Two months passed and Kaitlyn was in heaven. Now that she was spending so much time with Lex, she saw what a sweetheart he was. He was always surprising her with how sweet he could be. Her room was always filled with daisies and sunflowers. The latest delivery had a note attached.

Movie night tonight. Dinner and popcorn included. I'll see you at 7. I love you.

Kaitlyn smiled and placed the note on her desk. Looking at her clock, she noticed that it was 5:30. She hopped in the shower to begin getting ready. After she was done, she changed into a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, throwing her work clothes in her hamper. She brushed her hair and braided it before applying some light make up to her face. When she was satisfied with how she looked, she grabbed her phone and her keys and headed downstairs.

"Mom! I'm going to Lex's, I'll be back later!" she called as she went out the door.

Hearing no response from her mother, she closed the door and bounded down the steps to her car. She started her car, backed out of her driveway, and started down the road.

Something about this date with Lex made her feel very happy. She hadn't really stopped smiling since she read the note. A year ago, she never would have thought that she would be dating Lex Luthor, and yet here she was.

Pulling into the driveway of the mansion, she noticed Lana's car and pulled alongside it. She got out of her car and walked up the steps. She opened the door and walked in, waving at the security guard as she walked by. As she walked down the hallway, Lana came out of Lex's office and walked in her direction.

"Hey Kaitlyn. Date night?" she said waving at her friend.

"Yep. You here on Talon business?"

"Yeah, I just had some forms that Lex needed to sign. He just left his office but he's probably going back in there soon, so you could probably wait for him there."

"Alright, thanks Lana."

Lana waved again before walking into the lobby and out the door of the mansion. Kaitlyn strolled into Lex's office and looked around. Lex wasn't in the room, like Lana had said. She climbed the stairs to the second floor of the library like room and walked along the bookshelves, reading the titles. She heard the door open and she looked down to see Lex walk in. He didn't seem to see her when he came in. She quietly made her way back down the steps and snuck up behind him. Kaitlyn reached forward and wrapped her arms around his midsection.

"Boo," she called out, giggling as he reached around to poke her in the side.

He turned around and planted a kiss on her forhead.

"Didn't I scare you?" she asked with a pout.

"A ninja you are not, my dear," he smirked before planting another kiss, this time on her lips.

Kaitlyn pulled away and walked backwards away from him.

"I may not be a ninja, but I bet you can't get me!"

Lex raised an eyebrow at her antics and slowly stalked towards her.

"You wanna bet?" he asked with a deep voice.

Kaitlyn walked around behind the couch but wasn't fast enough. Lex dashed towards her and wrapped his arms around her midsection, pulling her onto the couch with him. Kaitlyn squealed and struggled to get away.

"I caught you," he said matter-of-factly.

Kaitlyn gave up on her struggling and curled up in his lap.

"Fine. I surrender."

Lex kissed her nose and replied, "Good. Now come with me."

He got up from the couch and led her out of the office to the dining room where dinner was set up for them. They ate their meal and talked about how their week was going. After they finished their dinner, they made their way back to the library. When they returned, Lionel was sitting in a chair having his audio reader read the newspaper to him.

"Who's there?" he called out tentatively.

"Relax dad, it's just me and Kaitlyn," Lex replied walking over to pour himself a drink.

"Kaitlyn who?" Lionel inquired as he set his newspaper down and looked in the direction of Lex's voice.

"Kaitlyn Fordman, sir. I'm…" Kailtlyn started before Lex interrupted her.

"She's my girlfriend dad. Now if you excuse us, we have plans," he said sounding slightly irritated.

He grabbed Kaitlyn's hand and led her out of the library again to go watch their movie. Kaitlyn was confused as to why Lex was so quick to get her out of there, but then she remembered something that she wished she could forget. All that time ago when she had dreamed of a future with Lex, Lionel had been very opposed to their relationship in her vision. She figured that the Lionel in real life had the same view and Lex wanted to get her away from him before he could bring it up.

They reached the room that Lex was leading them to and went in. As she entered the room, she realized with a blush that it was Lex's bedroom. It was a very large room and had a separate little sitting area with a couch and a TV. She made her way over to the couch and sat down.

"What movie are we watching?" she asked as she took the room in.

"I was thinking Godzilla. How does that sound?"

"Sure, I love that movie!"

Lex put the movie in and joined Kaitlyn on the couch, putting his arm around her. Kaitlyn pulled her legs up under her and leaned on Lex. As they watched the movie, Lex absently played with her hair and his hand kept brushing her shoulder, sending goose bumps down her arms. She shivered slightly and laid her head on his shoulder. When the movie ended, Lex turned the TV off with the remote and they sat in silence for a minute.

Kaitlyn turned her face up and met Lex's eyes. He gave her a small smile before leaning down to kiss her. The kiss sent sparks down her spine. Before she knew it, Lex had stood and scooped her up in his arms. He carried her to the bed and gently laid her down, joining her on the bed. After that, all Kaitlyn saw were stars.

A/N: Just thought I'd give you a little fluff. As you can probably guess there is intended smut here. I won't be writing the smut part, so that part can be left to your imagination. Please review
