. As always any reviews or critique is appreciated.)
