Lucy lay awake in her room, staring at the roof that hovered over her. She let out a loud sigh as she repositioned herself on her side. She throws her blankets off her, only to put them back on. She also turns her pillow over, hoping that side to be more comfortable; only to be disappointed that it is in fact the same as the other side, only a little colder.

She stops her motions when she hears a clink on her window. Her heart begins to race and her eyes go wide, slightly freaked out by the sudden noise. When she hears a second clink, she musters up all the courage she can and gets out of bed. She walks to the window and opens the curtain, then proceeds to open the window. She peeks her head out of her window to see someone standing outside of it.

"Lucy." The person calls out to the blonde.

"Who is there?" Lucy calls back down, the person stands in the light; letting Lucy to catch a glimpse of his pink hair.

"It's me Natsu."

"Why are you here Natsu?" She asks the man.

"Well…I have a job to do but I need a second person."

"Then go ask Gray."

"Are you kidding? Gray can barely button his shirt let alone help me with this job." Natsu scoffs.

"What do you want help with?" Lucy finally asked, causing Nasu grin from ear to ear.

"I need your help to derail a train."

Erza shivered as someone walked into the Direktors office, prompting her to put her sweater on.

"It's chilly out there." Erza says to the man who walked into the office. The man coldly stares at her and pushes past into the Direktor's office. The soldier and the Direktor both came out of the office within 5 minutes and went outside.

"You can just place them inside my office." Erza hears the Direktor say, shortly before men carrying crates walk into the building and then into the Direktor's office. About 6 more crates were carried in within the 10 minutes. Commandant Porla walks in after all the crates and is greeted by the Direktor.

"Commandant Porla, it's nice to see you once again." The Direktor says, shaking hands with the older man.

"You too Herr Mikazuchi." The commandant smiles and then looks over at Erza. "And who is this?"

"How rude of me." The director shakes his head. "This is Erza Scarlet. She works for me." Erza stands and shakes the Commandant's hand.

"I'm very pleased to meet you Commandant Porla." Erza fakes a smile.

"As am I."

"Erza will you go get us some champagne?" The Direktor asks.

"Yes Herr Direktor." Erza walked out from her desk and to the kitchens. She grabs two champagne glasses from the rack and pours champagne into both glasses, and brings it to the two men. She walks into the office and places the glasses on the mahogany table, silently. Erza looks up to see paintings resting against the walls.

"Thank you Erza, that will be all." The Direktor says as he notices the redhead. Erza lingers for a moment before processing the Direktor's words. She blinks out of her trance and leaves the room, shutting the door behind her. Still processing what she had seen.

Levy weaves through the tables, collecting empty glasses and bottles. Mira and Laxus had already gone upstairs for the night. She once recalls a time where Lisanna would help her clean up the cafe after closing, but not anymore. Lisanna was gone, and there was nothing any of them could do about it.

"Sorry we're closed." Levy calls out as she hears the door chime, signalling that someone had come in. Boots thumped against the ground in a none aggressive way.

"Well damn I came here looking for a drink." A familiar voice spoke. Levy looked up from the table she was wiping to see Gajeel standing at the entrance.

"Then you'll have to come back tomorrow." Levy went back to wiping the table. She listened for the sound of his boots leaving the building, but it never came. Levy goes on with her business, purposely ignoring Gajeel. She grabs a few bottles once she finishes with the table and takes the bottles back to the bar.

"No one to help you?" Gajeel asks, stepping away from the entrance.

"I haven't had someone help me in about 2 years, soon to be 3."

"What happened?"

"She was taken away." was all Levy said to him.

"Who was she?" Gajeel says as he takes a seat.

"Lisanna, she was Mira's sister and waited on tables with me."

"Why was she arrested?"

"What does it matter to you? You're apart of them, the same people who took so many people away and have killed men in front of their families."

"It matters to me because I work with the men who do these horrid things, but I am not one of them." Gajeel stands as he defends himself.

"Then why are you here? Why aren't you living comfortably in Berlin right now?" Levy asks aggressively.

"Because I didn't have a choice." Gajeel sighed. "My father said I owed it to the country, he fought in the Great War for Germany so I should do the same as we cleanse the world."

"Well sorry if I can't sympathize with you." Levy said as she made her way to the door. She opened it and stood next to it, waiting for Gajeel to leave. Gajeel stood up and made his way to the door.

"I'm not asking you to sympathize, I'm asking you to acknowledge the fact that I don't support the parties politics." Gajeel said as he walks through the door. Levy watches him disappear into the night and slowly closes the door and locks it.

The couple walks silently together down the streets of Magnolia. The man had a cigarette hanging from his mouth and his hands resided in his pockets. The women had a smile that reached ear to ear and a feeling in her chest that wouldn't go away.

"Juvia." The man called "Keep up will ya?"

"Oh, of course Gray." Juvia called back, walking faster to be next to the man she loves. Gray takes a peek at her from the corner of his eye, taking in how excited she was. He didn't know why she was so excited, he was merely walking her home that was all.

"Um…Gray?"

"What is it Juvia?"

"Well…are you truly okay with walking me home? I can do it alone if it's too much a bother."

"Don't worry about it." Gray waved her off. "Walking you home is not out of my way. So really it's not a bother."

"Really? That makes me so happy hearing that from y-" In a moment Juvia was cut off by Gray placing his hand over her mouth and backing her against the brick housing.

"Shh, be quiet." Gray pressed himself close to Juvia, making the girl's face turn red as a tomato. Gray turned his head towards the street where he heard noises, He saw the silhouette of two German soldiers running down the street that went through. Gray slowly backed away from Juvia, his eyes not leaving the street he saw the Germans run down.

"We should hurry you home Juvia." He warned, but got no reply. "Juvia?" He questioned, turning his head back to her. Juvia stood frozen, her face flushed and her heart ready to burst. But instead her legs quit and she fell to the ground, prompting Gray to catch the over excited woman.
