Ok people! After this the only idea I have left is a drama filled ark! Anyway I got a request from jasdevi's secret sissy to see the circus so here it is!
A few days had passed and Alfred's arm had finally healed. They were heading to the doctors to get his cast taken off. Problem was he clung to Arthur the whole way there and couldn't stop trembling. Doctors and saws where never a good mix in his mind.
Arthur hummed gently to him, trying to calm him down, "He won't even touch your arm, he'll only cut enough to take the cast off."
He knew this, somewhere in the depths of his mind, but right now his imagination was running free. Matthew watched him half with pity half amused.
Arthur continued to hum as he signed them in and sat in the waiting room. They sat there for about 15 minutes before being called. Arthur continued to hum as him, Matthew, and Alfred walked into the room.
The doctor came in a few minutes later to talk to them, then left to get the saw. Arthur had managed to pry Alfred off and set him on the bed but he wouldn't stay still. Matthew got fed up and climbed up with Al. He then grabed and hugged Al in a way to where it was hard for him to move. Al's good arm was pinned to his chest with his legs holding the others down. The cast arm was easily acessable though.
Arthur nodded to Matthew in thanks. Al squirmed some but Matt's hold wouldn't allow much movement. Alfred hid his face in Matt's shoulder trying hard not to hyperventilate.
Arthur rubbed soothing circles into Alfred's back. Hoping that would calm him down some. The doc came back and plugged the saw in. Al trembled harder when he heard it turn on. Arthur puts his head next to Alfred's and hummed Alfred's favorite lullaby when he was young.
The doc proceeded to cut off the cast. After making the cut he cracked it open and pulled it off.
Arthur smiled down at Alfred, "That wasn't so bad, was it?" As soon as the doc left with the saw and Matt let go, Alfred scratched his now free arm all over and worked his joints.
Arthur chuckled, "Better?" Alfred replies by moaning in relief. Arthur chuckled, "Good to hear."
The trip home was rather short. Alfred smiled the whole way though. Arthur smiled happily as well until they pull in.
Al runs in the house waving around his arm.
Francis looked over at the sound of the opening door, "Ah! Amerique has removed iz cast, oui?"
He bounced around, "I'm free! I'm free!"
Arthur walked in carrying Matthew, chuckling, "Indeed you are lad." Alfred runs over and hugs Arthur happy to have two arms again. Arthur smiles and pat's Alfred with one hand, holding Matthew with the other.
Matthew wiggles wanting to get down and play with Al. Arthur noticed Matthew's want and placed him on the ground. He takes off and tackles Alfred. Al laughs and starts wrestling with him. Arthur and Francis look down at the boys chuckling.
They tumble around ending up in the den where Francis left the tv on. A particular commercial popped on then. Arthur looked up in interest and followed as the fighting suddenly stopped.
It was a commercial for a circus. The boys where watching intently.
Arthur chuckled, and saw the price and date. He smiled, "Would you like to go?"
Alfred throws up his hands "Cool!" Matt tackles him again.
Arthur and Francis laughed, "Well, get your clothes ready for tomorrow, then."
They continue wrestling for a few minutes before rushing off to their room. Arthur smiled serenely as the boys rushed out.
The next day found the boys hopping around in excitement. Arthur and Francis were still asleep, in separate rooms of course.
The two split off to wake their respective parents. Matthew crawls on top of Francis and uses a lock of the Frenchman's hair to tickle his face. Alfred decided to go for the direct approach and glomps Arthur.
Francis chuckles and wakes up, looking at Matthew, while Arthur had less of a calming awakening. He woke up with an oof, and looked at the cause of his stomach pain, he never felt more sympathy for Spain, but he smiled at the chibi country nonetheless.
Awhile later they where ready to leave. Al was telling everyone about a conversation he had with an elephant at a circus once and the weird looks the adults kept giving him, all the kids thought it was funny though.
Arthur shook his head, but chuckled along with the story. Matthew listens laughing as well. He knew a few animal languages, but not nearly as many as his twin did.
Francis smiled down at the boys as he opened the car door for them. They rushed out giggling the whole way.
Arthur smiled, "Boys! Don't go to far! Stay with us!" They pause and wait for them. Arthur and Francis walked besides them as they waited for the line to shorten.
They wait through the line, buy tickets then get to their seats. Alfred watches the few animals they had out on the floor for people to take pictures with. It was too noisy to tell if they were talking though.
Francis and Arthur looks at Alfred and Matthew hoping they were having fun. They were having a blast! From the clowns to the acrobats. Alfred translated anything said during the animal acts. Matt giggles as he repeats the tigers talking smack to their trainer. Even Arthur gave a couple of chuckles from learning that elephants have foul mouths.
All too soon the show was over. The boys babbled on about the different acts as they worked their way out of the seats. Arthur picked up Alfred, and Francis picked up Matthew, keeping them close enough that they could still talk.
They got to the car and drove off. They stop on the way for lunch. The place wasn't Mc Donald's but it wasn't some five star place either.
Arthur got out of the car as Francis let the boys out. They followed along and went inside. A waitress led them to a table and handed out menus.
Arthur looked quickly through the menu and looked at the boys, "Boys, What would you like?"
"Burger!"
"Chicken!"
Arthur chuckled and gave the waitress their orders, allowing Francis to order for himself. The waitress left and came back with their drinks soon after. The four of them just talking with each other.
Arthur sipped his sweet tea, "My personal favorite was the acrobats."
"I've tried teaching Kuma to do tricks but it never works."
Francis laughed, "I don't think zhat Kuma would be willing to do tricks."
"I think he's just lazy." Al says.
They continued through lunch and went home. At the end of the day the boys were exhausted. Arthur and Francis smiled, picked the boys up and carried them to bed. They were tucked in and kissed goodnight, but they were already long gone.
